Dr. Undra Semjidsuren: A Visionary in Global Pediatric Care

Dr. Undra is more than a friend; she is like a sister to me. Our bond stretches back 20 years, to the very inception of the Marine Foundation. Together, we embarked on our first great venture—developing the captivating vision of the Children’s Hospital and Resort in Mongolia, the majestic land of Genghis Khan, with the project slated for 2025. Over the years, she has been honing her skills as a surgeon in the U.S., where she also met Eddie, my new brother and a master chef in the hospitality industry. The day I went to pick them up at the airport, seeing Dr. Undra after so many years, was filled with such joy and a sense of reunion, as if time had woven us closer with every step of our shared journey. Dr.Professor Undra is the highest graduate if Mongolia with special honors of the President of Mongolia from the prestigious Univeersity of Korea. Dr. Undra Semdjisuren Official Page

The Greatest Hospital Concept For Children – USCHR

Dr. Professor Undra Semjidsuren stands at the forefront of a revolutionary approach to children’s healthcare with the creation of the Undra Semdjisuren Children’s Hospital & Resort (USCHR). This groundbreaking medical platform promises to be one of the largest hospital concepts in the world, offering children the care and love they deserve in an environment that combines top-tier healthcare with the comforts of a five-star resort.

Born in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Dr. Semjidsuren’s vision for USCHR began in her homeland, where the first international headquarters will be established. The hospital’s concept transcends traditional medical care, incorporating an edutainment center and educational services from the Sea Campus Universal (SCU) platform, allowing children to continue their studies during treatment. The resort aspect of the hospital ensures that families and guests can experience the warmth and comfort of a hospitality environment while their children receive the best care.

What sets USCHR apart is its focus on accessibility and affordability. The cost of care will vary based on location and the patient’s family’s financial situation, ensuring that the hospital is affordable to nearly everyone. Special provisions will be made for abandoned children or those without parents, with costs covered by sponsorship programs through the Marine Foundation.

As one of the first volunteer members of the Marine Foundation, Dr. Semdjisuren has been instrumental in shaping the Foundation’s humanitarian goals alongside Founder Tomeo Motto RDG. Her passion and innovative ideas have positioned USCHR to become a global model for pediatric care, with plans to expand the concept to Africa, providing each nation with its own hospital to support children in need.

Dr. Semdjisuren’s vision is a testament to her deep commitment to children’s welfare, offering not just medical treatment but a holistic, nurturing environment for children and their families around the world.

Supreme Minister of Health & Medical Science

The Ministry of Health at the Marine Foundation is a cornerstone of the organization’s commitment to global well-being. It focuses on innovative and holistic healthcare solutions for communities worldwide. This Ministry is not just about treating illnesses but is dedicated to revolutionizing how healthcare is delivered, especially for the most vulnerable, such as children.

One of the Ministry’s groundbreaking initiatives is the development of resort hospitals for children. These facilities offer more than just medical care; they provide a nurturing, hospitality-driven environment where patients and their families feel supported and at ease. Each resort hospital is designed to integrate medical care with educational and recreational elements, ensuring that children can continue to learn and grow, even during long-term treatments. The hospitals are set to be affordable, ensuring accessibility for all families, regardless of their financial background.

The Ministry of Health also strongly emphasizes supporting medical research to address urgent healthcare needs. This research drives the creation of systems that can deliver medical care to any child anywhere in the world. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and the Marine Foundation’s global network, the Ministry aims to ensure that no child is left without care, regardless of geographical or socio-economic barriers.

What sets the Marine Foundation’s Ministry of Health apart is its forward-thinking approach to healthcare’s role in economic development. Each healthcare concept, such as the resort hospitals, is designed to be replicable and adaptable, triggering health benefits and economic growth in the regions where they are established. The Ministry’s vision is one where healthcare systems become pillars of community strength, supporting the well-being and prosperity of nations.

In summary, the Ministry of Health at the Marine Foundation is about creating a global network of care that reaches every child in need, fostering a future where healthcare is accessible, compassionate, and a catalyst for broader societal growth.

The Cosmic Order From The Sun

Cosmic Order from the Sun: Understanding the Dual Nature of the Universe and Everything Around Us

Imagine the sun shining brightly in the sky. The sun is more than just a ball of light—it’s a force that keeps everything in the universe connected and in balance. The way the sun rises and sets, warms the earth, and nourishes plants is an example of how everything in the universe follows a pattern, or what we can call cosmic order. Like how the sun plays a vital role in keeping life going, everything around us, from the smallest particles to the most enormous creatures, follows a similar order to stay connected and work together.

The Two Parts of Everything: Yang and Yin
Looking closely at the universe, we see that everything has two main parts. These parts work together in harmony; we can call them yang and yin. Yang is like the sun—strong, bright, and active—while Yin is calm, relaxed, and gentle like the moon. Just as the sun and moon both play essential roles in the sky, yang and yin exist in everything and need each other to make life work.

For example:

Atoms: Atoms, the building blocks of everything, have positive and negative charges. These opposite forces combine to stabilize the atom, just like how the sun and moon balance day and night.

Plants and Animals: Plants use both male (yang) and female (yin) parts to grow and spread. Animals need males and females to bring new life into the world. Even in people, boys and girls might seem different, but both have some of each other’s qualities inside them. This balance of opposites makes life possible.

Inside and Outside: Mind and Body
Everything has a balance of yang and yin, an inside part, and an outside part. Think about yourself:

Mind and Body: Your body is what people can see—the outside part. But inside, you have thoughts, feelings, and ideas—that’s your mind. Your mind (inside) controls your body (outside), and together they make you who you are.
This idea of inside and outside is true for all things in nature. For example, plants have an inner nature that tells them how to grow, and animals have instincts that guide their actions. These inside parts work with the outside forms, just as the sun and the earth work together to keep life growing.

Cosmic Order from the Sun: How Everything Works Together
The sun, which gives light, warmth, and energy, is an example of how everything in the universe is connected through cosmic order. Just as the sun provides energy that plants use to grow, the same idea of order is found in all of nature. Every living thing has a purpose and follows a natural rhythm—just like how the sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening. This cosmic order keeps everything in balance and harmony.

Inside each person, plant, and animal, there’s an inner nature that guides their actions, like how the sun guides the cycles of day and night. The Creator of the universe made everything with these two parts—inside and outside, yang and yin—so that everything can work together perfectly. This balance keeps the universe moving smoothly, just like the sun keeps life on earth thriving.

The Perfect Balance

When all the parts of nature fit together, from the smallest atoms to the biggest stars, the universe becomes a place full of life and purpose. The cosmic order that starts with the sun reflects how everything is meant to be connected, balanced, and in harmony. Just like the sun plays its role in keeping the earth alive, everything in nature has its own role to play in keeping the universe working beautifully.

Marine Foundation’s Full Registration in Guinea: A Milestone in African Collaboration

Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and a government change following a coup, on May 21st, 2021, the Marine Foundation initiated its presence in Guinea, led by a delegation I organized. This effort has now culminated in significant progress and official registration in the Republic of Guinea.

The journey began with Mrs. Koura Niele Ouatarra, President of Marine Foundation Africa, and Ambassador Lamine Camara, who worked diligently to secure diplomatic recognition for the Foundation in Guinea. This achievement follows the diplomatic status the Foundation received from Côte d’Ivoire on November 4, 2022, due to Mrs. Ouatarra’s leadership. Mr. Camara has been instrumental in establishing the Foundation’s office in Guinea, furthering its mission to bring sustainable development and economic progress to Africa.

The Marine Foundation’s registration in Guinea opens the door for impactful initiatives in education, healthcare, and youth empowerment. Guinea, known as the “Water Basin of Africa,” plays a vital role in West Africa due to its abundant water resources, river sources, and hydroelectric potential. These natural assets position the nation as a crucial partner in the region’s development.

This moment marks the beginning of a new chapter of collaboration between Côte d’Ivoire and Guinea, and the Marine Foundation is excited to work with local communities to create lasting change.

Marine Foundation: Diplomatic Recognition and Global Influence

The Marine Foundation, recognized as a diplomatic organization, continues to expand its global impact, attracting funding for projects across Africa and beyond. Diplomatic recognition from Côte d’Ivoire in 2022 and the upcoming recognition in Mauritania highlights the Foundation’s unique role in uniting Christian and Muslim nations, symbolizing its ability to bridge cultures and faiths.

With its diplomatic status, the Foundation operates at the highest levels of international cooperation, collaborating with governments, civil society, and global leaders to implement sustainable development initiatives. This recognition enables the Foundation to create formal agreements with nations and establish projects that align with global development goals, particularly in education, healthcare, and economic empowerment.

One of the key milestones is the establishment of the Marine Foundation’s diplomatic office in Côte d’Ivoire, inaugurated in November 2022. Under the leadership of Mrs. Koura Niele Ouattara, the Foundation has undertaken significant initiatives, such as the construction of a hospital, university, and housing development, aimed at fostering socio-economic growth in the region.

The Marine Foundation’s influence, guided by visionary leadership and its United Five Oceans initiative, is poised to surpass traditional global organizations like the UN. The Foundation focuses on real progress, addressing vital human needs such as access to clean water, renewable energy, and modern healthcare solutions, with the goal of uniting resources and expertise for global cooperation and peace.

Additionally, the Japan Africa Partnership Initiatives Agency (JAPIA), backed by Japanese expertise, plays a key role in Africa’s development, promoting local industries through the “Made in Africa” label and fostering collaboration between Japan and Africa.

This Diplomatic Seat was formally inaugurated on November 4, 2022, at the esteemed Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abidjan. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Ambassador Daouda, whose introduction highlighted the significance of this partnership and our shared commitment to driving sustainable progress in the region.

This remarkable achievement was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Mrs. Koura Niele Ouattara and her talented Ivorian team, whose meticulous preparation and vision played a pivotal role in bringing this initiative to life. Their work exemplifies the spirit of collaboration and leadership that defines our mission in Côte d’Ivoire and beyond.

Agenda for the Republic of Cote D’Ivoire

The Marine Foundation’s inaugural project aims to integrate the essential – for 2024-2025

The Marine Foundation’s inaugural project aims to integrate essential infrastructure and community development. It encompasses the establishment of a hospital, a university, and a housing development in a strategic location. Here’s an overview of each component:

1. Hospital: The foundation will construct a state-of-the-art hospital facility equipped to provide comprehensive medical care to the community it serves. This hospital will offer a range of medical services, including emergency care, surgeries, specialist consultations, and outpatient services. Additionally, emphasis may be placed on environmentally sustainable practices in the design and operation of the hospital, aligning with the foundation’s commitment to eco-friendly initiatives.

2. University: The foundation plans to establish a university aimed at providing accessible higher education opportunities to individuals in the region. This institution will offer a diverse array of academic programs across various disciplines, fostering intellectual growth and skill development among students. Collaborative research initiatives, community engagement projects, and partnerships with industries may also be key components of the university’s mission.

3. Housing Development: To address the community’s residential needs, the foundation will undertake the development of a housing project. This endeavor aims to provide affordable and sustainable housing options for individuals and families, thereby enhancing the quality of life in the area. The housing development may incorporate modern design principles, green spaces, and community amenities to promote a vibrant and inclusive living environment.

Through the implementation of these initiatives, the Marine Foundation seeks to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the community, fostering health, education, and socio-economic development. Additionally, these projects may serve as models for future endeavors, demonstrating innovative approaches to addressing pressing societal challenges.

Serving the People First

A Gesture of Grace: Gratitude to Côte d’Ivoire’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Before we were honored with the official recognition and kindness of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Côte d’Ivoire, our journey took us to the heart of the nation, where we served the children of many villages by providing backpacks and school supplies. Among these villages was the home of the President, where we did our best to uplift the people, offering not only material support but also the hope of economic renewal for all.

In a beautiful act of compassion, the esteemed Minister of Foreign Affairs was deeply moved by our efforts. Touched by the sincerity of our mission, she graciously waived the customary administrative fees. This heartfelt gesture filled us with gratitude, and we extend our deepest thanks to her and the nation of Côte d’Ivoire for this meaningful and generous support.

The Good History of Cote D’Ivoire

The Good Marine Foundation’s Legacy in Côte d’Ivoire: The Pivotal Role of President Koura Niele Ouattara

The Marine Foundation’s journey in Côte d’Ivoire has been a story of growth, compassion, and impactful change. From its early efforts to its current achievements, the Foundation has become a beacon of hope and transformation in the country. At the heart of this success is the unwavering leadership and vision of Mrs. Koura Niele Ouattara, whose dedication as the President of the Marine Foundation in Côte d’Ivoire has been instrumental in shaping its legacy.

Under President Koura Niele Ouattara’s stewardship, the Marine Foundation established a strong foothold in Côte d’Ivoire, earning the trust and recognition of local and national authorities, including the esteemed Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her leadership goes beyond administrative oversight; it embodies a hands-on approach that prioritizes the well-being of the people, particularly children in underserved communities. Through various initiatives, she has spearheaded programs that provide essential resources—such as backpacks and school supplies to rural villages—ensuring that the next generation has access to education and the tools they need to succeed.

One of the defining moments in the Marine Foundation’s history in Côte d’Ivoire came when the Foundation, led by Mrs. Ouattara, visited the village of the nation’s President. This visit was symbolic and a tangible demonstration of the Foundation’s commitment to uplifting the local communities. They brought hope to the people with sincerity and compassion, along with promises of economic development and educational support, fostering a sense of solidarity and partnership between the Foundation and the Ivorian people.

Mrs. Ouattara’s diplomatic understanding was also a critical factor in the Marine Foundation’s formal recognition in the country. Her ability to build relationships with key governmental figures, such as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, resulted in remarkable gestures of support, such as waiving administrative fees—a testament to the respect and admiration the Foundation’s work had garnered.

The Marine Foundation’s history in Côte d’Ivoire reflects, in many ways, Mrs. Koura Niele Ouattara’s own values: empathy, resilience, and an unwavering belief in the power of unity. Under her leadership, the Foundation continues to drive meaningful change, with plans for further expansion into sustainable development, healthcare, and education. Her vision aligns with the Marine Foundation’s broader goals: to build self-sufficient, economically prosperous, and socially united communities.

As the Marine Foundation’s influence grows within Côte d’Ivoire, so too does Mrs. Ouattara’s legacy as a leader who has not only transformed the lives of many but has also laid the groundwork for a future where the principles of solidarity, innovation, and humanity guide the nation’s progress. Through her efforts, the Marine Foundation has become a vital partner in Côte d’Ivoire’s journey toward lasting development, creating a ripple effect that will impact future generations.

The “Made-in-Africa” Label

The Most Significant Agency From Japan

JAPIA’s efforts are the best service to Africa for its development. By leveraging Japanese expertise and technology, JAPIA can contribute to improving various sectors of the African economy. The initiative to establish a “Made in Africa” united label suggests a focus on promoting local industries and manufacturing, which can lead to economic growth and job creation. Additionally, by supporting Japanese companies in expanding into African markets, JAPIA can facilitate technology transfer, knowledge sharing, and capacity building, which are crucial for sustainable development. JAPIA’s role as a cultural guide and legislative support further demonstrates its commitment to fostering long-term partnerships and collaboration between Japan and Africa.

A Call for a New Africa from the Heart of Japan

JAPIA was conceived by the heart of Marine Foundation for Africa, a continent undergoing profound positive changes. Africa has long been recognized for its immense potential for advancement, yet throughout history, its people have been deprived of their rights by dominant powers seeking to exploit its wealth and minerals. These powers failed to acknowledge Africa’s pivotal role in the global economy; if Africa falls, everything else falls. Contrary to misconceptions, Africa’s trajectory to becoming the greatest continent on earth is an undeniable reality, rooted in its historical and scientific foundations. Africa is the source of the earth’s natural resources and could be considered the birthplace of humanity.

The Marine Foundation is dedicated to empowering Africa by establishing systems that allow the continent to control its own projects. This marks a stark departure from the past, where nations imposed corrupt systems to maintain control over the land and its people. Today, the systems implemented by the Marine Foundation are designed for Africa, by Africa, and from Africa. This signifies a transformative moment for African people, who will now have mastery over their economy and environment.

Mr. Yamamoto, is also the owner of Cores Corporation in Japan, leads a business dedicated to broad societal contributions. Cores Corporation specializes in the development and application of innovative technologies, focusing on data compression, electronic filing systems, and mobile products. Their flagship product, the domestically produced image engine “CoreImageEngine,” showcases their commitment to unique, cutting-edge solutions that have the potential to positively impact various industries and sectors.

JAPIA Board of Directors

The composition of the board of directors of JAPIA Japan reflects a strategic approach to governance that emphasizes expertise and innovation. By including business owners, patent owners, and innovation specialists on the board, JAPIA aims to leverage diverse perspectives and skills to drive its mission forward. Business owners bring valuable experience in strategic decision-making and management, while patent owners can contribute insights into intellectual property and technology development. Innovation specialists, on the other hand, can provide expertise in creating and implementing novel solutions to complex challenges. Together, these individuals can help guide JAPIA towards achieving its goals and fostering meaningful partnerships between Japan and Africa.

Marine Foundation’s Full Registration in Guinea

A New Dawn of Collaboration between Cote D’Ivoire and Guinea

On May 21st, 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic and following a coup d’état that led to a change in Guinea’s government, I organized a delegation to establish the Marine Foundation in this remarkable nation. Since then, we have made significant progress toward our goals in Guinea.

After our efforts in Guinea, I decided to extend the Marine Foundation’s presence to The Gambia, where I registered a branch of the foundation. It was quite an eventful journey, and you can find an excerpt of the story in the past blog here: https://marinef.org/marinef-dwb-in-guinea-conakry/.

Harnessing the Power of Ethical Finance: The Strategic Advantage of the Marine Foundation’s Access to Islamic Banking

On November 4, 2022, the Marine Foundation was granted diplomatic status by the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire. This prestigious recognition was conferred in acknowledgment of the diligent efforts of Mrs. H.E. Koura Niele Ouattara, President of Marine Foundation Africa. Mrs. Ouattara, with the support of the President-elect for Marine Foundation Guinea Conakry, since has pioenered  to secure a similar its registration status in Guinea. Mr. Camara has made significant contributions towards this goal, having already established and operationalized the office of the Marine Foundation in Guinea. This achievement marks another critical milestone for the Marine Foundation, as it gains recognition at the highest levels of diplomacy as a platform that will play a pivotal role in transforming Africa towards economic greatness.

The Birth of Guinea, the Water Basin of Africa

Today, we are proud to announce that the Marine Foundation is now successfully and fully registered in the Republic of Guinea. This milestone represents the culmination of dedicated efforts and strong partnerships that have been cultivated over the years. With this official recognition, we are poised to launch a series of impactful initiatives focused on sustainable development, education, healthcare, and youth empowerment in Guinea.

This achievement is a testament to the hard work of our team, particularly Mrs. Koura Niele Ouattara and Mr. Lamine Kamara, whose leadership and vision will drive the foundation’s mission forward in this vibrant nation.

We look forward to collaborating with local communities and stakeholders to create lasting change, contributing to the bright future of Guinea. This marks the beginning of a new chapter, and we are excited for what lies ahead!

The Potential

Guinea, often referred to as Guinea Conakry to differentiate it from other countries with similar names, is called the “water basin of Africa” due to its abundant water resources and the presence of numerous river sources. Here are some reasons for this nickname:

1. River Sources: Guinea is the source of several major West African rivers, including the Niger, Senegal, and Gambia rivers. These rivers are vital for the agriculture, transportation, and livelihoods of millions of people in West Africa.

2. High Rainfall: The country experiences significant rainfall, especially in the Fouta Djallon region, which contributes to the flow of these rivers. This area is often termed the “Water Tower of West Africa.”

3. Water Resources: Beyond rivers, Guinea has numerous streams and underground water resources that are crucial for both domestic use and agriculture.

4. Hydroelectric Potential: The availability of numerous rivers and high rainfall offers substantial potential for hydroelectric power generation, which could benefit not only Guinea but also neighboring countries.

These factors make Guinea an essential part of the water system in West Africa, earning it the nickname “water basin of Africa.”

The Music of the Sun

The Music of the Sun: A Symphony of Creation

The morning light filters through the curtains, casting gentle rays of gold upon my desk. And as I sit, the eternal question arises, “What are my priorities today?” Two out of a thousand achievements may seem minuscule in the grand scope of human ambition, yet beneath such apparent triviality lies the grandeur of something larger, something cosmic. Perhaps it is this: to understand the music of the Sun itself, to grasp the melody of life that flows through every living thing.

Have you ever heard the Sun play its music, dear friends or readers? It is not a sound like that which we are accustomed to — the noise of traffic, the hum of electricity, or even the classical symphonies composed by human hands. No, the Sun’s music is far more divine, more ethereal, akin to Mozart’s genius, yet surpassing even his mastery. And I wonder — have you ever heard Mozart’s music in real-time? Have you ever stood before the waves of sound, each note rendered with precision and grace, so much so that you could believe the composer himself was there, guiding the orchestra’s hands?

Today, we are fortunate. We can listen to the past, to the voices of long-departed composers, immortalized on CDs, in concert halls, and through recordings. But what does it truly mean to hear music at such a high level of composition? It is not merely an intellectual exercise, not a pursuit of pleasure for the ear alone. No, when you genuinely hear such music, you hear the system of life itself. You hear the Sun, the waters, the air, the creation. Everything becomes vibration, sound, and a note in a symphony far more significant than any human being could create. It is the cosmos’ music, and it plays through each of us, whether we know it or not.

Life itself is a symphony composed by a hand unseen but ever-present. Just as an orchestra requires a conductor to guide it, creation also requires a master, a Creator. And what, then, is our mission on this earth? Indeed, it must imitate that the Creator takes part in His composition. That is where we, humanity, diverge from the animal kingdom. We are not merely creatures of instinct, bound to the rhythms of survival. No, we can create, compose, or bring harmony where there was once only dissonance.

Your life, dear friend, is an orchestra. The question is, will you choose to be the conductor or merely one of the musicians? It does not matter in the end; for each of us, in our own way, it is the conductor of our life. Every decision, every action, and every thought is a note in the grand composition of our existence. But if you wish for others to hear your sound or for your music to resonate beyond the confines of your own soul, then you must either join a grand orchestra or create one of your own. To join or to make — the choice is yours, but in either case, the goal is the same: to understand the system.

The system of life, like the system of music, is complex. It requires an understanding of balance, timing, and harmony. And what is the Marine Foundation, if not a grand orchestra? It is not merely an organization; it is the Creator of many conductors, of many sounds, each tuned to the culture, background, and history of its people. In this orchestra, no note is out of place; no musician is expendable. Each of you, dear friend, is more precious than you can imagine. You are a note in the divine symphony; without you, the music would be incomplete.

Do you hear it now? The music of heaven, the celestial sound that fills the air, if only you would listen. It asks you what orchestra you will create. What harmony will you bring into the world? Will it be for the sake of your family, your friends, your community, or your nation? The choice is yours, but the music demands that you choose. It requires that you play your part, not for yourself alone, but for the sake of others.

Authentic music, which touches the soul and echoes through eternity, is not born of selfish ambition. It is not created by those who seek wealth or fame. Think of Mozart or Vincent van Gogh. Were they successful in business? No. They died in poverty, misunderstood by the very society they sought to enlighten. And yet, their art lives on, generation after generation. Their music and paintings continue to speak to and inspire us long after their deaths.

What does this tell us? It tells us that the value of a life is not measured in money or status but in the depth of its creation. Before you listen to the voices of the world — the business principles that demand productivity, the societal norms that define success — listen first to the heart of creation itself. Listen to the Creator, the music of the Sun, and the voice that speaks within your soul. Only then, in that still, quiet moment, will you understand your true purpose.

If you can measure the worth of what you give not by the world’s standards, but by the music that resonates in your heart, then you will have gained everything. The Sun shines upon you daily, offering you its light, warmth, and music. It does not ask for anything in return. It simply gives endlessly, generously, without thought of reward. And that, dear friend, is the secret to life. To give as the Sun gives, to create as the Creator creates, without concern for recognition or success. In doing so, you will have gained this world and the span of eternity.

Consider the orchestra once more. It is not a solitary endeavor. It requires collaboration, unity, and merging many voices into one. And so it is with humanity. We are not meant to live in isolation, to pursue our desires at the expense of others. No, we are meant to combine to create a greater harmony than the sum of its parts. This is the essence of the Marine Foundation. It is not a single voice but a chorus, a symphony of individuals, each one playing their part and contributing to the whole.

And what is your part? What note will you play in this grand composition? The choice, as always, is yours. But remember, the music of the Sun plays on whether you choose to listen or not. It is there, in the light of the morning, in the sound of the wind, in the laughter of a child, in the beating of your heart. It is the music of life, and it calls to you, inviting you to join the orchestra to play your part in the symphony of creation.

So, what are your priorities today? Are they to achieve another mark of success, another step towards the worldly goals that so often consume us? Or are they to listen, to listen, to the music of the Sun indeed? To understand that your life, actions, and very being are part of something far more significant than yourself? The choice is yours, but the music waits for no one.

In the end, what matters is not how much you have achieved in the eyes of the world but how much you have contributed to the harmony of life. The Sun plays its music, day after day, without fail. Will you do the same? Will you let your life be a symphony of creation, a song that resonates not only in this world but in the eternity that lies beyond? The choice is yours, dear friend. The choice is always yours.

Let the music of the Sun guide you, inspire you, and remind you of the beauty in every moment, every note, and every life. And as you enter the world, remember that you are not alone. You are part of an orchestra, a symphony of souls, each playing their part in the grand composition of life. And together, we create the music of the heavens. Together, we make the symphony of creation.

The Marine Foundation is making significant strides
in North Africa through key initiatives led by Naima Ben Mlouka, particularly the “Communication Queens” and the Pan African Wound Healing (PAWH) initiative. Under Naima’s visionary leadership, the “Communication Queens” initiative focuses on empowering female leaders through enhanced communication, fostering collaboration, and creating a network of influential women engaged in regional and global dialogues on social progress and development. This movement highlights the rising role of women in leadership across North Africa, contributing to economic growth and cultural exchange.

In healthcare, Naima is spearheading the PAWH initiative, addressing the critical issue of wound care in Africa. By promoting interdisciplinary research, training, and collaboration, the initiative seeks to improve healthcare systems across the continent, particularly in low-resource settings. Naima’s leadership is pivotal in uniting medical professionals and institutions to exchange knowledge and practices, fostering better healthcare outcomes.

Moreover, the Marine Foundation Japan is establishing Mauritania as its operational hub for Africa. Positioned strategically between Africa and the Arab world, Mauritania will serve as a central base for projects spanning the Maghreb and GCC regions, reflecting shared values of sustainable development and cultural unity. This alignment marks Mauritania as a key player in the Marine Foundation’s broader vision for regional development, innovation, and cooperation. Together, these efforts are poised to bring lasting growth and prosperity to the region.

The position of the General Secretary of the UNA

The Tireless Spirit of Mrs. Sindi Khathwane Ntombini

The Framework of the Marine Foundation’s United Five Oceans (U5O) World Peace Confederation

The position of the General Secretary of the UNA (United Nations of Africa) within the framework of the Marine Foundation’s United Five Oceans (U5O) World Peace Confederation is a prestigious and influential role. As one of the five boards of the U5O, the UNA holds a continental responsibility for Africa, aiming to foster unity and prosperity among its member nations.

Here are the key elements that define this position:

Role and Responsibilities

Continental Leadership: The General Secretary is the top representative for the UNA, responsible for overseeing and guiding the mission of African unity and development. The role involves driving collaboration among African nations, with the primary focus on growth, stability, and mutual prosperity.

Reporting Structure: The General Secretary is not merely a figurehead but has real decision-making power. They report directly to the Chairman of the U5O, with the ability to implement decisions across all boards of the organization. This creates a close link between continental leadership and the broader global peace mission of U5O.
Appointment: Uniquely, the General Secretary is appointed through the chamber of law governed by 15 supervisory members of the Marine Foundation, rather than being elected by national members. This ensures the General Secretary is chosen based on qualifications, vision, and alignment with the core values of the Marine Foundation and the U5O.

Continental and Global Impact

National Membership: The UNA facilitates the inclusion of nations through an important democratic process. To become a national member of the UNA, a country’s membership must be agreed upon by a vote of 50 national ambassadors from any African country. This shows the General Secretary’s role in ensuring the integrity of the process and promoting unity among member nations.

Annual Ambassadors’ Banquet: One of the General Secretary’s key activities is the orchestration of the “Banquet of Ambassadors,” an annual diplomatic event in each capital city across Africa, held every month over 12 months. This provides an ongoing platform for diplomacy, collaboration, and celebration of progress among African nations.

Symbol of Leadership

As a unifying figure, the General Secretary represents the voice and vision of African nations within a global confederation. This position holds the potential to build bridges across nations, advance economic peace, and shape a more unified African identity within the broader vision of world peace and cooperation laid out by the Marine Foundation.

In summary, the General Secretary of the UNA is a continental leader, diplomat, and visionary whose decisions shape the future of African cooperation and development under the U5O’s global peace efforts. This role requires not only diplomatic skills but also a commitment to the values of unity, justice, and development.
