Today we all picked up trash together. There was a lot of garbage in the gaps between the rocks. In one hour, the plastic bag was full of 10 bags. We want to separate the trash next time. I did my best to wear the T-shirts that everyone made. I regularly collect garbage at Mizumoto Park.

Week in review: I met the coach of the Paralympic Gambia team. His name is Danso, and I had the chance to meet him in Tokyo just before departure back to his country along with his five-member team. This week in review: in honor of my Mother’s departure, a group of friends (real brothers and sisters) decided to initiate a flower ceremony onto the sea of Japan. A rainbow was there at the moment and the sirene of a boat in the background, witnessing the presence of something greater than ourselves.
