Highlights:
The Constitution is written by the hands of conscience in its purest form. Therefore it cannot be compromised, and I stress that not even myself would be to amend it without a group meeting and agreement. This is particular to the Marine Foundation and that is all of your protection and comfort. I am pleased to introduce the planning for the year 2019.

Expectation for 2019:
2019 is when we are starting up all the main concepts of the Marine Foundation. These are my expectations below:
1 – The IT platform will take off with the making of GCLA and Wikinations. The design of the of these 2 platforms will be handled by professional IT teams.
2 – The design of the first “Kingdom School” or SCU (Sea Campus Universal) will be completed and purchase of land in Africa to establish the infrastructure set of the first village.
3 – The Program with MDA (Marine Development Agency) will be initialized with the first 2 Fishing Boat to a Coastal region of Africa.
4 – The Global University (GU) concept will be initialized in Dakar where the land has already been reserved for that purpose.
5 – 3 Marine Foundation’s international events will take place in the categories of Symposium (International Child Protection – ICP) – The Banquet of Ambassadors (Tokyo) – The Grand Opening Ceremony Marine Foundation Africa through Abidjan – First Legend Game Asia-Africa.
6 – Opening of the Marine Foundation in the USA
7 – Opening of the Marine Foundation in Uganda with the design of a children community center through KATO Foundation.
8 – Opening of the Marine Foundation in Dakar Senegal.
9 – Opening of the Marine Foundation in France and the arrangement with the Montebise property.
10 – To initialize the first distribution of sports equipment through the Marine Foundation’s agency WFYA – World Football Youth Association.

Immediate Follow up:
Trip to Liberia: Define if we will travel from Japan to Liberia in the occasion to meet President George Weah, also a football legend. I am presently preparing the presentation of our team to present to the Ministry of Sport before taking account of an appointment.
