Leading the chorus of congratulations was Mrs. Koura N. Ouattara, the President of the Marine Foundation Africa. Mrs. Ouattara arrived in Morocco with a distinguished entourage, which included the First Lady of The Gambia, who has become a dear friend to both Mrs. Ouattara and Mrs. Ben Mlouka.

She collaboratively works in close partnership with ICESCO and has earned the prestigious nomination of “Mama Africa” for a renewed five-year term. In her role representing the Marine Foundation, she assume a central role in orchestrating this remarkable event known as the “Oscar of Women of Excellence in Africa.”
