Marine Foundation Africa President Mrs. Ouattara meets with the Governor of Abidjan

In the great preparation for the event on the 20th of February, Marine Foundation’s president Mrs. Koura N. Ouattara meets with the special members of Abidjan’s government and elsewhere.
