This is the third day of 2019. The Sun has risen high again and nature is just responding with welcoming sounds. I still stayed home writing and doing lots of thinking while communicating with the world at large.

Important clarifications on the leadership system
The Chairman’s office is the composite of a Legal Assistant team, the Co-Brand Owners team and the Chamber of Law combined all together in one. This is our course a unique system and certainly something that would seem much to big to understand how this could work. In actuality is quite simple. The Chairman is here to maintain the moral standard of the foundation and takes decisions only based on the core concept described through its system. To qualify to the chairman’s position is that one must be know 200 flags and a written daily report of 360 days in a row. Therefore technically I do not yet completely qualify but working on it. The chairman in the first generation is also a co-brand owner part of the 360 team. The financial benefits of owning part of the brand is entirely equally the same as anybody else.
The composition of setting up a shared ownership of the brand was to turn the ownership concept into an International Committee that would preside over the trademark of the foundation since it implies to become a brand through the conception of 50 international annual events with online/offline mass membership platforms. The simple fact that the organization would attract revenues from sponsors, advertisers, added the corporate membership and all the other systems, would have us split the brand from the foundation as a separated corporation but owned by the Marine Foundation at 70% of the shares. The 30% left over would be distributed equally between the 360 co-brand owners.
Brand owners are not forcibly members of the task force of the Marine Foundation, but they can choose to do so anytime as per their aspirations, in conjunction with their passion in the fields that interest them in all the activities of the foundation. This was not simple to conceived at first and even unthinkable to write. 360 represents the full 360 degree circle but also symbolises the celebration of each member of the group 360 days of the years. the last 5 days would become a general assembly meeting in the theme of the celebration of birth and life.
The 360 membership is divided into 72 members per each continent but exceptionally Japan taking the highest number with 36 members all together, representing the international headquarters of the Marine Foundation.
