The overall idea: GCLA is set to have members and community centers in all 240 countries worldwide. This global membership platform will integrate with the Wikinations portal. When any region in any country reaches a sufficient number of members, according to its demographic calculations for a city or community, it will be systematically sponsored for a MICC facility. The financial management of MCC facilities is funded through sponsorship fees from local businesses, in exchange for direct exposure to regional markets. GCLA members will naturally identify these corporations within their online portal, which is directly linked to Wikinations, where the International Chamber of Commerce & Cultural Relations is located. Wikinations, an attractive, education-based platform, together with MCC, will be central to helping GCLA members discover business opportunities and to assisting corporations in communicating with new markets and consumers.
