Children Symposium

Children Symposium

1st International Symposium for the Protection of Children – March 11th, 2021 – Initiated on the Marine Foundation’s Anniversary Date.

This dinner was also the Banquet for the INITIATION of the First Symposium for the Protection of Children (Symbolic start). The Chairman of the Symposium will be Mr. Chikara Matsunaga (photo right), the founder of Leis Technologies, and which knowledge he will use as a tool to protect children around the world. This Technology will go into the hands of all the groups who fight against human trafficking, and therefore the symposium will include inviting regional and international police agencies worldwide.

MARINE FOUNDATION originally created with “Children & Women” in mind:

Marine Foundation is the absolute Platform of development that comes with a systematic approach to engineering projects worldwide with the support of its own IT social membership platforms, some 50 designed International Events in the range of festivals, exhibits, symposiums, and sports. It has also created the United Five Oceans (U50), consisting of Five continental boards to welcome Diplomats and Business Leaders aboard one communication platform. Now it also embraces its financial Platform DWB (Development World Bank) founded by Mr. Brian S. Mason.

In the origin of its system, the Marine Foundation represents and celebrates humanity’s birth through the miracle of the Mother’s womb. That is where our physical-biological resemblance undeniably exists, and on that scientific truth, it proclaims the standard of absolute respect for life and the environment. The Marine Foundation is the fruition of inspiration produced by charismatic women starting with Ayumi Nakamura, Koura N. Ouattara, Emi Shiraishi, Sachiyo Kai, Undra Semjidsuren, HRH Sanyogita AtreySumi Kondo, Anne Claire Berg, Eiko Saito, Yoko Akahane, Yoshie Ishii, Kyomi Inoue, Beatrice LeTroadec, Yvette Viverito, Amsatou Sidibe, Fatoumatou Balde, Nobuko Kotoyori, Cordelia Masalethulini, Zanele Dlamini, Rose Vardini, Conchita Leeflang, Naima B. Surprise Greetings from the Chairman of the Washington Times, Tom McDevitt, to Yoko Akahane, President of IWC Japan.

A good surprise in the morning from Tom McDevitt of the Washington times was sharing some of the development ideas for the near future that could relate to incorporating the Marine Foundation’s support. At the news of the event tonight in Tokyo, Tom asked me to greet Miss Yoko with a “Warm Hug.” The IWC President had become a friend of Tom, and I decided to do a “public hug” to Miss Yoko as a mark of respect for Tom’s good wishes for the day of the Anniversary of the Marine Foundation’s special occasion.

Campai!! In Japaneses it means “Cheers” – And Today a Wish of Health and Happiness to All!

The special wish is for all those watching or reading this blog to be blessed with the fortune to inherit the wisdom needed to help children worldwide become respected by their societies regardless of culture, religion, race, or social background.

In Honor to the Humble Beginnings

March the 11th is the anniversary of the birth of the Marine Foundation in Japan. You can find extracts of the history on the “About” page. It all started simply some ten years before the registration and making it a total of 18 years into the making. The Marine Foundation is now the most extensive development concept globally, and there has never been such a system built before. We registered two years after the Fukushima Earthquake anniversary date and on the exact time at 2:45 Pm when the clerk at the government office called up our name. (find the detailed information and photos here toward the bottom of the page). Today I felt the need to express special thanks for some of the first members present: Ayumi Nakamura and Emi Shiraishi.

Humble Beginnings:

When I speak about humble beginnings, I talk about the wealth of spirits who have come on the way to making what Marine Foundation is today and will be soon. I am grateful for every single hand or thought of encouragement that came to supply our development with natural energy filled with Heaven’s blessings.

Thank you all for coming! See you at the next event!

Mrs. Carmen Colle is the mother of Haute Couture, and her name resonates in the wardrobe closets of some of the richest on the planet. Freddy Amazing Art Work inspires the birth of the Japan-Korea Friendship festival.

A great Artist from Africa, Freddy Mongo Wenakio, is presently making hundreds of drawing for toys and souvenir materials to promote relations between Japan and Korea. This initiative is inspiring the Japan-Korea Friendship Festival’s birth, which we will initiate this summer in the Tokyo Olympics’ surroundings. Freddy was introduced by the splendid “Jospin”, the African Picasso from DR Congo. Go to Jospin Page here.

Saudi Arabia on the move.

Saudi Arabia is also opening its doors to the Marine Foundation with outstanding IBC new members through the present leadership of Dr. Mohmmed Alfehaidi, who has already introduced seven influential members for the GCC region. In predicting the development of the GCC regions and representing the entire Arabic – Islamic societies of the world, Marine Foundation had created the AIIDA Agency. The Agency will now roll under the Dubai Leadership of our great brother Dr. Mohammed. The president of the agency will be selected in a short while and I would love to see an Arabian Princess spearing up the movement.

Mr. Brain S. Mason and the momentous Development of the DWB. (Development World Bank)

(Marine Foundation is the project development platform of the DWB)

Presidential Invitation to Guinea Conakry Confirmed

Brian S. Mason and the momentous Development of the DWB.

There is always a great story that shapes the life and character behind great entrepreneurs’ achievements when they finally succeed. We rarely understand that great achievers forge their life upon the merit inherited from their immediate family’s moral values as a start. A good education often results from an environment when one is bright enough to understand the right from the wrong. Brian S. Mason, born of a Canadian Father and a Mother’s blood of the Mikmac Indian tribe of North East Canada, illustrates the bliss of what will represent good corporate governance for the betterment of the humanities. His father, Merchant Marine Captain, to working for government police agencies, brought young Mason with many adventuresome stories that fed the boy’s life to learning about world’s affairs much in advance to school material. His mother, a primary school teacher, made him attend the second term of every school day at home. Advantageous with homework, his schoolmates would jokingly discern that a school teacher as a mother is as scary as a smiling “Santa Claus” saying: “You have no choice, but to be a “Good Boy” year in and out.” Brian’s mother’s ancestral wealth also included the moral wisdom of a giant-looking impressive Indian Grand Father lingering on the youngster’s mind in pursuing the strict spirited standard of becoming a young warrior of good deeds. This natural disciplinary environment was part of Mr. Mason’s education. For example, his Dad teaching him to wear a three-piece suit and a necktie by age six does underline some unforgettable moments of learning good social manners. After a childhood of principles and aspirations, adolescent Mason naturally took the road less traveled, discovering that doing good for others was an inescapable mission he felt he had to assume. A bright education truly springs out of the environment in which we live, I suppose.

Of all the types of business one entrepreneur wants to get into, I’d say that building a financial organization from scratch is not for the faint-hearted. After decades in business ventures comprised of several industries, the concept of a bank of development came flirting with the then experienced businessman’s mind. It took seven harsh years of setting up the DWB (Development World Bank), successfully registered as a financial organization on Sovereign land in British Columbia. This realization came with the wholehearted support of the Native societies of Canada. Do we know the story of the indigenous people of North and South America? Impregnated and affected by his culture’s struggle, at a time with an Indigenous Wife, Mr. Mason’s couple gave birth to their only son. Back then, Mr. Mason’s motives for entrepreneurial endeavors went much deeper than just business. What he knew to be true had spoken to his heart. The present government’s disrespect toward the first inhabitants of the land was flagrant. Sadly, losing his only son due to a nasty motor accident made him further appreciate his heritage’s bounty and beauty amid indescribable sorrow. At the same time, thousands of his fellow Natives came from all regions of America to honor and comfort one of their own.

We all have a story to tell, and in that regard, we often trace it back to the value of ancestral teaching. In any region of the world, particularly Africa, the traditional heart of the Native people teaches absolute respect for one another. Mr. Mason’s DWB speaks to those who dream of establishing economic development concepts where common sense rhymes with unconventional methods of discovering systems that work to improve everybody’s life. Shouldn’t this be the aim of modern societies?

Today’s financial organizations profit from established conventional models leaving out the distressed conditions of those they benefit from. Mr. Mason realizes that building a financial platform should surpass the role of just being a bank’s brick walls of accumulated legal treacheries that help greed, power, and stock market warmongers. DWB comes with a strategy of services that prioritize regional developments anywhere. Mr. Mason’s well-engineered concept guided him to the inevitable inception of duality and a synergistic plan of action that would include the positioning of the most sophisticated project development and PR platform on earth: enters the Marine Foundation.

Mr. Mason’s ambition and unshakable commitment are to bring economic developments to all cultures, which would be a determinant for real peace. An investment banker or the financial algorithm mathematician might ignorantly live their life as kings of their unsustainable self-centered career plans, to contemplate at the end that they were on a mission to help no one but themselves. The DWB’s mission goes further than just financial recognition and success. It goes by the heart of the motherland to speak to those who love traditions and nature. I have never tried to be proudly right in predicting an enterprise’s future, but then again, I have never been wrong. DWB is here to stay, and it will become the financial organization of the century. You do not have to be perfect to be Heaven’s instrument. Just setting up your bases with common sense that speaks the message of achieving 100% for the sake of others puts your destiny on cruise control towards success, whether you want it or not. The seed of real success lies in the motive, more than just programming the result. The Future of Brian S. Mason’s DWB lies in its noble purpose.

Presidential Invitation to Africa Confirmed: Starting with Guinea Conakry:

What was predicted on week 6 of this year, 2021, came true now and confirmed. MARINEF-DWB is invited to develop its first African country officially. The meeting will happen end of April and will be a delegation of about ten members. This maneuver will have the domino effect to spread to Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Cote d’Ivoire immediately. That is it, dear brothers and sisters. The time has finally come for the Marine Foundation to set its footprint on the motherland, the old continent.

Great thanks to Mrs. Balde, President of Marine Foundation Guinea Conakry. When President Conde took office, he became the first freely elected president in the country’s history. This event will be the first personal presidential appointment of the Marine Foundation and DWB in Africa. It is also the work of our Economic Development Minister, Mr. Paul Yapoga, who tactfully made his way towards this event to happen. Architect Henri Gueydan, Minister of Marine Foundation’s Construction and Real Estate Infrastructure will attend. Also Mr. Fred Ferguson of Waterotor, Mr. Brian S. Mason Chairman of DWB, Professor Fukumoto Minister of Technology at Marine Foundation, and quite of few other key figures who represent the starting development in Africa.

Future of Japanese Economy with Reforming Japan Corporate Governance System.

Japanese corporate governance is here a long time coming. Luckily and through Mrs. Naoko Kubo (IBC member), I met Mr. Okutsu, a retired financial elite whose mission is to pioneer the Japanese economy’s well-being with one good concept in mind: Reforming the Japanese corporate governance system. This encounter came to me as a revelation of something that was always in my mind; why Japanese executives lack PR communication talent. The answer indeed came this week through Mr. Okutsu’s topic of changing the present system to something fitting the needs of today’s international marketing challenges to gain or invite new markets to the nation’s demanding need for growth and positively respond to international competition. It all lies in the leadership capacity, therefore, the conditions to give hard-driven young professionals replacing the “Sempai” philosophy of management when politicians retired force themselves into leading structures which they have little or no experience. I will be doing a unique blog on Mr. Otsuku to bring attention to his vital reform informing the Japanese corporate environment. At the Marine Foundation, the initiation on support Japan Corporate Governance took place in the design of our “Sponsors Corporate Structure” with the set up of the Green Label Concept. Below photo: At Mr. Okustu’s house in IZU Japan.

The Global Samurai Award of Common Sense, Courage & Service to Humanity.

Beauty in the fashion world has many faces. The face of physical beauty is the main factor of recognizing what is and what is not, what sells and what sells not. However, Brand Business can expand to new horizons when beauty defines a person’s character and a sense of responsibility for the societies in which we live. Enters “Global Samurai” of Masaki Matsunaga, the Kimono textile structure maker, reinventing in shapes and spirit Japanese ancestral cloth environment like never conceived before. In honor of the original personality approach given to his creation and the content merging with the Marine Foundation’s spirit of absolute respect for life and environment, we will be initiating the “Global Samurai Award” portraying common sense, courage, and humility to a person’s leadership achievement. The Global Samurai page and website will soon appear in readiness for an adventure in discovery and wild imagination (on the positive side of life). (photo below of Masaki and Joyful, creative spirit).

IWC Japan and it’s way to Stardom.

IWC – International Woman Club, born in Japan in the early spring of 2020, has gone a long way thus far. Its leading director and president, Yoko Akahane (IBC members), has gone through the many struggles of establishing the management system, which would allow an international club phenomenon. It assembles all the women of the world under the same voice of beauty and initiative for children and women empowerment in all the fields societies can offer in the modern world of today. IWC is the women’s voice of the Marine Foundation. Yoko is trying hard to put it all together without much guidance from me, and purposefully, I often let it be a part of discovery for those involved. Now that she has persevered in persistence, stamina, and grit for what she believes is right, she is about to receive all the tools needed for its multiplication. I am indeed preparing the official website that will arbor the 1500 African members already scheduled to come onto the platform and initiative IWC through Mrs. Rokhaya and Mrs. Sibide (Ministry of Education) already involved in the causes of women throughout their regions. You can understand the structure of IWC as a federation of all the women clubs that already exist. The concept will bring all-women groups under a pragmatic platform of development for projects that need the support needed to grow the causes these groups represent. (Photo below: Henna Art from Yoko, a display of love for all women’s culture).

Introduction of the IBC Membership Card.

Introduced by the initiative of Dr. Mohammed Alfehaidi, Director for the GCC regions, the IBC membership card will become effective throughout the platform of the 360 members of the group (Presently 205 and growing each week). There is an excellent presentation on the IBC membership here at https://marinef.org/entrance/, where an International Brand Committee member is also a “Shared Brand Owner,” therefore the lifetime license ownership of the brand of the Marine Foundation. This license will become rather financially significant when the foundation launches its 50 annual international events and eight mass membership platforms. You can see the current listing with photos here at https://marinef.org/leadership/, and if you click on people’s images, you will access their official page directly. It is as if, for example, Facebook concept writer had decided to share the copyrights of its brand to 360 people instead of the five people they presently are.

Consequently, this license can present to be a great privilege. Please enquire at administration@marinef.org if you do not see your photo there. The card will serve as the ultimate identification ID for claiming royalty and the presence in all the group’s VIP and Committee gatherings. The colors and content will be in variation. Each member is recorded in both databases and the official website, making it impossible to forge or be tools of fraudulent parties.

The first pilot project action with the agency WFYA is starting with the upcoming registration of the first team.  Emmanuel presently in Nigeria but usually a resident of Ghana is working on the structure.  As soon as the database of the first children’s sports team is ready, I will take this to the next level by contacting Adja the president of WFYA. World Football Youth Association. The goals are to distribute sports equipment with sponsorship names attached from famous Athletes, to thousands of children throughout the world, starting from Africa.

The Continuation of Blue Forest with Irka Bochenko.

Blue Forest – International Event & Initiative. Irka is a member of IBC and she is a celebrity composer & retired actress. Noticeably she was cast as Jame’s bond girl back in the time of Roger Moore. Her talent as a composer took her to work with major European artists. We had a fruitful conversation on the follow-up with the Blue Forest project which initially is the concept from the celebrity sculptor Ousmane Gueye also an IBC member. Therefore we will be working on the first pilot initiative of the concept soon. Irka composed a pre-production song for the purpose of the event and project which hope to be sung by children around the world. You can listen to it from her page here: Irka Bochenko. You may also see the Blue Forest project by clicking on this link.

Mr. & Mrs. Ambassador Weya Visits Koura N. Ouattara.

Mrs. and Mr. Ambassador Jerome Weya (Ambassor of the Cote d’Ivoire in Japan) had the kindness spend time with our Marine Foundation’s president Mrs. Ouattara and team. Activities are seriously in the process in the country withe the planning of Mrs. Ouattara ‘s structures to bringing jobs to the region.

Marine Foundation Japan on the Move with Law Office Association.

Marine Foundation Japan – Japan’s operation is expanding. I had the chance to visit our office in Shinjuku, managed by Mr. Goto and Sumi Kondo, and to my great surprise, new staff has arrived Hitomi and Ayano, whose support and work have become invaluable. The concept of the Shinjuku office in Tokyo will also open a Legal Firm to support all of our branding needs. Japan local office website

The formation of the GCC Team through Naima

Dr. Mohammed Alfehaidi takes on the Marine Foundation’s settlement in the GCC Regions, starting with Dubai and Sharjah. This is one great achievement this week through the counseling of Naima Ben Mlouka, IBC member and Member of the First Ladies Club, Academic Department. Naima is positioned in North Africa, and she has been an inspiration all the way with always challenging herself to bring the network of the foundation on the highest grounds. Through Dr. Mohammed in Dubai, the foundation will be established throughout the Gulf countries, the Middle East, and North Africa. On the footsteps of that motion and representing the First Ladies Club, a great Princess of Sharjah also joined us. HRH. Mariam Saif Al Shamsi

Security Technology Associate with DWB Japan.

Chikara Matsunaga brings technology using our DWB Corporation Japan to deploy his patented technology throughout the world. This is good that we are in Japan and surrounded by technology geniuses in all kind of fields. Chikara is the inventor of a special encryption system that makes it impossible for hackers to break into your electronic environment, including credit cards and all kinds of other applications. LEIS is going toward the future of complete database protection. That kind of technology will also become instrumental in supporting children ‘s protection as well. (below photo: Mr. Matsunago’s office):

Development of Japan Youth Center with the “Avenge” Corporation.

3 hours from Tokyo, in Osaka, the formation of the most interesting Youth Development Center. Marine Foundation wants to associate with Takeharu Nagata, the founder of Avenge Corporation, which by its name should tell you of the Avengers Marvel superhero movies but by its actual vision is actually going to make real miracles happen. They take “Education” very seriously to where it can be applied in people’s daily life. This is a good place to invest in forming a design center for the gathering of the youth of Japan to take on new beautiful initiatives that can serve the entire world.

Distribution of Electronic through Mrs. Sidibe in Senegal.

Approach to Japanese electronic companies. Mrs. Amsatou Sidibe is the authority when it comes to education and also for the cause of women, not just in Africa but around the world. Bio Presentation of Professor Sidibe

BIO OF PROFESSOR AMSATOU SOW SIDIBE

First Senegalese woman Associate Professor in legal and political sciences, she is a peace and dialogue woman. Her well-known leadership made her the first woman in her country to run the presidential elections. The first female member of the Elections National Observatory, Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé, is A Minister, Advisor of the President in charge of Human Rights and Peace. She is the author of many publications.

DISTINGUISHED ACADEMICIAN

After attending primary school at Berthe Maubert, Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé went to John Fitzgerald Kennedy High School before joining the Faculty of Legal and Economic Sciences of the University Cheikh Anta Diop Dakar. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in legal sciences, she attended the French University of Paris II Panthéon Sorbonne. She obtained her Ph.D. brilliantly in Law, which the Paris II University awarded and published in the LGDJ Paris.

Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé succeeded at the aggregation examination of the African and Malagasy Common Organization (AMCO) in 1993 and became a full professor of Universities in 2003.

She has been in the academic environment for 33 years, in the course of which she trained many students and high-profile officers from Senegal, Africa, and elsewhere.

A WOMAN OF PEACE

Professor Amsatou Sidibé, nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for the project « 1000 women » in 2005, is a weariless activist for Peace. Mediator, she is a member of the African Intellectuals Group for Peace in Africa and contributed to the peace processes and in Ivory Coast.

Being conscious that the peace process in Casamance will be enhanced with a large involvement, especially women, she created the “Espace Dialogue Vérité et Réconciliation” (EDVR) for permanent peace in Casamance.

Furthermore, political dialogue is entirely part of her sphere of interest.

A JURIST AND A HUMAN RIGHTS ARDENT DEFENDER

Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé is a fervent defender of human rights as it was said by the Academician Jean Christophe Ruffin, former French Ambassador in Senegal, before awarding her the title of Knight of the French Legion of Honor: “Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé belongs to those jurists who widen horizons for Law, who clear fields, and who forge new tools adapted to the changing reality of evolving societies.

She is a long-time militant for humanitarian action and evolved in the Humanitarian International Law environment. Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé belongs to the pacific army of discoverers. Her battlefield was a neglected topic: women and children’s rights.

She clearly emphasizes the questions of family law, female genital mutilations, violence against women, women in a conflict context, and the positive impact of women on promoting gender equality.

Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé is a jurist used to fight for the restoration of Human Rights and Social Peace.” Moreover, as well as in « SOS Education Droit à l’éducation” for the fundamental right to education, she saved the Senegalese school system several times with support from colleagues of the association.

THE POLITICIAN

Her associative life began in her adolescence; She was then a member of “Ames vacillates et Coeurs Vaillant.” As a student, she was a class representative, turned towards humanist ideas.

Very active within the civil society for many decades, her entry into politics is a logical continuation of her fight. The political movement  “Convergence des  Acteurs pour la  Défense des  Valeurs  Républicaines”  (CAR Leneen), created in May 2010, is an open place of sharing, mindful of the country’s whole social strata preoccupations. Therefore is a watchdog framework to reflect, alert, exchange, and act to resuscitate Senegal awareness. Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé is one of the Daily Heroines.

THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN RIGHTS CUSTODIAN

Expert, member of the governmental delegation at the World Women Forum in Beijing in 1995, Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé is the President of the “Réseau Africain des Femmes Travailleuses” (RAFET)

Specialist of individuals and family law, she defended with courage the Family Code that was once threatened to be burned. She is now claiming a Family Law reform for a better promotion and women and children’s rights.

Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé contributed tirelessly to the parity promotion, women’s reproduction health, the fight against gender-based violence, and, consequently, helped value women’s role in the development process.

According to Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé, Senegal and Africa should protect citizenship with women as the society’s cornerstone.
