Week 12 Completed – Marine Foundation’s Week 12 of 2024
The Eternal Sun in YOU
In the timeless embrace of the present, where future expectations dissolve and past regrets fade, we find ourselves cradled in the eternal now. Here, age becomes but a marker of what has been and what whispers on the horizon. The majestic dance of the Earth around the sun unveils a daily spectacle of beauty, a celestial ballet that beckons our gaze and stirs our souls. This observation, this mindful communion with the cosmos, offers a taste of the infinite—a fleeting moment in the vast expanse of space, yet an endless moment in the embrace of love.
Einstein grappled with the elusive nature of time, unable to quantify its essence with the rigid tools of science, much like the inability to capture the intricate harmony between body and spirit. In the realm of the spirit, intellect bows to the heart, for love transcends the need for thought, manifesting as pure feeling, as unadulterated sensation. In the animal kingdom, time holds no sway, for each creature is impeccably tuned to its instincts, its survival intricately woven into the fabric of existence.
But we, as humans, are endowed with a unique gift—the capacity to nourish our spirits with love. This is our sacred purpose, our divine calling. As we turn our eyes toward the sun, let us remember that we are not merely observers of this cosmic dance but active participants, cradling eternity in our hearts, forever united in the timeless rhythm of love.
Children and the Sun
In the company of children, we find a balm for the weary spirit, a panacea for the unfulfilled heart. It is akin to stepping through a portal into the innocence of yesteryear, cradling the essence of life’s purest joys. The tale of Peter Pan, with its celebration of eternal youth, paints a realm untainted by the shadows of malevolence, where the lens of pure goodness guides nature to its ultimate bloom.
The complexity of today’s world lies in the glorification of the ego, mistakenly hoisted as the pinnacle of achievement. Yet, the true legacy that endures, the melody that echoes into the morrow, is the graceful acceptance of life’s final curtain. As people dream of futures paved with wealth and abundance, they fail to recognize that these are but fleeting illusions, mirages in the desert of our collective ambition.
Imagine, in your twilight moments, sharing your life’s journey with a child. Would you recount the trials and tribulations, the hard-won victories that cost you so dearly? No, you would wish to envelop them in a cocoon of happiness, steering them away from the paths you once tread. You would speak of love, eternal and unyielding, urging them to choose wisely, to embrace a love that transcends time. You would seek to leave a legacy, a kernel of your essence that would flourish in the fertile soil of their untainted spirit.
This is the profound fulfillment that comes from nurturing the young – the assurance that you have sown a seed of goodness, a beacon of light that will be embraced with the purity and openness of a child’s heart. In this sacred exchange, we touch the sun, basking in the warmth of a love that knows no end, a legacy that outshines even the brightest of celestial bodies.

360 Committee of Cofounders – The Marine Foundation’s 360 Committee of Cofounders is a diverse and unified group of individuals organized into five geographic groups, each with 72 members. They adhere to a principle of absolute respect and share ownership of the Foundation’s logo and brand. The Foundation’s members include Billie Feldman, who is passionate about agricultural transformation in Africa; Gulain M. Kafuna, a beacon of youth leadership in Africa; Tarun Jolly, who owns a live music venue in New Orleans; David Vaz, a strategic visionary advisor and systems integration strategist; and Michael Proper, who supports the Foundation’s mission of peace and sustainability. The Foundation, officially registered in 2011, focuses on humanitarian efforts, hybrid business, and project development, with plans for floating city habitats and high-tech integration sites by 2025-2030. https://marinef.org/new-members-of-club-360/
Marine Foundation Government Accountabilty Office – The Marine Foundation aims to revolutionize funding by ensuring all admitted projects receive support, focusing on empowering tribal and communal systems as key drivers of regional and global development. It introduces the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to guarantee transparent fund distribution, inspired by Mesfin Zaid’s expertise in finance and accountability. The GAO, overseen by the Chamber of Law, enhances the Foundation’s performance and ensures accountability. The Foundation’s system, developed by Executive Chairman Tomeo Motto RDG, includes the Marine Foundation Trust, which secures funds for projects globally, with accounts in countries where the Foundation operates, ensuring long-term sustainability and impact. https://marinef.org/marine-foundation-accountability-office/
JAPIA Ultimate Agency – The Japan-Africa Partnership Initiative Association (JAPIA) aims to enhance Africa’s development by leveraging Japanese expertise and technology, promoting local industries, and facilitating technology transfer. JAPIA seeks to empower Africa by allowing the continent to control its own projects, contrasting with the approaches of JICA and JETRO, which have faced criticisms for limited local ownership and alignment with African priorities. JAPIA’s focus on education, innovative tools, and cultural support suggests a tailored and responsive approach to African development. The leadership of JAPIA, including Mr. Hiromori Yamamoto as the first President of JAPIA Japan, is committed to fostering strong partnerships between Japan and Africa, promoting economic growth, social development, and cultural exchange. The organization’s initiatives, such as the establishment of Japanese language schools in Africa, aim to enhance collaboration and create a lasting bond that celebrates diversity and shared humanity. https://marinef.org/japia-japan-ultime-agency-to-serve-africa/
Marine Foundation Kenya – Mr. Mbaarak Abdalla leads the Kenya Marine Foundation, which includes the Brain Youth Group and the Forest Restoration Agency (FRA). The Brain Youth Group focuses on mangrove reforestation, having planted 3.8 million mangroves since 2011, and biodiversity conservation, maintaining 270 bee hives and two marine fish ponds. They also engage in community outreach and have plans for expansion. The FRA aims to plant 1 billion trees across Kenya by 2030 and is part of the Ecosystem Restoration Community (ERC) from the Netherlands. These efforts have positive impacts on the local economy and the health of nature in Kenya, contributing to biodiversity conservation and ecosystem balance. The Continental Development Agency for the Youth (CDA), led by the Marine Foundation, will provide vocational training for young Africans in artisanal and industrial developments, with funding from the Marine Foundation Trust in Japan. This initiative aims to empower young leaders like Mbaarak in Kenya, Belinda Boha in Sierra Leone, and DJDD in the Democratic Republic of Congo, supporting their efforts to uplift their communities. https://marinef.org/marine-foundation-kenya/
