Children Emergency

In a world where millions of children are deprived of the fundamental joy and developmental benefits of sports, we face a pressing crisis that demands our immediate attention and action. The right to play, to engage in sports, is not just a leisurely privilege; it’s a birthright, a vital part of childhood that shapes physical health, social skills, and emotional well-being. Yet, this right remains an unfulfilled dream for countless children, hindered by poverty, lack of resources, or societal barriers. This stark reality is not just a challenge; it’s an emergency that calls upon the conscience and capacity of our foundation. We have the duty, the moral imperative, to bridge this unacceptable gap. By mobilizing resources, fostering partnerships, and spearheading innovative programs, we can transform this landscape of disparity into a playground of equal opportunities. Every child deserves the chance to run freely, to score goals, to experience the camaraderie of a team – and it is our mission, our unwavering commitment, to turn this vision into a tangible reality for every child, in every corner of the world. This is more than a responsibility; it’s a calling to ignite a brighter, healthier, and more inclusive future.

We Must Assume Responsibility Through Acts of Kindness for Others

We Must Assume Responsibility Through Acts of Kindness for Others” conveys a profound message about the path to spiritual fulfillment for adults. It emphasizes that the road to heaven for mature individuals lies in their ability to not only recognize their responsibility towards others but also to actively demonstrate it through acts of kindness and compassion. This title underscores the idea that true spiritual growth and fulfillment come from selflessness, from making a positive impact on the lives of those around us. By assuming this responsibility, adults can find their own fulfillment and a sense of purpose, paving their way towards a more meaningful and rewarding journey on the path to spiritual enlightenment.

The Flow of Funds

The World Football Youth Association is now an integral part of the Marine Foundation as a fully affiliated agency. To guarantee the secure and direct delivery of donations to African projects, the Marine Foundation has entrusted its Japanese banking division, MARINE-FOUNDATION-TRUST, with the task of overseeing the financial transactions. These funds will be transferred directly to the Gambia branch under the leadership of Mr. Philip Abel Bensouda. This financial arrangement ensures that all contributions from donors and sponsors are managed with the utmost security and transparency. Additionally, the Marine Foundation has established a diplomatic presence in Côte d’Ivoire, Africa, under the guidance of its President, Mrs. Koura N. Ouattara, further solidifying its commitment to the region.

The Agency must register its leadership and management team directly through the Branch Headquarters of the Marine Foundation in the Gambia

The Future of WFYA

The World Youth Football Association (WFYA), with the involvement of legendary football icons like Messi and Ronaldo, is poised for a transformative future. Their participation brings unparalleled visibility and inspiration to the initiative, creating a ripple effect of enthusiasm and engagement among young aspiring athletes. Their involvement could lead to workshops, training camps, and mentorship programs, providing direct interaction and learning opportunities for the youth. This connection with world-renowned players has the potential to significantly boost the confidence and aspirations of young athletes, fostering a new generation of football talent.

In Africa, where football is more than a sport but a cultural phenomenon, the impact of WFYA, amplified by the involvement of Messi and Ronaldo, could be monumental. Through their participation, WFYA can promote not just athletic excellence, but also values such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. These values resonate deeply within the diverse cultural tapestry of Africa, where sports often act as a unifying force. The presence of these football stars can also draw attention to various regional issues, such as the need for better sports infrastructure and access to quality training for young athletes. Moreover, their global appeal could attract international sponsors and partners, leading to improved facilities, equipment, and perhaps even scholarships for talented individuals.

Beyond the pitch, the influence of WFYA, bolstered by its association with such famous players, extends into broader societal benefits. It can inspire positive change in communities across Africa by promoting education, health, and social cohesion through sport. Football has the power to bridge gaps, bringing together children from different backgrounds and fostering a sense of community and shared purpose. The involvement of Messi and Ronaldo could also highlight the importance of education and personal development, encouraging young players to balance their sporting ambitions with academic pursuits. This holistic approach can create well-rounded individuals who are not only skilled in football but are also capable contributors to their communities and role models for future generations.

The Future is so Bright Starting with the Gambia

The future indeed shines bright, and it begins with The Gambia, a beacon of potential and progress for the World Youth Football Association (WFYA). As a starting point, The Gambia offers a unique blend of rich cultural heritage and a deep-seated love for football, making it an ideal ground for nurturing young talent. The introduction of WFYA in this vibrant nation sets the stage for a transformative journey in youth football development. The Gambia’s enthusiastic youth, when given the right opportunities and exposure, could rise to become not just national but also international football stars, symbolizing hope and aspiration for many.

This initiative in The Gambia can serve as a model for other African nations, demonstrating the powerful impact of investing in youth through sports. With the right blend of training, mentorship, and resources, WFYA is poised to uncover and polish the raw talent that abounds in this region. The ripple effect of this could be enormous, leading to a significant increase in the quality of football across the continent. As these young talents blossom, they bring with them a wave of positive change, not just in sports but also in their communities, driving social and economic development.

Moreover, the success of WFYA in The Gambia could attract global attention, drawing in sponsors, partners, and football icons to further enrich the program. This international spotlight can help bridge gaps, providing resources and opportunities that were previously unavailable. As these young Gambian footballers excel and make their mark on the world stage, they will inspire countless others, setting a precedent for what can be achieved through determination, support, and a passion for football. The future of WFYA, starting in The Gambia, is not just about producing excellent football players; it’s about shaping leaders, building communities, and creating a legacy that transcends sports.

World Broadcasting Message:
Week 2 Completed – Marine Foundation’s Week 2 of 2024

Who do you think you are?

“Who do you think you are?” The echo of these words reverberates through the chambers of introspection, a symphony of self-discovery that orchestrates the essence of one’s being. Often, we tread upon the soil of existence, tethered to the narratives woven by external hands – schools, societies, and birthright dogmas. Yet, this is not the canvas upon which our true selves are painted.

Within the depths of our being exists a cosmic choreography, an intricate dance of atoms forging our very existence. We emerge from the void, evolving from mere particles into fully realized beings, defying comprehension. The portrait of our identity remains elusive, shaped not by our conscious will but by the unseen forces of life’s grand design.

The world around us, a mosaic of human-made constructs and societal norms, often obscures the profound truth beneath the surface. We are more than mere actors in the play of existence, subservient to the scripts and regulations of society. We are architects of our destinies, explorers of the boundless realms of consciousness.

In this quest for self-realization, we confront a fundamental question that transcends the constraints of time and space – what and how do we genuinely operate? Do we chart our course based on the ephemeral illusions of the past, imprisoned by human-made constructs and dogmas, or do we dare to glimpse the unfathomable depths of our potential?

Our conception as human beings is but a vessel, a vessel formed by the hands of human understanding. Yet, it does not define the essence of our being. We are more than the sum of our physical existence; we are spiritual beings entwined with the universe’s masterpiece.

So, when you ponder the question, “Who do you think you are?” remember that you are the conductor of your own symphony, the author of your own narrative, and the seeker of profound truths that transcend the boundaries of human understanding. Embrace the beauty of this realization, for it holds the power to unleash a torrent of experiences beyond the confines of societal norms, allowing you to soar to new heights of self-discovery and enlightenment.

The Beauty within yourself

The beauty within you is an enigma, a treasure hidden deep within the recesses of your soul, eluding all attempts at description, comprehension, or visual perception by others. It is a unique essence, untouched by the hands of predestination, unshaped by the molds of your past experiences. This beauty is a sacred gift, a masterpiece crafted by the cosmic architect of time and space.

In the puzzle of existence, you are a singular thread woven with intention and purpose by the creator of all things. Your individuality is a stroke in the divine masterpiece of the universe, a testament to the boundless creativity of the cosmos. It is a beauty that defies convention, transcends the constraints of earthly existence, and sings its symphony in the grand opera of life.

This beauty is not confined to the physical vessel you inhabit or the fleeting roles you play in the world. It is an ethereal radiance that emanates from the depths of your being, a light that illuminates the path of your journey through time and space. It is the resonance of your innermost desires, the harmonious alignment of your thoughts, and the purity of your intentions.

It is not measured by external standards or defined by the judgments of others, for it is a beauty that belongs to you and you alone. The simple and profound truth is that you are a creation of divine grace, a manifestation of the universe’s unfathomable love and wisdom.

Celestial Queries: Posing Questions to the Sun or Witnessing the Moon’s Enigmatic Shadow

In moments of self-reflection, when you ask, “Who do you think you are?” or ask the sun this morning, “Who do you think I am?” remember that you are a vessel of the ineffable beauty that only a creator of time and space could have imagined for you. Embrace this truth, for it is the key to unlocking the limitless potential within you. It is the invitation to dance to the rhythm of your own heart, to paint the canvas of your life with the vibrant colors of your unique soul, and to discover the profound beauty that has always been and will forever be yours.

Ambassador Moussa Fanta Camara

Ambassador Moussa Fanta Camara

Ambassador “at-Large” Moussa Moussa Fanta Camara

An Ambassador “at-Large” presented officially Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, on his business card is higher than a regular Ambassador. (second from the left on the photo). Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (AEP): The term “Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary” is a formal title given to diplomats who represent their country with the highest level of authority. They are authorized to negotiate and sign treaties and agreements on behalf of their government. This title reflects the extensive powers and authority granted to them. In summary, an Ambassador “at-Large” with the title Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary is a diplomat who represents their country with extensive authority and is appointed for special diplomatic missions or global issues.

His Excellency graciously granted me the unexpected privilege of a visit due to my desire to extend a warm welcome to my good friend, Mr. Ban Traoure, who had arrived in Japan the day before to assume his role at the Embassy for an important diplomatic mission he has been assigned. (Ben Traoure first person on the left).

A few years ago, I led a delegation of 13 individuals to Guinea, where I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Traoure during my visit while exploring the country. While the other members of the delegation returned home after 8 days, I made a personal decision to extend my stay in the region for an additional 3 months to embark on my own journey of exploration. During this extended period, I traveled extensively, venturing into Guinea Bissau and achieving the remarkable feat of obtaining permanent resident status in record time. Furthermore, I ventured to The Gambia, where I successfully navigated the challenges and financial constraints to legally establish the Marine Foundation. Despite the many obstacles along the way, I managed to persevere and accomplish these significant milestones.

On Friday, January 12, 2024, amidst the second week of the year, I experienced Ambassador Camara’s invitation as a heartfelt return to my beloved Africa, my ancestral homeland. My encounter with Mr. Baba Sylla, (first from the right) who holds a significant role in economic development, served as a poignant reminder of the core mission of the Marine Foundation: fostering peace through economic advancement.

While being present at the Embassy alongside my wonderful spouse, Mrs. Ayumi Nakamura, we couldn’t help but appreciate the greatness, kindness, and wise guidance that emanated from our interactions. The embassy staff exhibited an unwavering commitment to their service and a deep sense of pride in working under the exceptional leadership of Ambassador Camara.

Ambassador Camara boasts an extraordinary track record of dedicated service to his beloved nations. I am genuinely enthusiastic about the prospect of presenting pragmatic approaches to him, which can assist us in establishing the Marine Foundation in Guinea, leveraging the strategic development opportunities that can benefit the country within the framework of the Japanese environment.

My aspiration is for Ambassador Camara to become one of the most accomplished African Ambassadors in Japan, facilitating more direct engagement from influential business leaders and proactive government members. Moreover, his innate charisma is a remarkable asset, akin to a heavenly gift.

First Call for Action in Guinea

We plan the construction of 300 wells in Guinea

“Souvenir d’une Enfance” is now officially affiliated with the Marine Foundation. Originally registered in France, the association does not possess a banking infrastructure for receiving funds. To ensure that donations reach their intended destination in Africa, the Marine Foundation’s banking entity in Japan, known as MARINE-FOUNDATION-TRUST, will take on the responsibility of managing the project’s financial accounts. This arrangement offers donors and sponsors peace of mind, ensuring that their contributions are handled securely and transparently throughout the process.

Furthermore, the Marine Foundation has its structure diplomatically registered in Cote d’Ivoire, Africa, with its President, Mrs. Koura N. Ousttara. Funds can be securely and directly transferred either to the official account of MARINE-FOUNDATION-AFRICA or, on a case-by-case basis, to the agency’s structure led by President Aïcha Rebah, who heads the “Souvenir d’une Enfance” agency.

For individuals who wish to contribute, we can begin by initiating the project with the construction of a single well in their chosen country.
Official Page of the Project – click here

Based on the information provided earlier, the cost breakdown for the construction of wells is as follows:

1200 wells at 15 meters: $2,180.00 each
1500 wells at 20 meters: $2,925.00 each
1750 wells at 30 meters: $4,705.00 each
To calculate the cost of just one well, we can choose any of the depth options. Let’s use the 20-meter well as an example:

Cost of one 20-meter well = $2,925.00

This monumental undertaking by The Marine Foundation exemplifies a profound commitment to selfless giving, echoing the platform’s core values of humanitarianism. The inspiration for this initiative stemmed from the Chairman of the Development World Bank (DWB), and it was made possible through the remarkable network of talents within The Marine Foundation. Notably, the visionary designer behind this extraordinary project is Mr. Henri Gueydan, a French-Japanese national, whose creative prowess promises to bring this symbol of development to life in Guinea, fostering a brighter future for the nation and its people.
