Highlights:

“Beach Club” concept for live membership. 
The second day of the week: very busy! 
Updates on the newsletter system. 
Sumi is coming back from Italy in 2 days time.  

General Reports:

The day went well spent mostly with Brand-Owner Directors in Japan. The selection of our Membership President will help create a better momentum with the setting of communications between members of Japan and the region in which they live. The allowance to “Brand-Ownership” in Japan is a total number of 36 members. This is relatively a form of a regional supervisory group with a take on also becoming directors of operation within the organization would they wish to. I am therefore preparing a “live” membership for anyone that wishes to be connected with our foundation in some way or some other. The new membership system will allow people to join our special events, receive our local newsletter in their language, guided to the opportunities of seminars and travel around the world, and much more. I have thought of a name for the live local membership “The Beach Club” as it relates to the sea and the fact that it is designed to become a no-stress zone. (Stress-free system: no obligations of any kind). In Japan “Beach Club Tokyo”, “Beach Club Nagoya” etc… 

“Beach Club” Live membership Concept: 

The Beach Club would be a worldwide membership wherever the foundation is established. If I could give you an example, we would think of the “Rotary Club” which members rotate around weekly or monthly gatherings following a certain set of activities respectively to their purpose. As you may know already, the Marine Foundation will launch its own “online membership” the next year 2019. You may see part of the concept here. Wikination.com together with the GCLA Platform (Global Citizens Live Association) which are designed to attract the masses into one beautiful communication systems both for corporations and individuals. The “Beach Club” is just different in purpose since it is made to attract a membership mainly surrounding the start of the large membership system and will cover geographically wherever it wants it to be at times when it needs to be. The Beach Club can serve the purpose of supporting local developments teams, producing a “voice” of people who can help make an atmosphere of kindness and good relations. (But enough said for today, I will update that segment to a second part tomorrow)…

Concept of Education and Celebration at the Marine Foundation (part 2) 

(I have not updated this segment yet but it will be tomorrow) 

How do I create passion in my corporate environment? Two things only: Education and Celebration. Meaning that I must mesmerize my staff all the time with new information and create ways to celebrate every single person’s day where everyone’s feeling is equalized with the rotation of the earth. These 2 factors will bring fusion and passion to the heart where to the work itself becomes secondary to the purpose of my day. When that kind of energy circulates around the office, time can finally stop and the desire to exceed is more appreciated than the doors of Friday night. When you have created a family structure in the most rigid of a corporate environment, the energy created by the beauty of relationship takes over the fear of competition and finally, everyone moves into an unbreakable chain of command where everyone’s own conscience becomes his/her boss. Business Card Marine Foundation 

Brand Ownership:

The “Brand-Ownership” position is very unique to our system.  Japan will accept only 36 brand co-owners. (Asia a total of 72) – Therefore the 5 continents will have each, 72 co-owners of the Brand of the Marine Foundation, making it a total of 360 members. Japan is the birthplace of the foundation, and so we would have more members here. We have 10 members fully registered while many on “reservation”.
