Week 1 – 2021 Message

Week 1 – 2021 Message

New Year 2021 Message (English)

Whatever project we undertake this year, the questions we ask ourselves often become the barometer of how we live our life. Whatever goals we might achieve, it has to be resulting in helping those in need – I suppose. When the Sun or the Moon recognizes an unconditional heart, the universe becomes an ally. You are in control of your “2021”, and as long as one chose to put others first, the year has already been conquered. Under Heaven’s guidance, any wishes can turn into action. It is in the “will to act” that makes dreams come true. Sometimes it takes to be on one’s own for a while, but when the universe takes over, it aligns the stars in a domino effect of blessings. A day of good results can become a path door to total freedom. And we have 365 chances to achieve that.

Message Du Nouvel An 2021 (Francais)

How to Save the Great Barrier Reef

How to Save the Great Barrier Reef

How to Save the Great Barrier Reef by 7 years old Gillian.

22

JANUARY  2018

It’s pretty simple. We just need to stop a couple of things and bam – and you have it forever. Meet Gillian. At just seven years old, she knows how valuable our Great Barrier Reef is – biologically and intrinsically.

It’s home to over 9000 species, one of the most biodiverse places on earth, and the largest natural structure on our blue planet – so big it’s viewable from space. But, despite surviving 10,000 years already, today our Great Barrier Reef is in serious trouble due to climate change. Our Reef could vanish – in our children’s lifetimes.

Gillian Completely unscripted, this young ocean lover shares her passion for this World Heritage wonder – a magical menagerie of fish, corals, colors, turtles and sea creatures. But, as Gillian’s face shows, this amazing ecosystem is under threat from the warming of our planet, mainly due to the burning of coal. And it may even disappear before she grows up and gets the chance to take her own children there. Time is critical for our Great Barrier Reef. We have to act now. This is why the Australian Marine Conservation Society (AMCS) is taking voices like Gillian’s and over 50,000 Australians speaking out for our Reef to the 41st UNESCO World Heritage Committee meeting in Poland this week.

Our aim: to ask for help in ensuring the Australian government takes firm climate action and stops the Adani coal mine – so Gillian, and much more like here can still be inspired by our Reef for decades to come. Read more at Marine Conservation’s website…

Empowering the Young People

Empowering the Young People

Empowering Young People Through Systems That Work

“Our responsibility is to charter a path, which is about how we can develop our nation ourselves. It is not right for a country like Ghana, 60 years after the independence, to still have its health and education platforms be financed on the basis of the generosity and charity of European taxpayers…”

“By now we should be able to finance our basic needs ourselves, and if we are going to look at the next 60 years as a period of transition, a period whereby we can stand on our own feet, our perspective is not to be what the French taxpayers decide to do, whatever perception that they have in France, they are welcome whatever gift they are appreciated. But this continent with all that is happened, is still today the repository of at least 30% of the most important minerals of the world, it a continent of vast erable and fertile land, it has the youngest population of any of the other continents of the world, so it has the energy and dynimism, the semen of young men who are showing so much resilience and ingenuity, crossing the Sahara, finding ways to go accross the mediterranean, those energies, we ant to have these energies working in our countries, and we are going to have these energies working in our countries if we begin to build systems that tell the young people of our countries that their hopes, their opportunites are right here with us….” Hear more from President’s speech in the video below…

Meeting with the Great Eritrea

Meeting with the Great Eritrea

Little Did I Know

How Great a Nations

The State of Eritrea

30

NOVEMBER, 2017

Read the PDF Presentation from H.E. Mr. Estifanos Afeworki Ambassador of the State of Eritrea in Tokyo

Invited by H.E. Mr. Estifanos Afeworki Ambassador of the State of Eritrea, for a dinner meeting at Miyako’s fantastic California Cafe, I had a lecture of content straight from the source where to my fortune, this became a revelation.

I do not go much in understanding the character of a culture by books alone, but rather more convincingly, it is in the heart of a people that a culture best-expressed anything that could be said about its content and potential. H.E. Mr. Estifnos, proved just that, when he just went out of his way, to sit down with me and passionately describe the most appealing and revealing aspect of a nation that I barely knew myself.  Eritrea stands in the center of world old powers and therefore in the crossroad of the human cultural birth of our planet. It has the strategic geopolitical location to become a hub for maritime development like no other nations, and to my personal understanding and analyzing, it will become the choice place for international gatherings and certainly prove more culturally attractive than regions like Monaco in the South of France.

If you would want to know why the Marine Foundation would choose Eritrea for a first set up of its maritime educational concept and institution, please take a look at the  PDF file by clicking on the photo on the left or watching the video below.

“The culture of Eritrea is the collective cultural heritage of the various populations native to Eritrea”

Transcendent Beauty of Many Cultures

The culture of Eritrea is the collective cultural heritage of the various populations native to Eritrea. It shares historic commonalities with the traditions of Ethiopia, Somalia, Djibouti, and Sudan. There’s definitely an exotic look about Eritreans and features that could have you mistaking them for several different races.
