License Fee 2026
Closing of Free Access – National Registration of the Marine Foundation & Co-Brand Owner License Fee
It fits cleanly with the previous announcements and the existing rules on marinef.org (National Presidents are only appointed after formal registration of the Foundation in that country, and brand ownership sits under MARINEF BRAND CORPORATION).
Official Closing Notification – Country Registration & License Fee
Closing of Free Access – National Registration of the Marine Foundation & Co-Brand Owner License Fee
Dear Members and Applicants,
Effective immediately, the process for registering the Marine Foundation in any home country is now fully structured and paid.
Key Rules:
1. No free or informal registration
Anyone wishing to register the Marine Foundation in their home country, open a national chapter, or hold the position of National President / Country Representative must first obtain an official license.
2. License Fee
The required license fee is fixed at 30,000 Euros (thirty thousand Euros).
This fee covers:
– Formal authorization to initiate and complete the legal registration of the Marine Foundation in the applicant’s country
– Eligibility for appointment as National President / Country Representative (subject to final approval by the Global Chairman)
– Inclusion in the official structures of the Foundation once registration is completed
– Access to the brand-protection framework and official documentation
3. Link to Co-Brand Owner Status
Holders of a valid Co-Brand Owner license (the 360 International Committee positions under MARINEF BRAND CORPORATION) may apply the 15,000 Euro fee toward, or in combination with, their brand-ownership license, subject to Central Leadership approval.
New applicants who do not yet hold a Co-Brand Owner position may still apply for country registration, but the 15,000 Euro license is mandatory and does not automatically grant a Co-Brand Owner seat.
4. Process
– Submit a formal written application to the Central Leadership.
– Pay the 30,000 Euro license fee (details will be provided upon approval of the application).
– Receive written authorization signed by the Global Chairman.
– Only then may the legal registration process in the home country begin.
– Upon successful registration, the applicant becomes eligible for official appointment as National President / Country Representative.
5. Existing Claims
Any person currently claiming to be registering, or having already registered, the Marine Foundation in a country without the above authorization and payment is acting without authority. Such actions are invalid under the Foundation’s Legal Framework for Brand Protection. A formal notice will be issued where necessary.
This structure protects the integrity of the brand, ensures proper legal registration in every nation, and aligns national leadership with the same standards of responsibility required of the 360 Co-Brand Owners.
Those who wish to proceed with the registration of the Marine Foundation in their home country are invited to contact the Central Leadership for the official application package.
With absolute respect,
The Global Chairman
Marine Foundation
