The overall idea: GCLA is set to have members and community centers in all 240 countries of the world. This global membership platform will be connected to the Wikinations portal. When any region, in any country has reached a sufficient number of members, accordingly to its demographic calculation within a city or community, it will systematically be sponsored a MICC facility. The financial management of MCC facilities will be covered by sponsorship fees offered by surrounding large or small businesses in exchange for a direct exposure to local markets. GCLA members will naturally identify these corporations from within their online portal, tied up directly with Wikinations, where resides the International Chamber of Commerce & Cultural Relation. Wikinations, an attractive educational based platform, together with MCC, will be central to serving GCLA members in the discovery of business opportunities, and corporations in their live communication with new markets and consumers.
