Leading the chorus of congratulations was Mrs. Koura N. Ouattara, the President of the Marine Foundation Africa.

She collaboratively works in close partnership with ICESCO and has earned the prestigious nomination of “Mama Africa” for a renewed five-year term. In her role representing the Marine Foundation, she assume a central role in orchestrating this remarkable event known as the “Oscar of Women of Excellence in Africa.”

The Captivating Aura of IESCO Rabba Morocco within its Opulent Palace Brought an Unparalleled Level of Distinction.

Naima Ben Mlouka expressed her gratitude to ISESCO Rabba for their valuable contribution to this significant initiative. In the realm of healthcare solutions and medical support, Mrs. Ben Mlouka, in collaboration with President Mrs. Ouattara of the Marine Foundation, now represents the interests of 54 African countries. They extended an invitation to laboratories worldwide, with a notable emphasis on those in Japan, to participate in the advancement of healthcare across Africa by providing state-of-the-art medical products and equipment.

This event in Morocco witnessed the participation of many notable figures, including doctors from Tunisia and North Africa. However, the presence of Mrs. Koura N. Ouattara, representing black Africa, added a remarkable touch of elegance and beauty to the proceedings. The Moroccan staff marveled at Mrs. Naima Ben Mlouka’s expertise in orchestrating the perfect seating arrangements and timing of speeches for all VIP guests.

If you have the gaze of True Love upon you and can recognize and appreciate the beauty within yourself and your surroundings, then you are the wealthiest person on Earth. Do not envy those who conventionally possess material wealth and fiat money, thinking them to be the richest and greatest, because honestly if they have not been blessed with the capacity to share with those in need, they will eventually confront the somber and insurmountable reality that they possess nothing. The Essence of True Wealth: A Primordial Responsibility to Share, Especially with Those in Need and Those Who Suffer. Therefore, 99% of the very rich exist in this world, harboring resentment for losing it all and spending the next thousands of years in remorse. It is often not their fault. Thus, Imagination is a Double-Edged Sword: A Catalyst for an Unsightly, Fleeting Ego or the Path to Unfathomable, Eternal Beauty.

The affluent, who live in comfort while others endure suffering, cannot truly be deemed “wealthy,” and their power is merely a deceptive product of futile and deceptive imagination. But if you possess the genuine imagination to comprehend your own greatness, irrespective of your place of residence or the possessions you hold or not, you have now become the wealthiest person on Earth today. From that moment onward, the resources required for your livelihood will multiply according to your purpose of fostering a sense of community with others. “Souvenir d’une Enfance” – Agency of Transformation

The association “Souvenir of Childhood” works to provide stability to children, both in terms of their education and the restructuring of their social lives. Although relatively new, we have been actively involved on the ground for years. We have carried out volunteer actions directly related to children, including financial and material donations. “Souvenir of Childhood” goes even further when necessary, and we are also involved in well construction because water is essential for life.

Currently, “Souvenir of Childhood” is on a mission in Senegal to carry out its work. We are in Koussy, a commune consisting of 28 villages, some of which are quite isolated. In the field, we have observed a lack of wells. Koussy is located in the Sedhiou department in Casamance.

We have also assessed the needs in French-speaking African countries, and the situation is alarming. The lack of water wells has become an urgent issue. This shortage naturally leads to a lack of nearby water sources, and sometimes there are old and unusable wells. Women are the most affected, having to make long journeys carrying water containers, especially during hot periods. Children in families also participate from a very young age.

Our goal is to bring wells closer to the community in each village. The association has already identified priority provinces for building emergency wells. We have estimated construction costs based on depths and difficulties:

Wells starting from 15 meters, which can reach up to 40 meters.The wells are accessible to the entire population, including children, so we will prioritize modern constructions, including a mini-drilling rig equipped with a water pump and a solar panel, connected to a 2000-liter reservoir distributed through 5 taps.

Total budget for well construction: $15,237,250

We have studied the areas in French-speaking countries that are in remote regions, and we have identified approximately 4,450 wells to be constructed.

Needs for the operation of the association:

Pick-up truck and 1 utility truck to move around in remote areas and transport materials and workers.
Additional funds for treasury and travel expenses in the countries concerned.

TOTAL GENERAL FOR WELLS AND OPERATING NEEDS: $200,000

TOTAL BUDGET: $15,437,250

For this project, we seek the support of the Marine Foundation located in Japan to accompany us in this noble project in Casamance. The Marine Foundation serves as a model for us, and we would be honored to welcome you to Casamance to follow our missions and establish a strong partnership.

“Souvenir d’une Enfance” is now officially affiliated with the Marine Foundation. Originally registered in France, the association does not possess a banking infrastructure for receiving funds. To ensure that donations reach their intended destination in Africa, the Marine Foundation’s banking entity in Japan, known as MARINE-FOUNDATION-TRUST, will take on the responsibility of managing the project’s financial accounts. This arrangement offers donors and sponsors peace of mind, ensuring that their contributions are handled securely and transparently throughout the process.

Furthermore, the Marine Foundation has its structure diplomatically registered in Cote d’Ivoire, Africa, with its President, Mrs. Koura N. Ousttara. Funds can be securely and directly transferred either to the official account of MARINE-FOUNDATION-AFRICA or, on a case-by-case basis, to the agency’s structure led by President Aïcha Rebah, who heads the “Souvenir d’une Enfance” agency.

For individuals who wish to contribute, we can begin by initiating the project with the construction of a single well in their chosen country.

Meeting Providential Akahane Family

A Very Special Family

The day marked a remarkable occasion of connection. I had the pleasure of meeting with the family who initiated the funding of the Marine Foundation Japan. For the past three years, they have been anticipating financial returns from some significant investments. Gathering with them, I expressed my profound gratitude and the unwavering resolve of our Marine Foundation to fulfill their aspirations for our organization’s success across all levels. We are committed to meeting these expectations in 2024.

I endeavored to convey the depth of my appreciation for what their prompt action meant to me back then. It was a gesture of complete faith followed by almost immediate action, which truly took me by surprise. The family’s name is Akahane. It includes three sisters: Yoko, Toshiko, and Kayoko; the mother Ayako and Toshiko’s husband Takeru. Yoko, in particular, is someone with whom I was in constant communication. Together, we traveled to various locations around the world with the Marine Foundation, including Switzerland, and visited our newly acquired property in Izu, Japan. Since then, Yoko has been involved in numerous events and has also been a pioneer in developing the system for the International Women’s Club (IWC). The IWC system is set to be officially introduced at an inauguration ceremony planned for March 11, 2024.

What truly touched me during this financial interaction was the presence of Mother Ayako. She is of a venerable age and she brought to mind memories of my own grandmother from my childhood. I shared with them the tale of my youthful journey to the United States from France. The pivotal figure in that chapter of my life was a lady I held in esteem as my grandmother, Madame Vallet. Throughout my life, women of advanced years, whom I revered as mothers or grandmothers, have consistently been the source of my good fortune. They seemed to arrive like celestial benefactors, guiding me toward a providential path. I’ve always associated them with the wise angels of heaven, offering support whenever it was most needed. While Yoko was the catalyst for our meeting, it was her mother’s blessing that ultimately allowed our vision to materialize: the establishment of the Marine Foundation as a functioning financial platform.

Yoko Akahane, along with her sisters Toshiko and Kayoko, have emerged as the three foundational fairies propelling the Marine Foundation to its current stature in Japan. Under the wise guidance of their esteemed mother, Ayako, and the zealous support of their brother-in-law Takeru, they, together with their close friends, have laid the cornerstone of what is evolving into a terrestrial embodiment of the Kingdom of Heaven: The Marine Foundation.

I also shared with them the generous gift from Lady Tomita in IZU KOGEN, Japan—a magnificent estate spanning approximately 18,000 square meters, complete with its own natural hot spring inside the residence. Lady Tomita, a gracious centenarian, along with her lovely daughter Arie, and her grandchildren Saki and Takashi, have wholeheartedly donated the entire property to the Marine Foundation. Today, it is known as the Marine Embassy Resort House and has become an integral part of the ‘MER’ concept of the Marine Foundation. It will function as a venue for entertainment, serene gatherings, meetings, and reunions. I assured the Akahane family that this place is also for them. In due time, they will be able to use it for their gatherings and enjoy the space at any time throughout the year. The ethos of the Marine Foundation is to share all that it possesses.

The Akahane family will be eternally celebrated by future generations for their generous hearts, which support the essential work of creating a better world. I envision, with great immediacy, that they will receive their well-deserved rewards promptly, enabling them to lead a richer life full of new discoveries. Furthermore, their forthcoming rewards may empower them to extend their benevolence to even more individuals. I offer a public prayer for their prosperity, hoping it stands as a beacon of faith and a testament to the collective spirit of generosity in Japan and across the globe. May their example inspire the many lives the Marine Foundation will touch and support through its extraordinary platform for development.

A Song for the Akahane’s

A providential clan, bonded not just by blood,
