MARINE EMBASSY RESORTS Brand (MER) – TOKYO
The project is an initiation to settlement our brand hospitality concepts, such as the “Marine Embassy Resort” Hospitality brand, where noticeable facilities join hands with the Marine Foundation to profit from the foundation’s extensive gathering networks.
Tokyo offers the Marine Foundation the acquisition of a
15 000 m2 central Land and park, with the property. General Douglas MacArthur’s ancient residence. The Land will invite countries of Africa with no relation with Japan to place a diplomatic representation on the property. Being the first Marine Embassy Resort (MER) globally, it will also introduce The Club of Africa to supply PR services to all African Embassies of Tokyo.
The Club of Africa represents the 54 counties of Africa. The venue is a place of gathering and educational services for content distribution. It helps local embassies build relations with the local market. The exclusive PR services offered by the Marine Foundation help bridge relations between diplomats and business leaders. The Land and facilities can welcome as many of 10 consulates of isolated nations who wish to initiate a diplomatic relationship with Japan.

The Land will figurate as a: MARINE EMBASSY RESORTS – Brand concept created by the Marine Foundation, a Japanese Global Humanitarian and Operation Organization.
The Land and venue will also magnify the beauty of Japan’s institutional spirit in all of its contexts. In addition, they will serve as a Marine Foundation global headquarters to export Japanese technologies and “know-how” to developing countries of the world.
It will harbor several Embassies Offices of countries that do not yet have representation in Japan. The “Club of Africa” is illustrated by the “Banquet of Ambassadors” (at the property) to gather both diplomates and business to JAPIA’s strategic initiatives. (JAPIA: Japan Africa Partnership Initiative Agency). (JAPIA is a marine Foundation’s agency). It will also displace the “Monaco Embassy” from its present location to this new location in Shirogane.
7 Signature Concepts within the facilities:
The Temple of “Water of Life” – Celebrating the birth through the mother’s womb. Beautiful architectural structure design by renowned Japan-French Architect. The structure will blend with the park’s beauty, keeping all the natural environment. Marine Foundation, the base of water through which we all originate. Seven religious leaders will bless the place and cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony—seminar on ecological programs and the protection of the planet.
Welcoming Facility for pregnant women (attached to the temple) for seminars, yoga, relaxation, and counseling activities. Some esthetic and beauty base services and a Kimono tea salon.
Water Laboratory and Research Center – (attached to the temple) A general research facility to invite scientists worldwide to promote the research on water and hydrogen technologies.
Embassies Building Quarters – (CLUB OF AFRICA) welcoming 10 Embassies of small African, South American, Eastern Europe countries who do not have diplomatic representation in Japan. It will also include hosting the consulate of the Principality of Monaco as a voice of support to developing nations.
Hall of Fame of Japanese Brands & Sports Institution – Portraying and exhibiting the beauty of a global Japan with its influential brands in technologies (Seiko watches), sports sectors (Judo, Sumo, karate, aikido) and food (sushi and sake industry) – it will display as a hall with screen presentations especially shown for the international community.
Banquet Hall of Ambassadors – a dining facility for distinguished guests and leadership crowds. It includes the kitchen and hospitality facilities on two floors. The banquet room can seat a maximum of 200 guests and a stage for presentation and event gatherings.
Marine Office Residence Facility – the structure office of the Marine Foundation for data management and organization and project planning department. It will include a media production center for all of the multimedia needs.
Landscape & Conservation:
The landscape will keep its original vegetation where the new structure gently mixes into it. Modern natural materials will add to the existing historical component of the property. For example, the fence around the property will have a good look matching the neighborhood’s character. It will take an approximate length of 6 to 14 months to complete all of the structures. However, the facilities do not require heavy infrastructural work, using quality-made Japanese artisanal know-how.
Promotion Purposes Benefits to Japan:
Marine Foundation would like to support the Japanese lacking the young generation Japanese demographics. Inciting a place to promote birth through holistic activities can reinforce Japanese young people’s confidence in creating larger families.
Marine Foundation would like to promote Japan’s Global Communication spirit through reinforcing the understanding of a culture of giving. Furthermore, the Promotion of international languages and cultures can help promote a better Public Relations system within today Japanese corporate governance and culture.
Marine Foundation would like to promote Japanese hospitality sites to the international community, such as “onsen” and resorts around Japan, to provide more sustainable tourism to rural japan. Unfortunately, artisanal Japan lacks promotional media and communication tools.
Marine Foundation is also the creator of the “International Hospitality Club of Japan” as its welcoming institution serving internationally to the Promotion of Japan and its culture.
