Starting with Monaco and Africa, we plan to develop the most charismatic and unique hotel chain ever conceived. Each hotel will be a form of “Media Embassy” where foreign and local media will join into membership and be offered amenities with press conferences, gatherings, banquets, and a full entertaining environment set up to bring the best academic and journalistic crowds of that country and from abroad.

The first hotel will present the pilot demonstration of the Embassy’s chain concept. MER will become a reception platform for Marine Foundation’s special networks and VIPs and a design center for local and and International events. It will provide the capacity and the inclination to be a voice of messaging for local governments and a venue for industry leaders to gather under the rules of one uniform constitutional platform of absolute respect illustrated by the United Five Ocean’s Membership system. The Headquarters of MER worldwide will carry the name “The Club of Africa”.

The Naval Organization of MER is the World Naval Federation WNF. MER is placed on Coastal locations around the world and will represent regions of several countries throughout the five continents of the world. WNF is set to be the moral ruler of the five oceans and protected in each country in land by the diplomatic status of MER.
