Your position as the President of your nation within the Marine Foundation is granted entirely at the discretion of the Chairman. At this stage, the role comes without immediate responsibilities as we await funding to activate vital projects specific to your country. When that time comes, you will be the primary leader and decision-maker, shaping the direction of those initiatives. For now, securing your position is essential.

In the meantime, we will appoint six members from your nation to serve as representatives of the YNA (Youth Network Ambassadors). The system I have developed for YNA registration is straightforward and requires minimal effort, aiming to enlist 1,000 YNA members from your nation. While women are preferred in supervisory roles, the positions are open to anyone. YNA members will focus solely on building network membership and will not be involved in the nation’s operational development.

This growing network will provide the foundation for leadership within your nation, paving the way for gatherings, events, and future staff recruitment opportunities as the structure takes shape.

I will provide further updates to clarify questions such as: Why now? What are the expectations for the upcoming operations? Most importantly, I will outline the funding opportunities to establish us as a financially independent organization.
