Ise Japan, Tradition and Culture

Visiting the great “Ise” Japan:

The Ise Grand Shrine located in the city of Ise, Mie Prefecture of Japan, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the sun goddess Amaterasu. Officially known simply as Jingū, Ise Jingū is a shrine complex composed of a large number of Shinto shrines centered on two main shrines, Naikū and Gekū.

The Inner Shrine, Naikū, is located in the town of Uji-tachi, south of central Ise, and is dedicated to the worship of Amaterasu, where she is believed to dwell. The shrine buildings are made of solid cypress wood and use no nails but instead joined wood. The Outer Shrine, Gekū, is located about six kilometers from Naikū and dedicated to Toyouke-Ōmikami, the god of agriculture, rice harvest, and industry. Besides Naikū and Gekū, there are an additional 123 Shinto shrines in Ise City and the surrounding areas, 91 of them connected to Naikū and 32 to Gekū.

Purportedly the home of the Sacred Mirror, the shrine is one of Shinto’s holiest and most important sites. Access to both sites is strictly limited, with the common public not allowed beyond sight of the thatched roofs of the central structures, hidden behind four tall wooden fences. However, tourists are free to roam the forest, including its ornamental walkways after the Meiji period.

Tama-Chan

Tama-chan, is the lady that gave us the support with going around the places. She felt like air and so kindly assisted us filled the curiosity needs I had every steps of the way. The City of Ise is to me,  something that we all should see coming to Japan. Really something to see. Lots of tourists yes but all seem so calm and beautifully organized. Tama-chan is also an artist and she wants to teach “Paste” to her hometown in Ise and the city she lives in Hokkaido. I did not much talk about the Marine Foundation during the day as we visited but at evening time, just before departing I had a chance to say a few words. Surprisingly, I found myself setting up a program for the kind of ideas she had for the public wishes in trying to help other the best she could through Art. On that note she I think became interested in the communication system of the foundation somehow. Yes indeed, we will do something together. It’s very admirable when someone welcomes you to their town and places, making you feel at home and letting you discover new things through simple and kind gestures of unconditional giving.

House Gathering with Brand Owners of the Marine Foundation:
It was a wonderful evening spent with some of the team Tokyo at Sumi’s house. With us also was the famous J-League Soccer player Moriyama Yasuyuki and his wife Ayumi. All members today are co-Brand Owners of the brand of the Marine Foundation. Ayumi Nakamura, Ayumi Moriyama, Sumi Kondo, Eiko Saito, Hiroko Arai, Reiko Suzuki, and Yusuke Watanabe.What wonderful people and greeting the whole world at large, today was a gathering of conviction. My message was simple. Let the love take control and the rest will follow.

Art world, a reform that had to come:
I was fortunate to go to Omotesando Hills today, introduced by Brand Owner Yoko Akahane, I met Yoshie Ishii and Asaco Tomizawa, 2 amazing artists in the accessory fashion. At the Marine Foundation, surprisingly to anyone’s expectation, we have a mega plan to support all the artists of the world. It will done through an agency which was designed some several years ago by the name of “AFFASTAR” – Artist Fund & Fan Associated Stardom – This will become the first world online platform for any artist to automatically be appreciated and remunerated in the area in which they live. If you go over the “Network” menu above, you can see that this is one of our platform system (Artist Network). I have proposed Yoshie to design a special scarf for the First Ladies coming to Japan next year and for Asaco, I have a special plan to making her wooden bags a brand of the foundation through a design suited for people who owns yacht (a sort of toilet kit for captains). This would be excellent to starting our brand product line.

The Physics of Education and Celebration at Marine Foundation (Part 6)

Bring your youngsters information and laughter, and you will produce magic out of them. Senior leaders talk about immaturity in young people, but an inspired young mind is never too immature to perform miracles. Test it out. The largest companies in the world today were started with young people barely graduated from college. Virgin Airlines, Microsoft, Apple, Google etc… Of course, at the advantage over the past reformers, we do live in a world of high technology and the comfort of fast communications. The expansion of a thought, service or product depends much on communicative skills. We wake up with all kind of expectations but we usually are simply happy about our day if we’ve learned something new or spent time in healthy communication with others. The standard frame for conventional corporate celebration is usually based on volume or status. But in that spectrum of temporary reality, the “ego” always gets a chunk of people’s moral wisdom until it has them running like peacocks, begging for attention and praise.  The achievement of a good day must prove a result I suppose because there is no freedom without result. To generate the “willpower” that it takes to bring constant good results, an educated mind must center around a grateful heart, and that happens only when the purpose of life itself has been learned and celebrated. MARINEF Corporation website: 
It is coming along as best as I could conceive it but is is there. The corporation accepts everyone of you as potential consultants would you have a product or very special network to introduce for contractual matters. This is nice because it will unconditionally protect any member of the Marine Foundation to perform at ease without the contradiction of circumvention would share of commissions be involved. There is much more it than just a corporation since I am presently establishing all the core companies that will perfectly accompany the mothership (Marine Foundation). If you are a “Star Trek” fan, you could imagine the “Enterprise” and its famous quote: “To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before…” – I love that quote. (I will release the website information tomorrow)

Coming up special event in the winds of fortune: 
Today meeting Sumi at my home office, we discus ways to welcome our great new Californian friend, visiting us in about a week from now. (or 9 days perhaps). I have always thought that the start of everything on the platform of fruition (not design), would be a push from the heaven through the heart of the motherland Africa. Accordingly to what is going to soon happen as per our agenda with financial deployment, this is exactly what seems to be taken place. This is like if it was perfectly written in a script, that just awaited for the right timing of purpose. Therefore I look forward to this upcoming week, to see unveil the making of strategies, undeniably set to rocket the Marine Foundation to right where it is suppose to be. It will make everybody happy, especially the unheard heart of those who have silently endured the test of time. When you sail far into ocean, the wind becomes your friend and yet fortune is yet to come, unless it blows into the right direction.

 

The Physics of Education and Celebration at Marine Foundation (Part 5)

It was refreshing to see how simple life can transform if the spirit leans on letting the conscience lead the way for a change, rather than that ever-present heart ego uncomfortable blockade that stops us from living life in the fullest on a daily basis. If we were to listen to our conscience carefully, in real time, we would automatically stop procrastination and reform such question habits of “What the heck am I doing here?” to reasonably asking oneself: “What am I gonna do to get me out of here” or if the job pleases: “What am I going to do to have fun today”. The funny thing about “fun” is that no one has fun unless “results” come about. Education and Celebration might as well be the sources, the fulfillment and the fluorescence of all that’s good in results, whether at work or at play and anything else in between, these 2 poles attract to where we should center, every single day of our life. Highlights:

A fast and short report today. From nature’s point of view, the day starts as it is supposed to, without too much trouble wouldn’t you think? I mean the “sun” never goes on a rebellious mood saying “I am not going to shine today”. So I suppose, like the sun, we’ re all born to sparkle no matter where we are. Don’t let the rain go down on you…

General Reports:

Let me not trouble you with too many thoughts today and just the continuation of the below segment as I was heavily involved with designing the new website for our Corporation: Marinef Corporation, which is fully registered in Tokyo as a “Kabushiki Kaisha” – the highest there is in incorporation in Japan. The Company is opening its first Branch in Dakar Senegal and so it will show in the concept design of the banner. I will serve the substantializing and coordination of our government contracts signed in Liberia last month and also as an international consulting firm specifically reserved for regional economic developments! Oh by the way (sorry) you might have to wait one more day for the Liberia photo report and I promise you to send you the corporation link tomorrow.

 

The Physics of Education and Celebration at Marine Foundation (Part 4)

Since my work was still irreproachable, they had to accept me or face the risk of losing me. My attitude was starting to trail and impregnated on a few others, specifically those whose confidence in their work and position was unbroken, they also started to unchain from what others thought of them, and putting aside their stress, they followed me in some crazy silly strips of waves of laughter and moments of courageous office adventures. We had fun, we brought results and there was nothing no one could do about it, except join the club or be left out. But the kick of the story came revealing when to push the experiment further, I went to the big boss and against anything she would say to try changing my mind, I decided to fire myself. That day, it was like if the floor was covered in clouds of rain, and my colleagues,  men or women, I noticed, had they eyes watered in lights of sadness. That very night and just before the day’s work completion, I told everyone that “I was just kidding” and here again, we all went for drinks after hours, mocking the astonished blurry eyes and confused faces of managers when they thought I was leaving the company.  Since then I would walk in every day at work and jokingly shout “I quit” at the managers’ faces to soon have others therapeutically do the same and every single morning it was touches of laughter to hear these words out of timid Japanese salarymen as if they were in control of their destiny for the day.  It was like a celebration in the air at the thought of still being together at the end of troubles, like living life to the fullest… at the office. Marine Foundation is a platform that is non-religious or political but it welcomes everyone who respects life and environment. 

Opening of MARINEF Corporation in Senegal Dakar with 2 bank accounts: BDK Banque De Dakar & BRM Banque Régionale des marchés. 

General Reports:

The great report on Liberia is finally arrived with tones of photo. I will post this on the blog site tomorrow. Ambassador Banao has successfully contracted financial status with Bank Santander, headquartered in Portugal. Furthermore, Malamine Faty also has performed wonderfully with the opening of 2 bank accounts BDK (Banque De Dakar) & BRM (Banque Régionale des marchés).

I had a very enjoyable meeting with Yoko concerning the future of the next week to meet the people of Nagoya for a simple seminar of information. I am really touch by the many good things that are happening with more and more interest in Japan with our foundation as gradually the awareness of new brighter way to doing PR is mounting into the mind of those who have the chance to meet us. I am particularly found of each of our friends here and abroad who keep on hoping for a better world while it is never easy to even think of trying to establish anything consistent with trying to help others. I mean, everybody wants to help and it is hard to satisfy the mind’s creative desire when we lack in the logistic and funds. Therefore a system must be made to attract both, perfect communication and lots of funds.

I attended an house event this evening and I came back much too late to actually been able to complete fully this report. See you tomorrow!

 

The Physics of Education and Celebration at Marine Foundation (Part 3)

I have tested this out in my own life. I once was working for a Japanese company where I was one of their only foreign full-time employees. I decided to test the environment to the point where I would be fearlessly breaking the rules of that corporate dictatorship of fearful moments each time the big boss walked into the floor. My strategy was first to become perfect at my tasks and after a couple of months, I heard the president said: “I wish all employees were like him”. It did make me smile, thinking to myself, “You’ve seen nothing yet!”. Then, I started to voluntarily break every office rule there was while keeping my job to perfection. I teared up my “time punch card” every time I got a new one, watch videos all day, hugged the lady boss to greet her in the morning, etc… to the point managers thought I might have a mental problem. However noticing that my co-workers were silently laughing their head off, hiding their happy faces behind their computers.  It was like “Tomeo’s great office distraction” was on every day and it excited my colleagues while managers had me face the firing wall time and time over again… (to be continued)
