Marine Foundation – Protocol of Communication

Understanding Communication

Marine Foundation – Protocol of Communication

1 – All business engagements with the Marine Foundation must follow a clear and secure communication protocol to ensure transparency, accountability, and institutional protection.

2 – For any business deal or project, a group communication channel must be formally established, including all authorized intermediaries and relevant parties. No discussions or negotiations may proceed outside this agreed framework.

3 – All official documents presented for review must be properly prepared and submitted in accordance with Marine Foundation standards. The Chairman will sign documents only when they are correctly presented through the authorized process.

4 – The Corporate Information Sheet (CIS) of the Marine Foundation is available and contains all official details required for the preparation of proposals, offers, and documentation.

5 – Intermediary parties are responsible for preparing and submitting their offer documents strictly based on the information provided in the official CIS of the Marine Foundation.

6 – For security and fraud-prevention purposes, the Chairman will not issue or transmit any documents beyond those formally included in the CIS. This includes personal identification documents, such as passport copies, which are provided exclusively within the CIS to prevent any unauthorized or fraudulent use of information.

7 – Whenever possible, direct communication between the project or deal owner and the Chairman of the Marine Foundation is strongly recommended, while maintaining full transparency with all authorized intermediaries.

8 – The Marine Foundation does not compromise on any request that does not fully comply with its security, governance, and authorization protocols.

9 – No party is excluded, and no action is taken outside the established communication chain. The Marine Foundation does not bypass intermediaries, nor does it engage in parallel or undisclosed communications.
