Our versatile project development and the operational platform is designed to feed our daily aspiration for gain, prosperity, and peace, from the perspective of economic growth right from the heart of any society anywhere. With this approach to development, we think an individual will serve a family, a family its society and a good society will make for a stable nation. Therefore, because we all aspire to education, comfort, and health, our philosophy in project inception relates directly to that of being bright, good and clean. In the effort of crystallizing these 3 words in the light of common sense and pragmatism, we could seek the incorruptible pattern in venturing the development of societies.

We are establishing modern educational systems with the Creation of recreational marine camps (OUA), large primary & secondary schools (SCU), and a university concept (GU) set each to trigger economic growth (quality) tourism.
Through our Health Ministry, we will be putting in place resort-hospitals for children. The ministry focuses on supporting medical research for immediate needs as well as a system designed to provide medical care for any children in any part of the world.
We are promoting new technologies specifically those beneficial to environmental causes such as renewable energies and technologies to help a region’s food and water supplies.
We focus on providing platforms to support entrepreneurship and trade relations (especially with less developed countries) in every region of the world to ultimately advance economic and social development globally.
We focus on the management of estates of the establishments used by the Foundation.but also on architectural developments, with construction and infrastructure projects.
(Bright) Education, (Good) Communications & (Clean) Environment

Bright = Education = Economy

It is not the size of business or social status that makes one more intelligent than the other. It is not the size of your house that makes your toilet more dignified. Character is defined by the use of what we make of the things we temporarily possess. Those who are intellectually bright are shown as being productive, while consciously supporting others.

Most important to developing a spirit is information. Brightness transpires when the level of information acquired matches the aptitude to carrying on a task to the end, and so the need for practical knowledge. We think that economic growth and the stability of a region lies in the way people are being informed (educated). Whether within or outside a school system, our delivery concept of information, is to trigger the heart of the young learner with creativity and initiatory spirit.

A brighter type of education at school or through the medias, will make for fast economic growth.

Good = Communications = Comfort

Sharing content information with others is made easier with the modern age,  and anyone with a message can be heard on the global scale. Therefore, the right communication tools can help make a good communicator.

In a world where material wealth is no longer the shining motive for status, today the ability to communicate is well related to being comfortable. Provided the right communicative technologies, a region can develop its own event organization systems and mass gathering platforms.

When people meet, they communicate and that’s when they learn that comfort brings confidence.

Clean = Environment = Health

With proper food and water processing systems, in developed countries, people talk about individual health, mainly relating to how they feel about themselves. At Marine Foundation the concerns for health starts with focusing on the environment first.

The impossible access to modern infrastructures due to ignorance and indifference of self-centered leadership has left millions in the dark. Environmental infrastructures that can make for healthier and safer living are our focus. Primitive technologies have inflicted populations with problems resulting into climate change effect.

With the development of blue and green technologies comes healthier societies, where earth and water are protected. This drives our focus towards new agricultural concepts and new ways to harvesting the products and energies of the sea.

Project Franchising

Marine Foundation builds and designs each of its concepts with the immediate goal of their replicability and has a centralized operation base and logistics that will support the sustainability of the project in all its form of management and maintenance.

Here are some examples of the Foundation’s Franchising Concepts (Marinef Brand):

Ocean Universal Academy - OUA
1 Chapter = 4 Camps / 200 students per camp / 3 Sessions per season (4 Seasons) / Average = 10 000 Students per year per chapter.

The Marine Foundation plans on establishing 5 chapters per continental region / Total: 25 chapters.

OUA is a set of 4 camps per chapter:
Camp 1:  Banana Beach. Basics ocean geography, rock formation, weather technologies etc..
Camp 2: Dolphin Quarters. Sea mammals & diving technologies etc…
Camp 3: Tuna Monsters. Fishing technologies, ocean mapping, food technologies etc…
Camp 4: Moonlight Pirates. Sea sports technologies, sailing, boat building etc…

Program duration: from age 7 to age 21 – full program of 3 levels per 1 camp. Each student has the opportunity to attend 1 session of 21 days per year, until graduation at age 21.

Marketing strategy: Clients are regional schools. 1 sponsor (up to 3) can sponsor the OUA marine program into 1 school. The name of the program will carry the name of the sponsor (ex: Toyota Marine Program at Saint Luke School in Hokkaido Japan). The children will carry a marine uniform with the name brand or logo of the sponsor. The sponsor can use the exposure for marketing promotion through multimedia etc…  Each chapter can welcome as many as 50 schools. Schools book the students to OUA up to 1 year in advance.

Local Tourism:  OUA will become an incentive for local economic developments as it will trigger tourism concepts like hotels, restaurants and event venues.

Global University - GU
The largest university concept in the world to be established into 5 continents.

The GU concept comprises building campuses on each of the 5 continents of the world. The University would be divided into 5 continental headquarters with each its own 3 campuses per each welcoming nations. The sponsorship and funding would evolve around a very sophisticated corporate membership system established through the network of the Foundation.

One of the charismatic University’s incentive is a program for students to conceive projects to support the development of their hometown. The University will then provide sponsorship support to projects that have reached the qualification standards set forth by the advisory business development counsel of the University. This is naturally ground for local economic developments.

Sea Campus Universal School - SCU

The first core project Marine Foundation will undertake as an organization with full mobility available will be set of the “Kingdom Schools” or “Sea Campus Universal”.

The Sea Campus offers Elementary & Secondary education. Large schools with the huge campuses – A sort of children village quarters – 15 000 children per campus organized in housings of 10 children per quarter, assisted by 4 volunteer couple (Parent Volunteer Association). Middle of the compound: school facilities, classes, sport, art music, etc…The network organization of volunteers will spring out of “Voyage Academy”

Classes are theaters of 4 large screens facing east, west, north, and south. 200 children per class divided into 4 groups of 50 facing one giant screen. Children are assisted by “animators” to coach them and keep general order. 30 minutes of lessons are delivered simultaneously through the 4 screens. 20 minutes break time between lessons and the classes stop at 12:30 pm. The entire afternoon is dedicated to arts, sports, music, and dance.

The entire educational content is centralized through one giant server, updating and simultaneously translating the content to any languages of the regions where SCU is established. Updates are instantaneous and will automatically be delivered through all schools. Children review their lessons (homework) directly connected to the housing computer screens for an easy and accurate review. The lessons come delivered with their homework separated content for easy review and direct coaching from “Volunteers Parents”, who live together with the children. Each class receives its own homework electronically.

The school becomes a venue for local events and a place to entertain the local population.  Creation of jobs and volunteering opportunities is provided throughout the complex and triggers hospitality developments. Each campus will be equipped with a clinic, transportation, security facility and lots more…

The educational system results in children learning 4 to 5 times faster than the very best schools in Europe or America or Japan. The concept triggers tourism incentive unleashing the economic and social development of any small regional economy without compromising or undermining the local cultural heritage and any particular site.

World Naval Federation - WNF
New Disciplinary Concept

It is the dream of every young adolescent in the world to be presented a chance to serve the greatest purpose and to fit in a space of a good looking environment at the same time. It is also obvious that millions of these young people in our era are left unattended, unsupported at the completion of their childhood education as contemplating their transition into the challenging world of responsibilities.

The Marine Foundation proposes a new era in discipline where education expands to a new concept that offers every young person who has completed school, whether transiting into higher education or after graduating from college the opportunity to volunteer in the wholesome naval program of further learning, training, sports challenge, and further their humanitarian good-will aptitude to serving the world.

The World Naval Federation is such a place, presenting itself with 32 naval marina stations and camps around the world, where young people (or older) would have that chance to gather for periods of time at choice ranging between 6 months and 2 years, and under the banner of discipline, practicing respect for one another and respect for the environment.

The flagship branding of this organization would be tall ships in the image of the Royal Clipper, making an entire fleet of some of the most beautiful naval disposal ever presented in our modern age. No matter how great technology goes, nothing beats the beauty of sails over the ocean and nothing matches the beautiful challenge education it presents both, to the human spirit and the body.

Undra Children Hospital & Resort Center - UCHR

UCHR

Undra Children Hospital & Resort

“This promises to be the largest hospital concept in the world, and will provide every child on earth the care and love they so deserve”

The first of its kind, UCHR will be an international hospital mainly focusing on children with accompanying “resorts” to welcome patients, families, and guests into a hospitality environment equal to 5-star hotels. The resort will provide an edutainment center to accommodate long term patients and to entertain the guests staying.

The concept of UCHR is also to bring education to its clinical environment where children would be able to follow online courses designed through the educational platform of SCU (Sea Campus Universal), broadcasted right into the hospital server.

UCHR’s first resort will be conceived in Mongolia Ulaanbaatar Mongolia, the home city and country of Dr. Undra Semjidsuren, medical professor. Following the first hospital and international headquarters, the concept will be franchised and developed in Africa where we hope most nations will be 1 hospital per nation at first.

The stay at the hospital resort will comprise a variety of amenities for the patients’ families and the cost will depend on locations and the overall income of a family’s patient. This means that HCHR will be affordable to almost every body, anywhere in the world. The cost for abandoned children or children without parents will be reduced to almost nothing but will be generally covered by sponsors and patrons of the hospital through the sponsorship programs of the Marine Foundation.

HCHR (“Undra” Children Hospital & Resort) carries the name of its original founder Dr. Undra Semjidusren, also a co-founder member of the Marine Foundation where she deposited her ideas and concepts in accordance with her co-founding partner member Mr. Tomeo RD. M-Gressard, chairman. Dr. Semjidsuren is mainly responsible for the concept with all the technical aspect of its contents, while the Marine Foundation in charge of the branding and development.

Marine Embassy Resort & Media Club Hotel - MER

MER

The first hotel is already partly established in the capital of Madagascar (Antananarivo) and will present the pilot project of development of the chain. MER will become a platform of reception for Marine Foundation’s special guests and VIP’s and a design center for local national events. It will provide the capability to be a voice of messaging for local governments and a venue for other industries leaders to gather under the rules of one uniform membership system.

Unique Real Estate, in Progress…

The Castle of Montebise

The most extravagant and exciting project with the Marine Foundation as far as Real Estate & Event Celebration is concerned with its 500 hectares of fields and chestnut forest. The theme for the Montebise Castle was entirely designed and invented by the Marine Foundation’s concept architect team and has now the potential to become the most charismatic meeting site for world diplomate, business or social leaders, with an aim to creating the first World Dignitary Exchange center where celebration and education are prioritized with art, equestrian sports, musical events, and exhibitions.
