The Value of the Brand Ownership License

Marine Foundation supervisory members have the privilege to opt for a directorial position of leadership or staff within the system anywhere in the world. It is essential to know that the brand ownership position stands on the corporate side of our system, therefore under the corporate law of "MARINEF BRAND CORPORATION" (MBC). The brand lies under the ruling of the Constitution of the Marine Foundation. The member's titles are a shared ownership license at 30% of the sponsorship and advertising value deposited into the brand corporation. While the license is given freely to pioneer members (through reference only), the value of the title is presently at 1 million US dollars. If a first-generation member chooses to sell their license, 30% of the value price will return to the brand corporation. From 2023, the license will value at 5 million US dollars. Lastly, from 2025, it will be at its top with a 10 million US dollars price tag. A Brand Owner is allowed to inherit (give away) the license to the "Second-Generation," where the name and celebration date of the license does not change. However, if a First-Generation decides to sell the license, the name will change to the purchasing member. The central team leadership must approve a purchasing member before acquiring the license.

Important Note: Members of the International Committee below belong together without hierarchy, divided into 5 geographical names of 72 people per group for the sake of web organization (Total of 360). Under the rules of the constitution of absolute respect for one another, they belong together into ONE platform. They are equally the “Brand Owners” of the Marine Foundation’s logo and brand and are not obligatory into a directorial leadership position unless they choose to. National Administration President of Regions and Countries are appointed only upon the administrative physical registration of the Marine Foundation in locations. Basic Points of understanding Upon Joining the International Committee of the Brand

Basic understanding upon joining the Marine Foundation's Co-Founding 360 Group.

Case 1:
Marine Foundation's concept design started from the year 2002
, and its pioneering team of volunteers started appearing in 2005. The official first team of volunteers under NPO registration was formed in 2012. Its official registration was done on March 11, 2013. Before and after the registration until the year 2018, the entire sponsoring of first operations was entirely donated by the founder of the organization, including traveling, office rents, administration fees, and many more. The few who have contributed support throughout system development until the year 2022, will be officially recognized with benefits.

Members of the International Committee belong together without hierarchy, all equal in benefits but under the constitutional rules of absolute respect for one another. They belong separately to the "Brand" of the Marine Foundation and are not responsible for directorial leadership positions except by own choice. National President of Regions and Countries are appointed only upon the administrative physical registration of the Marine Foundation in locations.

Case 2:
Before and after its first registration in Japan, there has never been an official appointment of Directors except through the legal registration of the organization in several countries.

Case 3:
Any photos in major browsers of published documents in the old letterhead of Marinef media, in any form of words or contents, must be verified and validated by the official present leadership office of the Marine Foundation.

Case 4:
The true content of the Marine Foundation is the one published and still present through the official website of the foundation under the domain https://marinef.org/ and that domain only. The official director's members of the Marine Foundation are published on the official website under the same domain name. No one can claim any directorial position unless registered on the official source website at: MARINEF.ORG.

Case 5:
Those volunteers who have participated in any form of support, whether moral, intellectual, or physical have received documentation on becoming co-founding members. The foundation will offer positions accordingly with the article "case 13" of this document.

Case 6:
The title of "Cofounder" pertains to everyone with the creative heart of wanting to live for the sake of others. To make the terms more clear as to the conventional meaning of such titles, the Marine Foundation has established a system of co-owner of the brand which allows the entrance to 360 people in the position of co-owners of the "brand/logo/trademark" of the Marine Foundation. In that respect, there is only one person  Tomeo Motto Robert Dominique Gressard" (responsible for the system design and concept architecture) but also that person appearing as one of the co-founders. "Anyone" is the "founder" of his/her system or program or project within the platform. Reforms are discoveries. The Marine Foundation created the 360 Co-Founding Co-ownership of the brand "system" which constitute the inception of the International Brand Committee which committee will preside over the entire system.

Case 7:
Regardless of the position of director, staff, co-brand owner, celebrity, or academic, anyone who add to the system through an idea that has been approved, becomes a "founder" of the concept he/she created, and their benefits to that creation are sincerely distributed accordingly with the rights of "concept" leadership to the system that has been created, even if it carries the Marine Foundation's trademark, logo, and signature over it.

Case 8:
Anyone that has been accepted into a leadership or membership position with an official appointment letter from the year 2021 and on, must read the "Ruling of Leadership" and approve of its content (Agreeing to the rules and terms of condition) before accepting the position. If a member has verbally announced his/her departure, the license will be retracted within a 30 days limit.

Case 9:
The responsibility of "co-creator" of the concepts designed by the foundation or the amendments of laws and systems will pertain to the group responsibility as an international committee of 360 members whose positions are called "Co-Brand Owners". The supervision of the international committee will be led by the "Chamber of Law" which will represent the supreme court for certification of projects, protection of members, and the legal representation of both the foundation, its agencies, and the intellectual properties through the brand and trademark of the foundation.

Case 10:
Someone who has come timely in the period where the group of 360 has not yet completely formed, can request for the brand Co-Ownership approved officially by the "System Architect First Generation".

Case 11:
A person that has been accepted into a "Co-Brand Owner" position of the group of 360, has received a "lifetime" membership over this particular license. Even if by convenience a person leaves his/her leadership position as a "director" or "manager", that person remains a member of the International Committee and part-owner of his/her license with all its benefit.

Case 12:
The basic administrative obligation of a "Co-Brand owner" "Co-Founding" member of the 360 Group is his/her attendance to the 4 times per year "International Committee" meetings scheduled in every 4 seasons of the year.  The gathering of the International Committee will be sponsored by the brand entirely.
The International Committee ruling is a worldwide consortium of people to better protect the brand of the Marine Foundation and each member retains a "supervisory (non-executive)  leadership" over the brand and trademark of the Marine Foundation. This includes a voting power over some of the amendments to the system and with another committee the vote over the new Executive Chairman/woman of the Marine Foundation and some of its major leadership position.  The great importance to the value associated with this position is a sense of responsibility which centers around the protocol of absolute respect for life and environment, and the exercise of good moralities throughout the brand.

A member can cancel membership anytime.

Case 14:
The fusion between MARINEF and organizations (Sponsor Association at https://marinef.org/sponsors/ ) is strategically conceived for the sake of world operations centered on bringing systematic development of socioeconomic and humanitarian projects.  The logo may appear in many forms. MARINEF centers on the development of communication platforms and project reforms in all industries it represents.

Case 15:
Level up Partnership (only applies to the start-up of the Marine Foundation) - This is a "one case" situation only. All other cases are registered through the normal "association programs" described on the sponsor's page.
The partnership with an organization that has come to work directly with the Marine Foundation. The organization is financially very stable and wants to establish its own base using the network system of the Marine Foundation. This organization has similar values and morality to the Marine Foundation. This organization keeps its branding entirely to itself but is recognized by the Marine Foundation as a benefactor of the world for peace and economic development. This organization must be introduced to the leadership circle unique to the "Central Leadership" represented by the World Headquarters of the Marine Foundation. This organization can select of their own choice the specific representation director of the Marine Foundation if he/she is a member of the central leadership in the spheres of development as noted on the Leadership page.

Case 16:
The diplomatic status which the organization MARINEF will benefit from through its registration in countries it operates is strictly an instrument for security for the sake of humanitarian purposes only. The use of the diplomatic card is strictly prohibited to any content that does not pertain to the mission purpose-oriented of MARINEF, throughout the activities it promotes in total service to others.

General Principles

After years of metic­u­lous research, a unique corporate concept was created when the Marine Foundation reg­is­tered on March 11, 2013, in Tokyo Japan. It was the passionate voluntary spirit of a group of tal­ented entrepreneurs, professionals, and academics that made the dream a reality. On the foundation of such a beginning and with the thought of creating a unique supervisory and advisory leadership system, the 360 clubs of “Brand Co-Owners” came to life.

General Roles & Responsibilities

The 360 Supervisors exist as an International Supervisory Committee. Unique to any corporate system, the committee owns the trademark and branding of the acronym and domain “MARINEF”. They play a role of supervisors in the development of projects and establishment of institutions with, at the center of the group’s philosophy are the absolute rules of respect and the maintenance of security. Every 360 members must attend the seasonal reunions springs, summer, fall and winter. If one cannot attend he/she must send a representative.

The supervisory group maintains the ownership of the brand­ing and trade­mark of the Marine Foundation and Marinef Corporation. Both the foundation and corporation revolve under the same branding, logo, and trademark. In order to ensure generations of continuity, the Marinef system lives under the ruling of a constitution and the unanimous consensus and supervisory leadership of the advisory international committee represented by the Cofounders group.

The Co-Owner “title” can be inherited by next of kin and is conditional to moral ethics as imposed by the constitutional rules of the Marine Foundation, which are then supervised and protected by the Chamber of Law. There is a limited spot number of 360 members in the co-ownership of the Marinef Branding, providing that each day of the year represents one member and its anniversary a celebration of that member’s position. The remaining 5 days of the years are reserved for the celebration of the Admiral Club, representing all Cofounders added the Executive and Honorary Leadership of the Marine Foundation. (Summertime international event gathering).

The financial rights of a co-owner are in line with its branding development as per the ownership appointed by the Constitution. These financial rights are not binding to any administrative, executive or operational duties. Nevertheless and under constitutional rules, each member is being requested an attendance at the international committee gathering 4 times a year or if not able, sending a representative instead.

Members qualification is based on purpose, timing, and communication.

 

General Benefits & Corporate Lineage

The group oper­ates under the ruling of the con­sti­tu­tional and the super­vi­sion of the inter­nal Cham­ber of Law. The Marine Foundation’s logo and trade­mark are intel­lec­tual prop­erty pro­tected and copy­righted under the Marine Foundation and managed through the company Marinef Brand Corporation (MFC). Every day of the year celebrates and honor one supervisory volunteer, part owner of the brand – the left 5 days of the year are dedicated to the yearly General Assembly meeting for the annual celebration on the birth of human life through the Mother’s womb. Members’ qualification to the position is based on purpose, timing, and communication.

The 360 are the Supervisory Advisory Committee.

The 360 Committee meets 4 times a year.
The Committee owns the Marinef branding & trademark at 30%.

The Advisory Leadership of the Marine Foundation. This is the Academic Sector. They Represent the Entire Project Development Teams of Feasibility Studies of the Core MARINEF Projects.

Academic Position

This Leadership is reserved for people of academic status, in any types of industries described below in the form of Ministries of Development. They project a feeling of peace and education.

EDUCATION

We are establishing modern educational systems with the Creation of recreational marine camps (OUA), large primary & secondary schools (SCU), and a university concept (GU) set each to trigger economic growth (quality) tourism.

HEALTH

Through our Health Ministry, we will be setting into place resort-hospitals for children. The ministry focuses on supporting medical research for immediate needs as well as a system designed to provide medical care for any children in any part of the world.

TECHNOLOGY

We are promoting new technologies specifically those beneficial to environmental causes such as renewable energies and technologies to help a region’s food and water supplies.

ECONOMY

We focus on providing platforms to support entrepreneurship and trade relations (especially with less developed countries) in every region of the world to ultimately advance economic and social development globally.

CONSTRUCTION

We focus on the management of estates of the establishments used by the Foundation.but also on architectural developments, with construction and infrastructure projects.

BRAND OF MARINEF

CONSTITUTION

The Global & Central Team of the Marine Foundation is a Group divided into Several Teams. Team of Assistants and Teams of Development. There are 5 circles in regrouping Communications, Operations, Administrations, Productions and Developments.

PRODUCTION Team

The entertainment and sponsors event production and system are led by Sean Star or the Star Society. This would include the system of the Council of Celebrities.

Marine Foundation’s unique membership system is a structure of educational, professional, executive, social, and diplomatic networks divided into public and private clubs. The design of sophisticated online and offline communications platforms will allow the organization to maintain a communicative presence worldwide, and better promote event gatherings to entice good intercultural relations while utilizing the multimedia as a regional educational and information tool. Furthermore, the conceptualization of mass membership structures through GCLA and Wikinations will help produce constant flows of financial revenues with advertising and brand sponsorship as a modern more appropriate tool to supply project funding.

EVENT PLATFORMS

Marine Foundation’s management structure is characterized by the sophisticated set up of Event and Network organizations, which make the foundation a brand target for media & sponsors. Based on such a concept, the fundraising revenues can result in the proceedings from annual international events and social & corporate membership platforms.

SPONSORSHIP SYSTEMS

Sponsors are organized into 3 label membership categories: RED, BLUE, and GOLD. This system helps filter the membership in the content and purpose of how a company plans to use the Marine Foundation’s event and network platforms and, regardless of the size of the business or corporation. Respect for life and environment is the standard by which we portray high moral of good ethical conduct. Therefore, prior to any membership adhesion, a company must receive the “Green Certificate” as a mark receiving a free endorsement benefit from the Marine Foundation.

GREEN CERTIFICATE

The Green Certificate is the endorsement recognizing “Leadership, Integrity & Inspiration” and allows a company to market itself with a presence with the Marine Foundation. Generally, this means affiliation with the Marine Foundation is its commitment to peace, education, and the well being of children and societies throughout the world.

SISTER ASSOCIATION

Marine Foundation commits its time and resources to the support of organizations that need help with fundraising or logistics organizational support with projects relating to humanitarian, health, ecology, and education. We harvest and share fruits of experience with "Younger Sisters" organizations but we can also support "Elder Sisters" large older organization with project due diligence, IT, and research with the setting of feasibility studies through our academic network throughout 5 ministries of industries.

VIP CLUB - IBCA

IBCA is a membership organization for investors, corporate leaders, or financially independent people who can benefit from JAPIA's international development platform and many other structures of the Marine Foundation. The headquarters VIP house of IBCA will be located in Montreux Switzerland.

COUNCIL OF BILLIONARES

There are 2208 billionaires in the world today, and the Marine Foundation has engineered a system to bring them together into a “mega” communication and academic platform to promote international developments, and where funds would be made unlimited to the need for infrastructural concepts that would promote economic peace throughout the world. Some of these concepts would involve the structuring of land and port transport communication to promote better trade relations between all regions of the world. The portal group information of these individuals will stay undisclosed, until the inception of the first official committee. Each council participant is illegible to receiving Honorary Doctoral Degrees from some of the most prestigious universities in the world.

The goal of Wikinations, integrated with the Global Citizen Live Association membership – (GCLA) – is designed to help create a positive image on each region of the world for educational and economic development purposes. FIRST LADIES CLUB

The First Ladies Club is a women assembly of the most extraordinary and influential Ladies of the world in their environment of social and leadership status amidst the societies in which they live. They stand as a charismatic platform which calls for innovations and improvements at all levels of education, and the maintenance of good relations between all people through the realization of substantial projects and agencies to help protect women and children anywhere in the world.

U5O & THE CLUB OF AFRICA

When all nations have agreed to the common quest of economic and educational development through the standards presented by the Marine Foundation, the world will change for good. The foundation’s strategies for sustainable growth relies upon systems that envelop both the PR and communicative networking aspect of developing a region. The understanding of interconnectivity and administrative (non-political) alliances has the potential to reform an entire educational system, inclusive of the way a nation approaches tourism and techniques to elaborately attract investments. The Marine Foundation is the sophisticated conception of five ministries of diligent concept developments, comprising every content needed to support the fast-rising of a nation’s economy through obtaining international attention with trade & finance.

GLOBAL CITIZENS

Marine Foundation initiates the Global Citizen Live Association – GCLA – to assemble a movement for those who adhere to the practice of total respect for human life, one another, and the earth environment. This International, interracial, intercultural, and Inter-religious platform with its unified protocol of “Absolute Respect”, will make ways for conscientious peace and protection in the divided societies in which we live. GCLA will introduce the advent of large international events with educational initiatives made specifically to promote life, all colors, all cultures, and faiths.
