The Start of WFYA – World Football Youth Association.

The first pilot project action with the agency WFYA is starting with the upcoming registration of the first team.  Emmanuel presently in Nigeria but usually a resident of Ghana is working on the structure.  As soon as the database of the first children’s sports team is ready, I will take this to the next level by contacting Adja the president of WFYA. World Football Youth Association. The goals are to distribute sports equipment with sponsorship names attached from famous Athletes, to thousands of children throughout the world, starting from Africa.

The Continuation of Blue Forest with Irka Bochenko.

Blue Forest – International Event & Initiative. Irka is a member of IBC and she is a celebrity composer & retired actress. Noticeably she was cast as Jame’s bond girl back in the time of Roger Moore. Her talent as a composer took her to work with major European artists. We had a fruitful conversation on the follow-up with the Blue Forest project which initially is the concept from the celebrity sculptor Ousmane Gueye also an IBC member. Therefore we will be working on the first pilot initiative of the concept soon. Mr. & Mrs. Ambassador Weya Visits Koura N. Ouattara.

Mrs. and Mr. Ambassador Jerome Weya (Ambassor of the Cote d’Ivoire in Japan) had the kindness spend time with our Marine Foundation’s president Mrs. Ouattara and team. Activities are seriously in the process in the country withe the planning of Mrs. Ouattara ‘s structures to bringing jobs to the region.

Marine Foundation Japan on the Move with Law Office Association.

Marine Foundation Japan – Japan’s operation is expanding. I had the chance to visit our office in Shinjuku, managed by Mr. Goto and Sumi Kondo, and to my great surprise, new staff has arrived Hitomi and Ayano, whose support and work have become invaluable. The concept of the Shinjuku office in Tokyo will also open a Legal Firm to support all of our branding needs. Japan local office website

The formation of the GCC Team through Naima

Dr. Mohammed Alfehaidi takes on the Marine Foundation’s settlement in the GCC Regions, starting with Dubai and Sharjah. This is one great achievement this week through the counseling of Naima Ben Mlouka, IBC member and Member of the First Ladies Club, Academic Department. Naima is positioned in North Africa, and she has been an inspiration all the way with always challenging herself to bring the network of the foundation on the highest grounds. Through Dr. Mohammed in Dubai, the foundation will be established throughout the Gulf countries, the Middle East, and North Africa. Security Technology Associate with DWB Japan.

Chikara Matsunaga brings technology using our DWB Corporation Japan to deploy his patented technology throughout the world. This is good that we are in Japan and surrounded by technology geniuses in all kind of fields. Chikara is the inventor of a special encryption system that makes it impossible for hackers to break into your electronic environment, including credit cards and all kinds of other applications. LEIS is going toward the future of complete database protection. That kind of technology will also become instrumental in supporting children ‘s protection as well. Development of Japan Youth Center with the “Avenge” Corporation.

3 hours from Tokyo, in Osaka, the formation of the most interesting Youth Development Center. Marine Foundation wants to associate with Takeharu Nagata, the founder of Avenge Corporation, which by its name should tell you of the Avengers Marvel superhero movies but by its actual vision is actually going to make real miracles happen. They take “Education” very seriously to where it can be applied in people’s daily life. This is a good place to invest in forming a design center for the gathering of the youth of Japan to take on new beautiful initiatives that can serve the entire world.

アムサトゥ・サウ・シディべ教授の伝記 
 
アムサトゥ・サウ・シディ教授は、セネガル人女性としては初めての法律・政治学准教授であり、平和と対話を重んずるじる方です。教授は、リーダーとしても優れており、そのリーダーシップ能力により、２０１２年にセネガル初の女性大統領候補となりました。アムサトゥ教授はセネガル国内選挙観察団の初めての女性メンバーであると同時に、※シェイク・アンタ・ジョップ大学の人権・平和研究所の所長として活躍しており、現大統領の男女平等政策及び人権に関するアドバイザーでもあります。また、多数の著書を出版なさっています。

著名な学者として 

Berthe Maubertの小学校卒業後、ジョン・フィッツジェラルド・ケネディ高校に進み、 シェイク・アンタ・ジョップ大学の政治経済学部に入学し法律学の学士号取得され、学士号取得後、パリ第二大学のパンテオンソルボンヌに進学、優秀な成績で博士号を取得しました。その論文は大学で表彰を受け、LGDJパリ誌に掲載されています。 
1993年に、African and Malagasy Common Organization (AMCO)の集計検査で成功をお納め、2003年に正教授となりました。 
教授として33年間に亘り、セネガルやアフリカなどの出身の多くの学生と知名度の高い高官の教育に務めてらっしゃいました。 
 
平和の女性として 
2005年に「100人の女性」プロジェクトが評価され、ノーベル平和賞にノミネートされたアムサトゥ・サウ・シディべ教授は、疲れ知らずの平和活動家です。「アフリカの平和のためのアフリカ知識人グループ」のメンバーでもあり、自国と象牙海岸の平和調停にも貢献なさいました。 
カザマンス地方の和平交渉が、多くの関与、特に女性の関与で強化されることに着目し、カザマンスの恒久平和のために「真実和解の対話空間」（EDVR）をお作りになりました。 
彼女は、政治的対話全般に興味をお持ちです。 

 
法学者で人権の熱心な擁護者として 
アムサトゥ教授は人権の熱心な擁護者です。 

フランスの元セネガル大使、ジャン・クリストフ・ルフィン氏は、教授がフランスのレジオンドヌール勲章のシュヴァリエ勲章を受勲した際に次のように述べています。 
「アムサトゥ・サウ・シディべ教授は法に対する視野を広げ、すそ野をクリアにし、進化する社会の刻々と変わる現実に適応する新しいツールを生み出す、そういうタイプの法学者です。 

彼女は長年、人々の人権のために闘志を燃やしている活動家として、人道国際法という環境の中で成長を遂げてきました。アムサトゥ・サウ・シディべ教授は太平の発見者の一員で、彼女の戦闘領域（バトルフィールド）は、いままで軽視されているトピックすなわち、女性や子供の人権です。 

教授は、家族法の問題点、女子の性器切り取り、女性に対する暴力、紛争状況下の女性や男女平等を推進するために女性に強いインパクトを与える事に、明確に重点を置いています。 

アムサトゥ・サウ・シディべ教授は、人権と社会平和の回復のために闘ってきた法学者です。」 

さらに、教育の基本的な権利についての【SOS教育　教育権】にあるように、連携する大学のサポートを得て、セネガルの学校制度を何度も救ってきました。 
 
政治家として 
思春期から、協力して学び物事に取り組む姿勢は始まっていました。その時すでに「勇敢な心と、勇敢な魂」のメンバーだったのです。学生時代、クラス代表になり、人道主義的な考えに目を向けるようになりました。 

何十年もの間、市民社会で非常に活発に活動しており、政治への参入は彼女の闘いの論理的な継続にすぎません。教授は「共和党の価値観を守るための俳優の集まり」(CAR Leneen）という政治的運動を20１０年に発足させました。これは、国全体の社会階層の最大の関心事を念頭に置いた、オープンな分かち合いの場です。同運動は、セネガルの意識を目覚めさせる目的で、ウォッチドッグ(監視役)機構として社会を反映し、警告を出したり、意見交換を行い、活動を行っています。 

アムサトゥ教授はセネガルにおいて「日常のヒロイン」のお一人なのです。 

女性と子供の人権の代弁者として 
専門家として、1995年に北京で行われた世界女性フォーラムで、教授は、アフリカ女性ワーキングネットワーク (RAFM)の議長になりました。個人の人権と家族法の専門家として、一度廃棄されそうになったファミリーコードを勇気をもって守りぬき、さらなる女性と子供の権利の促進のため、現在、家族法の改正を提唱し続けています。 
アムサトゥ教授は、男女平等の促進、女性のリプロダクションヘルス(生殖保健学)、そして、ジェンダーに基づく暴力との闘いに絶え間なく貢献してきました。 
アムサトゥ教授によると、セネガルとアフリカは、女性を社会の礎として、人権が保護されるような方向に進むことを提唱なさっております。

 BIO OF PROFESSOR AMSATOU SOW SIDIBE

First Senegalese woman Associate Professor in legal and political sciences, she is a peace and dialogue woman. Her well-known leadership made her the first woman in her country to run the presidential elections. The first female member of the Elections National Observatory, Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé, is A Minister, Advisor of the President in charge of Human Rights and Peace. She is the author of many publications.

DISTINGUISHED ACADEMICIAN 

After attending primary school at Berthe Maubert, Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé went to John Fitzgerald Kennedy High School before joining the Faculty of Legal and Economic Sciences of the University Cheikh Anta Diop Dakar. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in legal sciences, she attended the French University of Paris II Panthéon Sorbonne. She obtained her Ph.D. brilliantly in Law, which the Paris II University awarded and published in the LGDJ Paris.

Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé succeeded at the aggregation examination of the African and Malagasy Common Organization (AMCO) in 1993 and became a full professor of Universities in 2003.

She has been in the academic environment for 33 years, in the course of which she trained many students and high-profile officers from Senegal, Africa, and elsewhere.

A WOMAN OF PEACE 

Professor Amsatou Sidibé, nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for the project « 1000 women » in 2005, is a weariless activist for Peace. Mediator, she is a member of the African Intellectuals Group for Peace in Africa and contributed to the peace processes and in Ivory Coast.

Being conscious that the peace process in Casamance will be enhanced with a large involvement, especially women, she created the “Espace Dialogue Vérité et Réconciliation” (EDVR) for permanent peace in Casamance.

Furthermore, political dialogue is entirely part of her sphere of interest.

A JURIST AND A HUMAN RIGHTS ARDENT DEFENDER

Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé is a fervent defender of human rights as it was said by the Academician Jean Christophe Ruffin, former French Ambassador in Senegal, before awarding her the title of Knight of the French Legion of Honor: “Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé belongs to those jurists who widen horizons for Law, who clear fields, and who forge new tools adapted to the changing reality of evolving societies.

She is a long-time militant for humanitarian action and evolved in the Humanitarian International Law environment. Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé belongs to the pacific army of discoverers. Her battlefield was a neglected topic: women and children’s rights.

She clearly emphasizes the questions of family law, female genital mutilations, violence against women, women in a conflict context, and the positive impact of women on promoting gender equality.

Professor Amsatou Sow Sidibé is a jurist used to fight for the restoration of Human Rights and Social Peace.” Moreover, as well as in « SOS Education Droit à l’éducation” for the fundamental right to education, she saved the Senegalese school system several times with support from colleagues of the association.

THE POLITICIAN

Her associative life began in her adolescence; She was then a member of “Ames vacillates et Coeurs Vaillant.” As a student, she was a class representative, turned towards humanist ideas.

Very active within the civil society for many decades, her entry into politics is a logical continuation of her fight. The political movement  “Convergence des  Acteurs pour la  Défense des  Valeurs  Républicaines”  (CAR Leneen), created in May 2010, is an open place of sharing, mindful of the country’s whole social strata preoccupations. Therefore is a watchdog framework to reflect, alert, exchange, and act to resuscitate Senegal awareness. Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé is one of the Daily Heroines.

THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN RIGHTS CUSTODIAN

Expert, member of the governmental delegation at the World Women Forum in Beijing in 1995, Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé is the President of the “Réseau Africain des Femmes Travailleuses” (RAFET)

Specialist of individuals and family law, she defended with courage the Family Code that was once threatened to be burned. She is now claiming a Family Law reform for a better promotion and women and children’s rights.

Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé contributed tirelessly to the parity promotion, women’s reproduction health, the fight against gender-based violence, and, consequently, helped value women’s role in the development process.

According to Pr Amsatou Sow Sidibé, Senegal and Africa should protect citizenship with women as the society’s cornerstone.

Week 7 of 2021 – Marine Foundation

The work load of this week was heavy on my shoulder but that is the unavoidable situation of the time. That is I had some 20 staff members working for me when actually it is a much smaller number. Therefore it would be difficult to report every details of the events that happened for the good progress of the platform. Can you imagine if I just had one of the 2000 billionaires alive in the world today, joining me in this venture? Then I would have a sure chance to claim wanting the betterment of the world.

Steven Kityo in Uganda Inspires me to Set up the First SCU Pilot Concept in Africa

An amazing brother. Here is someone who has joined the Marine Foundation quite many years ago. I remember going to his Facebook page and noticing how dedicated he was to his region’s children. Many of the kids he is nourishing and caring for are victims of HIV. I can see how deeply someone or anyone must feel when in direct contact with supporting these children. This is the difference between those who talk and those who face the problem right on the front line. Since I could afford a bit to give, I send the little I could to Steven, thinking that would help him and his own family, But what Steven has done was much different and went all of his ways to spend everything on the kids at his care. The video shows the children saying, “Thank you, Marine Foundation,” and your heart can’t help but shed tears of hope. But the real Hero is Steven, who, with resilience and persistence, has never given up on the little ones. This marks for reflection and confirms how grateful we should feel and how determined we should be in making this platform take off. When I start the pilot project of these fantastic schools to build for the children of Africa and the world, I am choosing Steven’s place to actualize the design center for that purpose. The Center will serve to regroup the Human Resources for the “School village Concept” (Kingdom Schools or SCU See Campus Universal). The concept can welcome 15 000 children per structure in a completely secure and protected environment. Watch for it – it will start this year, 2021. The Center will also serve to gather children’s databases while being a place to come and play, eat, clean, and get health treatments. In the meantime, do not hesitate to send any support to Steven if you have anything to spare. The 1000 dollars that I have sent are the price of the type of shoes I usually buy. One thousand dollars is the price of a nice dinner at an expensive restaurant in Tokyo when I have important guesses. I know we live in different societies, and we cannot compare our lifestyle depending on the responsibility we stand upon and adding positions and status. However, it is good to remember that any small offering will give these kids one little month of happiness while awaiting and pleading for the Marine Foundation to arrive quickly on the ground. Week 6 of 2021 – Marine Foundation

Winning Concept in Africa, welcoming winning Investors:

Carmen Colle, the greatest dressmaker in the world, is now with the Marine Foundation. She is establishing “Haute Couture” in Africa to give birth to thousands of jobs for women in the fashion and textile industry. Given her reputation, I would invite any potential investors to the purpose of supporting this noble endeavor and enterprise. This is a winning business, and Africa is yet to become the most attractive market in women’s apparel, clothes, and anything related to beauty. Just look at Carmen’s page, where you can also see a video of her works at the bottom. She is behind some of the world’s greatest designer brands, and if a Princess needs a prestigious garment, she will ask for something in the conception of Carmen Colle. There is no greater than her in that field. It is simply a simple truth. Even the famous brand “Channel” has attempted to copy her patented technics and lost a seven-year court case against Mrs. Colle. It was like “David and Goliath” of the modern age. Although Carmen won the case, it cost her to her company, “World Tricot Paris” to recuperate. But there is always a blessing hidden behind difficulties, and so the birth of “World Tricot Africa” starting in Tunisia to spread to the entire continent. I am invited our Minister of Education, Mrs. Amsatou Sidibe, Senegal, to see how she could introduce the concept to project development as part of her developing network of thousands of women looking for empowerment through economic development.

As an additional recent news:  At the King of Ghana’s request (Presently the President of the Republic of Ghana), Madame Colle is invited by His Serene Highness Mr. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, to process a fabric old from 1500 BC from the period of ancient Egypt. Mrs. Colle’s know-how leads the President to invite her to sublimate this fabric in gold fiber to bring it to the requirements of Haute-Couture for distribution to other kingdoms and also the Emirates. These are the typical gifts that a King gives to other Kings and Queens and Princesses and Princes visiting the kingdom.

The Trinity Group and DWB Advancement

We met the top diplomat in charge of Africa through a zoom conference call on Tuesday the 2nd.  He had a look at some actor I knew. The conversation came to the bank’s presentation and the marketing system through the development platform, which Mr. Mason insisted on presenting. Completing the communication, we just had to send the bank’s strategic presentation and the chart of operation. Mr. Andy of the Trinity Group was prompt in preparing the documentation. The Russian VIP delegate, looked exactly like Sean Connery in the movie  “The Hunt for the Red October”. It is meant to be a compliment. Mr. Mason was direct as he usually is, and the conversation meant to be an introduction to the technicality of setting up the DWB on Russian soil. I did introduce the Marine Foundation’s marketing concept to the bank’s deployment worldwide, but that was just for show. The most important is that we are moving forward with our system, regardless of what anybody thinks of technicalities. Like the UNICEF saying, they will change the world with the SDG principles, yet they are still debating in geopolitics while millions of children are still starving. Setting up a bank is actually simple as 1, 2, and 3. DWB already has its base on the native lands of British Columbia, and that is the trade of Mr. Mason. To have a charter from the Royal Bank of Canada is much more difficult than receiving a bank license from any country in the world. I believe that if DWB is established with its full license from the Russian Federation, it is the entire nation’s PR salvation. DWB possesses something that every bank in the world would dream of possessing: a supranational PR and Development platform by the name of the Marine Foundation.

Prospects of Development in Morocco:

Mr. Taib our Morocco representative director was kind to introduce his cousin who is already a very seasoned Journalist. We have chosen Casablanca to branch the “Foreign Correspondent Club of Africa” in that beautiful city as a first pilot project. The concept is good to go to any country of Africa. On that note, we will choose Madagascar a place where we can establish the club without any constraint from local governments. Laurence Rakotobe owns a hotel there in the capital city and we plan a full club operation with the media there.

Communication with Mr. Steven Seagal attached to the Russian Federation:

On Friday the 5th, I established relation with celebrity Mr. Steven Seagal, presently serving public responsibilities for the government of Russia. Mr. Seagal is a proud member of the Russia Geographical Society. He is also  Appointed by Russia as Special Envoy to the U.S.appointed by Mr. Putin. See the article here. When you communicate with a famous individual and it is the first time, you have the choice of being very clear of sharing your vision with the risk of wasting someone’s time or being just blank and direct with the risk of being ignored entirely unless you bump into that person in an elevator in NYC where you just happened to say “Hi”. It is what happened to me when I met Keith Diamond the Producer with whom I became best friends back in the days. Nobuko Kotoyori is my introduction to Steven Seagal. Nobuko is like an angel of goodness when it comes to communications. She can approach or talk to almost anyone on the planet just like sunshine crosses your eyes in the early morning sun. You look to the light with the feeling of “oh wow it’s a beautiful day”.  I suppose she had that effect on Steven Seagal and to this day she is a best friend of his circle. However, regardless of how famous a person might be, no one beats the fact that you are also a celebrity, in your own way and in your daily life. Entertainers and business celebrities are only a temporary part of our focus of attention in our life on earth. What is important is where does our focus should go if we desire to be fulfilled as individuals. If you focus on achieving a little for the sake of others, you are a celebrity that reaches fame much beyond this world. Who cares if somebody watches a movie of you or listens to your song. The most important is to remember that you are ONE great person in your daily activities if you are able to believe that your true value surpasses anything you might presently know of yourself. Steven Seagal might as well be someone that actually cares for other people, and that would be why he should probably be with the Marine Foundation.

Guinea Conakry and Scheduled Meeting with the President:

Thanks to Mrs. Balde, one of Africa’s most beautiful ladies (in my opinion), we are now registered onto the desk of His Excellency President Alpha Conde of Guinea Conakry. When President Conde took office, he became the first freely elected president in the country’s history. That says a lot about the Providence of him being the first personal presidential appointment of the Marine Foundation and DWB. It is also the work of our Economic Development Minister, Mr. Paul Yapoga, who tactfully made his way towards this event to happen. We also plan to bring architect Henri Gueydan, Minister of  Marine Foundation’s Construction and Real Estate Infrastructure. Another providential point of meeting President Conde is the fact that he is already very much appointed with President Putin. Isn’t it a nice coincidence?

Optimizing the website through the cloufare application.
That was a main struggle. Speed is of the essence and our website has over 1000 pages. I feel I have invested into too many plugins and this is probably crowding the database. But I added optimization system from the Cloudfare portal which willl allow me to clean the cache each time I update or build new pages or post.
I am about to start the structure of Wikinations and that is going to be lots of fun.

Explanation of the basic technology that I use to build website:
I use WordPress  and I add the DIVI infrastructure to it. DIVI is quite solid now with clean codes allowing all kinds of design possibilities. I like it as I can actually design pages quite fast in this way. Because DIVI has come a long way with becoming a major child theme for wordpress, the system can be oweverwhelming at first. But you can get use to it if you spend a bit of time studying it because it has a slight learning curve. I do not need to place the infrastructure of DIVI with an additional child theme to protect the original codes of the Theme because it can be done through the Theme option where you can store all additional codes. However with the great plugins that exist today, the use of CSS is not really important since most plugins will allow you to do almost anything you want. Keep it simple to the original concept of the Theme so that to not be surprised with broken codes when the theme itself is being updated. Keeping in mind that lots of plugins is not back up by a strong company at the base, gets old and old codes can eventually break lines of your website. I keep it fresh with IT companies that are here to stay such as elegant Themes who produces the DIVI technology.

Week 5 of 2021 – Marine Foundation

The week has been exceedingly busy and active. Therefore my report is quite simple as I am preparing the blogs of the activities that took place. All will appear next report on “week 6”.

I am also thinking about all my African brothers and sisters waiting for me to come down the old continent and start playing the joyful economic development sound. Mrs. Sidibe initiated the distribution of electronic equipment, which we will put into action through Japan.

This report is not difficult to read or understand, and you can refer to the daily details to get an idea of the process of the work done at this time. You may appreciate our ministry members’ quality, with, for example, the result of our architect Henri Gueydan (Ministry of Construction, Infrastructure & Real Estate), who just completed a fantastic structure in Lettonia.

Providence of the Kingdom of Morocco

One country which I love in northern Africa is Morocco. (I love all the 54 countries). Aboula Taib is now in place to lead the administrative leadership of the kingdom. This is seen as an excellent chance because this nation’s potential is enormous in spearheading vital pilot projects. With its King, Morocco has all the ingredients to supply an example of sound economic development and come to the rescue of the entire continent. Furthermore, the fact that it is a “Kingdom” does play a PR advantage concerning relation with Europe and Asia’s international communities. I look forward to next week’s report and blogs.

Haute-Couture in Africa

One aspect of our great Minister of Economic Development’s incredible talent, Mr. Paul Yapoga, is his ability to combine timing and purpose in structures that would immediately put developing regions to work. Therefore, we are introducing Carmen Colle, of “World Tricot Paris.” Mrs. Colle is the world’s most famous “couturiere.” She is now coming up with the installation of “World Tricot Africa” in Tunisia. These structures will be the birth of African Haute Couture and inspire thousands of women into the fashion industry. I look forward to next week’s report and blogs.

Closer to Russia

Mr. Brian S. Mason and the Trinity Group have been working very hard to set up the DWB (Bank of Development) in Russia. All is concretely coming to a satisfactory arrangement, and it is a joy to witness the process. Not an easy structure to instruct, but the prospect of this realization is quite motivating. I look forward to next week’s report and blogs.

I improved the site with the additonal plugins of DIVI and caching plugin of WP Rocket.
The Chat plugin will be soon impporved to working in communication with anyone’s live questions on whichever pages they look at. I amended some of the content on the chairman’s page. Fund initiatives and the start of operation:

Who says it is not possible to change the world? The world is a house with a bit of disorder at this time, and if you think you cannot improve yourself or your local environment, of course, trying to change the societies in which we live is out of the question. If we could have the attitude to shine a bit of awareness within us and think outside the box, education would make its way through the many signs life is giving us to fulfill the day and live life to the fullest. The easy way is to pretend to care and sing about it, which is not entirely wrong. That’s how I picture politicians these days, with a guitar and flower in their hair and singing away their geopolitics, which is not in the concerns of those who do crave solutions while suffering the consequences of “special interest” type of strategies. At the Marine Foundation, we take things a bit more seriously, so we head for our operations’ full financial control. The start of operations starts with a funding platform. The process of operation has just begun. The memory of 17 years of setting up is but as sweet as a feeling of inner joy that comes lingering on your thoughts long after that challenging marathon run an athlete triumphantly completes. Therefore, it is good to consider that anything is good to go as the wildest dream you might have, as long as you take one day at a time and make sure you claim its beauty for yourself.
