The First Day of Work – Year 2019:

Follow up with the immediate duties 

There is a lot that needs to achieve here from Tokyo and this month I am going to expend the Japanese members’ team into an international one. Today I got a call from Ernest Egueth from Benin who has an entire African network here in Tokyo. He is the leader of an African music group who came to our support last year in February at the occasion of the Kimono Welcoming Banquet for Ambassadors. Since the Benin Ambassador of Tokyo was a great participant of the event, we have on this day decided that this year event, he could become the guest of honor to chairman the festivity. We have not decided a date as just yet but I believe it will be around springtime.

By the way of tradition, we owe to visit our family in Japan at New Year. Today was the day and a trip back to Kanamachi Tokyo was all the while a very good experience. This is where Zeus, my son was born in the Katsushika ward made famous by the 48 movie series “Tora-San” which also happen to be one of my favorite series ever. Tora-san a Japanese vagabond define the heart of Japan, in the purest form of the family and social structure of Japanese people now and then. Therefore that area holds a special place in my heart. My children’s grandparent in their early 80’s are so fine and the communication went as far as planning a family trip in 2019. Ayumi pulled out old albums where I instinctively started to “electronic” these precious photos which time passing had turned it away from their original colors. It’s funny how time can fly so fast but yet it does feel we’ve been here forever. I guess we do not hold any memory of our own birth for the simple fact that eternity should never really have a beginning, just like it never does have an ending. I, therefore, welcome this day or this year to never end and so we do have little time to sleep at night so at the wake up call, we could greet the day as if it has always been the same day, since the beginning of time and therefore a chance to start fresh again with no regrets of yesterday.

Immediate Follow up:

Trip to Liberia: Define if we will travel from Japan to Liberia in the occasion to meet President George Weah, also a football legend. I am presently preparing the presentation of our team to present to the Ministry of Sport before taking account of an appointment. 

The 5th Day of 2019:

New Year Resolution or Determination 

I have finally written my new year resolution and in the time created the new environment for our Brand-Owners which can be a place where anyone can place their personal blog inspiration. The 4th Day of 2019:

50 years of Friendship that calls to celebrate.  

Ayumi and Kiko, best friends since the day they were born. They played in the streets where they stand for their houses side to side. New Year in Japan, we visit relatives the first 3 or 5 days of the year. As we came to Ayumi’s grandmother’s house, we stumble on her best friend Kiko, living still next door, in her return from shopping. Good timing. I took the opportunity to take a few photos of that moment. So it is an easy blog and not much on my mind except a year of excitement coming up and lots to achieve ahead. The warmth of the grandparents house made even more thoughtful of the future of our generation and that by itself was a beautiful day of realizations. We are all in it together, regardless the part of the world we are from, we are all simply living in search of celebrating life by the virtue of the legacy we leave to the generation behind. I am preparing for tomorrow but I am enjoying every bit of these family moments, just as you are.

Leadership Structure – Co-Brand Owners:

Important clarifications on the leadership system 

The Chairman’s office is the composite of a Legal Assistant team, the Co-Brand Owners team and the Chamber of Law combined all together in one. This is our course a unique system and certainly something that would seem much to big to understand how this could work. In actuality is quite simple. The Chairman is here to maintain the moral standard of the foundation and takes decisions only based on the core concept described through its system. To qualify to the chairman’s position is that one must be know 200 flags and a written daily report of 360 days in a row. Therefore technically I do not yet completely qualify but working on it. The chairman in the first generation is also a co-brand owner part of the 360 team. The financial benefits of owning part of the brand is entirely equally the same as anybody else. 

The composition of setting up a shared ownership of the brand was to turn the ownership concept into an International Committee that would preside over the trademark of the foundation since it implies to become a brand through the conception of 50 international annual events with online/offline mass membership platforms. The simple fact that the organization would attract revenues from sponsors, advertisers, added the corporate membership and all the other systems, would have us split the brand from the foundation as a separated corporation but owned by the Marine Foundation at 70% of the shares. The 30% left over would be distributed equally between the 360 co-brand owners. 

Brand owners are not forcibly members of the task force of the Marine Foundation, but they can choose to do so anytime as per their aspirations, in conjunction with their passion in the fields that interest them in all the activities of the foundation. This was not simple to conceived at first and even unthinkable to write. 360 represents the full 360 degree circle but also symbolises the celebration of each member of the group 360 days of the years. the last 5 days would become a general assembly meeting in the theme of the celebration of birth and life. 

The 360 membership is divided into 72 members per each continent but exceptionally Japan taking the highest number with 36 members all together, representing the international headquarters of the Marine Foundation.

Leadership Structure – The Chamber of Law:

Important clarifications on the leadership system 

Indeed the Chamber of Law, helps the foundation protect its constitution. Until now, all was written as concepts and designs. It was done in a way to attract the best people’s advisory into the structure. I am happy that actually it worked well that way. The first time the constitution came out, I remember I was quite confused. 18 years ago, I was not even sure how a foundation’s structure would be like although I had volunteered for many in the past. I then, had to do research and see what was out there already and potentially to serve at the best example from where the Marine Foundation’s concept would spring from. 

Actually I found a few. That is only after discovering that our organization had to be divided in several circles. The circles of projects, networks and events. Think about it; the control of networks give us the advantage to communicate with the people directly. The making of events gives us the advantage to spread our messages and boost our concept development. The design of projects gives us the advantage to implementing reforms in education and management systems. 

The constitution defines us as an “operation foundation”. This is just common sense. Humanitarian will eventually stop existing. People need systems allowing them to develop themselves in all kind of ways and everything really starts undeniably with children. When it comes to economic development, no matter how the great developers of today think about in constructing, the real solutions are found in the children, education and celebration. On that base everything flourish. Celebration is a maker of events and networks and Education is a maker of developers, project conceptors and visionaries. 

To protect the Marine Foundation in all its intellectual, academic and social properties, the Chamber of Law was created, and made of women only. Why women only? It is simple as describing the goodness of the mother’s womb, who incites women for peace versus war or power. The woman is a creation of peace, strength, queen of all the beauty of the world, the woman stands unequal in all the created beings of the entire universe. It is as simple as mathematics and I suppose only ignorant people would think otherwise. A conventional man whose conscience is still buried under the infinite stupidity of his “ego”, would theorize his brain out to prove that men are superior to women. In clear there is no superiority or inferiority when it comes to human being. We just are who we are, resembling each other, but totally unique to one another. Nevertheless, beauty has it’s creation’s pics and the highest and preferred being of all, is always the woman. 

At the time like today, when modern technologies take over and reforms can finally be established into our ways of communication, whether traditionally, religiously or socially, the era and women has finally come just like a providential sign that goodness will finally rule the world and nothing else. It happens when women establish their base strategically more solid than the convention created by our past rulers, who dictated their messages through fear or power, since they had to defend themselves from neighboring conquerors. Forceful conquest of land and territory gave the impression that women were useless to the tasks to fighting, politicize or govern.  But that time is gone now, and there cannot be any wars anymore since no one agrees to such politics anymore. 

The Chamber of Law at Marine Foundation is set up certification system that comprise  14 Ladies followed later by a group of 10 assistants per each member, making this into a legislative platform of 154 women, to protect the constitution of the Marine Foundation in the thousands of years to come.
