Last Friday, the 2nd of August 2024, marked a pivotal encounter between Tom McDevitt, Chairman of the Washington Times, and myself, Chairman of the Marine Foundation, based in Japan. Our meeting took place at the prestigious Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Japan, nestled in the Marunouchi financial hub of Tokyo—a location I have had the privilege of being a member of for several years now. Although our acquaintance had been fostered through online communication, this face-to-face meeting provided an exceptional opportunity to delve into meaningful discussions amidst the Club’s beautiful surroundings.

The Washington Times, a distinguished newspaper in the United States, is known for its elaborate and conservative stance. It stands out for its fact-based news approach, steering clear of opinionated content to distribute information with a certain common-sense, non-aggressive stance on major events. This strategy has proven successful in maintaining a distance from special interest sponsors, a notable feat in today’s highly polarized media landscape. The Washington Times remains steadfast in its commitment to morality and its clear opposition to communistic ideologies, with a mission to enlighten the populace with accurate news that promotes unity rather than division. This firm foundation positions the newspaper on the brink of transitioning into a global media powerhouse—a vision where the Marine Foundation can play a crucial role.

In the annals of history, Ronald Reagan, an avid reader, lauded the Washington Times on numerous occasions, crediting it as instrumental in winning the Cold War. The Youth Network Ambassadors (YNA) system is designed to create a cohesive, global network of young leaders who will disseminate news and updates from the Marine Foundation and distribute them to their nation. This system leverages the power of social media, specifically Telegram, to ensure efficient communication and engagement across nations.

The YNA program aims to empower and connect young leaders worldwide, fostering a community of change-makers dedicated to environmental conservation, populations’ well-being, and sustainable practices. By harnessing the reach of social media, particularly Telegram, the YNA system facilitates the swift and widespread dissemination of crucial information, enabling youth ambassadors to mobilize and inspire action in their local communities. Through this innovative approach, the Marine Foundation seeks to cultivate a generation of passionate advocates united in their commitment to protecting our creation and empowering young people.

2: Structure and Roles

2.1. Global Group: MARINEF GOLD

Purpose: The central hub for all global news and updates from the Marine Foundation.

Participation: All NYA administrators and YNA Group Leaders must be registered members.

2.2. National Groups

Composition: Each nation will have a network leader and 5 administrators.

Function: Administrators are responsible for copying and pasting news and articles from MARINEF GOLD into their national group.

2.3. Weekly Rotation

Administrator Duties: One administrator is chosen each week to handle the task of posting updates. They can relay duties based on the Group Leader’s planning.

Time Commitment: Approximately 5 to 10 minutes daily.

3: Communication Groups

3.1. Global Communication Group for YNA Administrators

Purpose: A platform for administrators from all nations to ask questions, meet the chairman, and receive encouragement. (Communication Groups are not the Official Braodcasting National Groups)

Participation: All administrators from each nation.

3.2. YNA Group Leaders Communication Group

Composition: 241 YNA Group Leaders (one per nation) into one Group.

Purpose: A dedicated space for group leaders to communicate and coordinate efforts.

4: Posting Guidelines

4.1 Content:
Only news and updates from the Marine Foundation (MARINEF GOLD) are allowed. A Broacasting Group is also a Broadcasting Center of REAL news of the Mairne Foundation.

4.2 Restrictions:
No personal opinions on politics, religion, or philosophy. No disrespectful language.

4.3 Issue Reporting:
Any issues must be reported to the YNA Group Leader, who will forward them to the chairman for review before addressing an issue to the public.

5: Responsibilities

5.1. YNA Administrators

Primary Task: Copy and paste content from MARINEF GOLD to their national group.

Accountability: With five administrators per nation, there are no excuses for failing to perform this task.

5.2. YNA Group Leaders

Supervision: Ensure administrators are performing their duties.

Coordination: Plan the weekly rotation and handle any issues reported by administrators.

6.1. Membership Milestones

Thousand Milestones: When a nation reaches 1,000 members, then 2,000, and so on, administrators and the group leader receive compensation.

Celebration Funds: The YNA Group Leader receives funds to host events or provide community benefits (e.g., sports equipment).

200,000 Members: The nation is sponsored a communication center with amenities for all members, a place for speeches, and network growth activities.
