Maritime Development Agency

Connecting Marine Technology to the World

A Marine Foundation Global Initiative

MDA is a Marine Foundation’s initiative which works for all coastal regions of the world starting with Africa. The Marine Foundation helps establish PR Projects on the basis of the system of full sponsorship via brands & VIP networks. MDA hopes to establish a global maritime network of centers around to share the best technologies at hand to the service of economic developments.

In the spirit of unconditional distribution of goods like WFYA is initiating, the Marine Foundation has engineered a system to help the development of the maritime industry in developing regions of the world through the ingenious concept of MDA, Maritime Development Agency.

The organization ties up closely with a “Made in <Your Country>”, as designed by the “Club of Africa” – a “Made in Africa” brand association to incite the economies of the continent to merge nicely together when it comes to trade.

The first simple part of the program is a sponsorship purchase of state-of-the-art fishing boats made in the disposition by pair into coastal regions of countries which seeks economic improvement through developing fisheries. Each pair of boats will serve as a seed program for the establishment of technical education centers to teach the youth the concept of design and manufactural assemblage.

When the level of “know-how” grows throughout the center, the technology of boat construction will be passed on to that region for a “Made in (that region)” brand concept.

“MADE IN AFRICA” – A Continental Brand

The First United Continental Brand

The Future is Bright

“Made in Africa” brand association is to incite new marketing strategies by uniting regions together using “one” continental appellation to identify new imported design of technological products. This will be unique to Africa where impossible in other continents.

Not only would the products be assembled in Africa but manufacturers will be able to connect and share technologies to the profit of any regions on the continent. This will offer a strong negotiating appeal to the African continents where contracts will be won at the profit of the country.

It is much more attractive and beneficial than we can ever explain here but the thought of simple Maritimes operation with technical development centers will just well seed up ways for regions to grow at the speed of light.

Introducing Wonmo Marine

Originated by new designs of fishing boats built by their company, Master Marine Yacht Building Co., the new boats by Wonmo Marine is the product of a “negative NC resin mold” that allows it to move through water at 45 knots. The founders have supported boatbuilding since supervising the manufacture of his first fishing boat in the 1960s. They continued through the 1970s with manufacturing facilities and “Since 2008, they have been focusing on recreational opportunities. The Won Mo Boat is believed to be taking the small-boat industry to a whole new level and will greatly enhance sportfishing and commercial fishing. As it has been explained frequently to members of their worldwide membership, their vision for the maritime industry encompasses feeding the world through the oceans and enjoying the tranquility of the lakes, rivers, and seas to rejuvenate the human spirit.

Wonmo’s mission is to mark a new era in the manufacture of boats

The nautical industry Acuamundo S.A.

We are a shipbuilding company, we operate in Paraguay since 2012 under the general regime and since January 2015 under the special regime of Maquila manufacturing fishing yachts for the high seas, we also have an ambitious project for the entertainment industry, aquaculture, hospitality and the technical school in the area of shipbuilding in the lower Chaco. Acuamundo is a component of the Hobby World Marine of the United States of America and Kaiyouheiwa Co. of Japan, the Aquarian enterprise is inspired by the vision of the Rev. Sun Myung Moon who has declared the beginning of the oceanic era and that the future of the supply of food for humanity lies on the seabed and in the rivers. At the beginning of the 21st century ideas were developed to develop the nautical industry for the high seas in Paraguay despite the Mediterranean of the South American country, individuals within the community Movement components so-called “Oceanic Providence” has begun to lay the foundations for a global system to use the resources of the ocean for both education and food production and Acuamundo is accompanying these ventures.

Since the beginning of yacht manufacturing activities in 2012 to date, we have overcome several challenges and one of the biggest challenges is still to improve ourselves in terms of production and productivity, naturally with world-class quality, despite the fact that Paraguay in high-end yachts has been a reality for a long time now, with Japan as the main target market for these products. Our company with Japanese capital bets on Paraguay and its people, in fact, the training and comprehensive training of local staff is a fundamental component for the development of the company; At the beginning of 2016, Acuamundo had a staff of around 50 staff among Japanese technicians, administrative staff, and apprentices in shipbuilding.

At this moment we are engaged in the construction of the plant 1 of the 4 planned 6000 m2 each in Chaco’i – Villa Hayes for larger scale production and leave behind the chapter of production in temporary plants, each production plant it will need at least 400 workers for its different manufacturing phases.

Philosophy

Marking new era in the manufacture of boats

The 11 fundamental principles on which the exclusive yacht design of the Hobby World Marine is based, pointed out by its predecessor, the Rev. Sun Myung Moon, who foresaw about the 21st century as the beginning of the Oceanic Era, “when marine resources will be the key to the prosperity of the human family, was that sport fishing will be the central activity of the pastime enjoyed by all humanity “, these principles mark our challenges and objectives in terms of:

Build Safe yachts:

In fact, the first priority in the design of our GOOD GO yachts is safety for its passengers, since it can be difficult to get help in cases of accidents on the high seas. The yacht does not sink even in the worst conditions, so it can keep its crew safe. The deck and cabin are safe for use by all passengers, including children and women during all the time.

Build fast yachts and class:

The design of our yacht is optimized for speed and that without compromising the other design principles of the same. From tuna fishing to ocean island adventures, a yacht trip can take a crew away from home, however, crew members may find themselves needing to return to the coast in as little time as possible, or because they receive reports of an approaching storm or another reason to travel from one point to another in the shortest time is essential.

Build lightweight yachts while maintaining their hardness:

The design of the GOOD GO has the structural durability to withstand the maximum loads of all predictable ocean environments, for this, its weight is reduced to a minimum, a lighter boat can travel faster with lower fuel consumption and can also be transported on land with less effort and costs.

Build yachts with the best economy in the world:

The design of our ships minimizes the production costs which allows minimizing the initial costs for the client. Minimize operating costs, which will allow frequent use of the boat without worrying about high costs; also the cost of maintenance is foreseen to be minimized, until the end of the useful life of the product, so that the yacht can be acquired and used by the greatest possible number of people in the entire world in this Oceanic Era.

Build the most beautiful yachts that are in harmony with the sea:

The design of the GOOD GO is beautiful in the eyes of the viewer, especially in the ocean, its family environment. Considering both the interior and exterior aesthetics, as well as the general image of far and close details, as well as at night.

Build yachts that can offer comfort even in the most turbulent seas:

The handling of the Good Go results in a comfortable and natural operation, thanks to the fact that both the heel and the performance of the accessories were designed to maximize comfort whether in operation or parked in rough waters. The equipment on board is always available to the user, and the environment on board is relaxing as at home.

Build yachts adaptable to any type of fishing:

The design of our yachts is easily adapted to the environmental conditions of its user. Whether it is to withstand the particularly harsh seas of Alaska, the extreme heat in South America, or the extreme humidity of Southeast Asia, the yacht is adaptable to meet the challenge on the high seas.

Build yachts for efficient fishing:

The design of our yachts maximizes the fisherman’s ability to fish large quantities of any variety anywhere. For this, it has a large space of struggle with minimum obstruction, adaptable to the tools and equipment needed in different types of fishing, ability to collect live catches, and space for live baits.

Joining the MDA Program

Ongoing From 2020 Selected Nations & Regions

Schedule – Agenda

The MDA Program is launched almost immediately with the logistic design to make official the participation of pre selected nations and regions. The first maritime equipment will be ordered and delivered from 2020. The program is specific to conditions that are in place to ensure the sustainable benefits to both sponsors and manufacturers.

The MDA program is a system designed to exclusively develop a region’s economy utilizing state-of-the-art maritime product (fishing boats, facilities etc…). Around the sponsorship of 2 boats per region is the set of a maritime cultural center that serves as a tool to educate, promote and establish local manufacturing of boats and fishing types of equipment. It includes:

[eaccordion color=”#800000″] [eitems title=”Education Facilities” text=”The purpose of the sponsorship is the development of the region’s know-how with the technology at hand. The sponsorship of the boat will include locally making at disposition a place of meeting, social gathering and learning facility. The community leadership or local government must agree to provide such environment.

” ][eitems title=”Economic Development Implementation” text=”The purpose of sponsorship is the short and long-term development of the region’s economy with developing the industry of fishery and ways for it to grow through regional education and innovation. In that aspect, there will be the possibility to attract investors and developers into that region. Goals and visions will be drawn out of the chosen project development leadership in order to make clear the purpose of the sponsorship.

“][eitems title=”Joint Network Organization for Trade & Promotion” text=”The purpose of sponsorship is clearly tied to short and long-term developments for the regions that receive it. Regardless of locations, the program will establish an overall network of friendship and support communication between regions of operation beyond national borders. The maritime community must agree to a network centralized communication with other regions to facilitate the potential for shared benefits with trade opportunities. MDA regions will become one giant maritime industry platform where upgrades, information will be made available to all.

“][eitems title=”Maintenance Regulatory System” text=”The maintenance of the equipment will be supervised and supported for the first 3 years of development by the Marine Foundation’s own budget development fund. At the time of economic expansion, the region will take responsibility for its own maintenance of equipment and facilities. Maintenance of equipment will be strictly regulated with uncompromising standards of respect for the environment and also the community’s responsible leadership to make sure that the running cost of maintenance is maintained under the amount of budget available to that purpose.

“][eitems title=”Operation Philosophy” text=”The operation philosophy of the donation or sponsorship of maritime equipment to any coastal region of the world is purely based on supporting the economic development of the environment using the technical educational platform at the root of the project. The 2 boats are symbolically representative of the duality of plus and minus, masculinity and femininity where into the thought of multiplication, it represents the birth of developments. “] [/eaccordion]

Regional benefits are based on full sponsorship of the equipment appointed to start a maritime industry necessary to develop the economy of that particular region. The region will be provided with educational centers that will lead to jobs while developing a workforce empowering the youth to career opportunities. The MDA program is uniquely made in the spirit of supporting the region with new technologies that were in the past much depending on investors incentive for personal profit. Here the MDA program focuses on the creation of new businesses owned and developed by the region itself without the dependence of outside investment firms who usually claim most of the contracts for themselves when providing their own human resources to the task. Therefore the MDA program is entirely and unconditionally design to benefit each region of development for the people of that region.

MADE IN AFRICA Brand

The greatness of the MDA program is the development of the “first” continental brand appellation of “Made in Africa”. The incentive of such is provided to the fact that local communities will develop through technical education a “know-how” that will spearhead the set up of product assembling plants. MDA will open the doors for other industries to instill regional developments by presenting their products in the same strategic manners and system. Historically and in comparison, when we look deeply into the development of one of the greatest economies in the world, this is exactly what Japan did after the second world war. Following the devastating state of their environment reduced to almost nothing and in total poverty, the American and European developing industries came to Japan to actually educate the country with technologies which at the time were not yet well known to the Japanese such as car and electronics. Soon after having been invested in billions in education, Japan developed its own brands through anything it could integrate and imitate from its foreign educational import. The “Made in Japan” appellation became soon as appealing as the then “Made in the USA” charismatic brand, and Japan became a top position with industrial developments.

The sponsors of equipment will benefit from a name or brand value where they will become the first right to investment proposal for economic development in the regions of sponsorship into any industry they choose to invest in. Sponsors do not need to be particularly related to the maritime industry to involve themselves with the contributions of boats through the Marine Foundation. The Marine Foundation will take full responsibility as to the purpose and integrity of the sponsorship they provide. Their return on compensation can be the marketing benefits they will acquire through their presence in the region especially in the areas of tourism and hospitality. Since MDA is a program that has international implications, sponsors can profit from any region where the programs are implemented

The manufacturers, and in the case of the MDA program, Wonmo Marine, will profit from the sale of their equipment through a marketing system which has never be drawn as sales strategy before. Their boats or equipment become the fruits of an economic development program where their products are automatically targeted and given the priority with distribution. This can be said of any companies of new technologies who wish to make use of their products for the developments of regions across the world. The manufacturer of boats (Wonmo Marine) will be able to be given the opportunity to build new “boat assembling manufactory” where they will profit from the regional sales through the workforce in place. The local plants with the result in developing their brand in a way they have never thought possible before since they will take each and every market where MDA will run its operation.
