The Chamber of Law: 

I had plenty of time to think today, and the refection was good. To learn about the Marine Foundation is to read about it. This website has over 500 pages altogether and it is just the beginning. For those serious to get on with the system, they would have the best luck just following this journal. The day was kind and gentle and yet able to achieve quite a lot, even though 24 hours does not cut it for me, and a 36 hours day would suit me better. 

I was happy to set up the business cards for our 3 new “Brand-Owners” in Japan, Mrs. Rieko Suzuki, Mrs. Hiroko Arai, and Mr. Yusuke Watanabe. The business card design is always improving. To gain Brand Ownership, a person must register through the entrance page (segment bottom right of this page) and information in the link presented there. (We will accept only 36 members on that position in Japan) – Generally, we will accept a total of 360 members throughout the world (72 per 5 continent). The Brand Ownership is the International Committee of the Marine Foundation. We used to use the term “cofounders” but changed it to “Brand Owners”. 

The Chamber of Law:  (Important) The Marine Foundation has initiated the system of the Supervisory Leadership of the Chamber of Law. The Chamber of Law is a body made up of “women only” sector. It governs the constitution of the Marine Foundation in a supervisory manner and all that is of project developments attached to the logo of the organization must receive the certification rights of the committee of the Chamber of Law. There will be 14 Ladies appointed lifetime position where supported by 5 members each. Presently serving in that position, are Mrs. Coura S. Fall, Mrs. Jackie Freemantle, Mrs. Ayumi Nakamura, and Mrs. Koura Niele Ouattara. The Chamber of Law protects the entire membership of the Marine Foundation and its constitution. The Chamber of Law is assisted by one “General Legal Secretary” (man or woman) who represents the “Legal Leadership” of the Marine Foundation where Mr. Adama Ndao is presently appointed to this position (Legislative Leadership of the Marine Foundation). 

Note on Leadership at the Marine Foundation:
There are no pyramidal systems in the Marine Foundation. What does that mean? We say we lead through “planetarium management made up of spheres of leadership”. It means that if a person a President of “something” he/she represents a sphere of development while there can be many other spheres underneath that have their own leadership systems and cannot be interfered with. It is as simple as it is very elaborated. The wind does not govern the water but they work to a perfect environmental distribution of energies, and so the entire universe. 

Some throughs on Leadership:
I believe being a leader means a life of reporting. We are all leaders of our own life. 30 years ago one of my great mentors told me: “Tomeo, life in Heaven is a life of Reporting, this is how you determine the fate of the future”. (took me a while to realize what it meant).  I used to ride a bicycle and I fell off many times. but it never stopped me from riding again. Then I had a motorbike and again had many accidents, but I kept on riding regardless. Until the day when my wife got pregnant. Then I thought I should drive a car. Therefore, measures for personal reforms comes with the extension of responsibilities. I feel that good “decision making” should be based on the things we learned, but not on the things that we fear. I surround myself with geniuses so that I can be told what to do, but in the end, nothing is more satisfying than results based on a team’s unified effort, where win or lose, the respect for one another is what will transcend onto the next, and that by itself is a great victory. (That’s why I love the Olympics)

The general flow of the day: 

I felt it was a good day. Early in the morning, I got a call from Alan Seid in Palau. Alan is traveling the world at this time but this morning on the way to a fishing trip in the beautiful sea of Palau. Alan is working on diplomatic levels in his country where he is involved with legislation and presidential appointments. 

I was also talking to our American administrator Diana Telesca this morning on trying to think up systems for group chats etc… Diana is extremely intelligent when it comes to administration works with wording things perfectly so that everyone understands. Talking of the USA, I was happy to have news from Yvette our USA President, traveling the world on a mission to support the Marine Foundation. I am glad she is in good health. Traveling intensively is not easy on the body. 

Most the morning and afternoon I spent working on the website and trying to come up with better technologies to adjust the communication system. I was released of my duties for some other short good breaks from wonderful messages on WhatsApp. One one them from Jackie Freemantle who lost her husband a couple of weeks ago. She said: – “Vision is the clarity, and creating the art of life formed by the heart in balance with the universe. Flowing in this the Marine Foundation! You are living this.” – What a nice message!  

At home, dinner was good. I tried to entertain myself with some action good movie to get my mind onto another plane for a while but good messages kept pouring and truly, this is much better than watching TV. Bienvenu Piakta suggested that we also start a “Facebook Group” – Yes I thought, it’s a good idea. – Tonight I start working on complicated IT which is of the goals I would like to reach before going to Africa. The new “chat” system you see on the right side bottom of the pages, was actually quite simple to set up. It helps to get a bit more presence and providing live support for anyone who asks. When staffs are added to the system, it will create a nice community atmosphere. But soon I will be transforming this site into a multisite so that to add a membership platform to welcome all of you to do your own blogs. You could create your own groups etc… However, this would be restricted to a number of people while the upcoming GCLA platform will welcome an infinite number of members. 

Registration in Uganda following Senegal: 

The Marine Foundation, in addition to immediate Senegalese registration, seeks the establishment in Uganda as well and I hope before the end of 2018. The inspiration of Uganda came through Ambassadrice of Uganda in Tokyo Mrs. Betty Grace A. Okullo. I visited the Embassy once and had the warmest welcome there. What a beautiful country is Uganda and I can’t wait to build its pages and reports. For one thing, I have met with Steven Kityo of the KAFO Foundation there and yes we will take this organization under the umbrella of the Marine Foundation where if it becomes one of its agencies, we will be able to design “Humanitarian & Educational” programs that fit KAFO’s contents whereby the Marine Foundation would establish a joint Marine Development Center right on Lake Victoria. This is surely possible while also bringing MTA (Maritime Tourism Agency) with projects that mean good to the local people there. 

Set up in Switzerland:

We are capitalizing the Marine Foundation Switzerland. It has been a long time in the making but Diane Retard has done a fantastic work with arranging the administration there. Actually, she has done almost everything. I will have to send 30 000 CHF (Swiss Francs which values Euros) when the Credit Swiss account is open there. Then Marine Foundation Switzerland will be well on its way with my little Sister Anne Claire Berg right there to make it more welcoming. She is right now traveling to the South of France visiting my beautiful Mother. If you ever come to region please, by all means, do contact her, her husband Nicolas is a great “Chef”, and they will make you feel on the top of the world if you were lucky enough to meet them there. 

The trip to Africa:

Yes, I am sure you are all wondering when is the departure for? Good question: I am just waiting for the sponsor to send the funds to Japan so as to cover the travel and accommodation expenses for 4 persons here altogether. It’s an expensive trip. There are about 10 people coming from Europe. But yet, this is a delegation well organized by Ambassador Banao, therefore much seems to be stated at the highest levels in terms of the agenda of the trip itself, with schedules sessions with Ministries of each pool of governments. Therefore, it does represent more of a PR tour at this time although I am sure good results will come out of this. As for Africa, I have designed my own ways of getting into the continent and I call it the “ways of water”. I call Africa “The Motherland”. I will unveil this strategy very soon but if you could take a look at the Maritime Development Agency program, this would give you some hints on how the Marine Foundation will resemble an unstoppable  “Tsunami of Love” for the old continent. I am not particularly interested in pleasing politicians and diplomats as for most of the time, their agendas are too crowded with politics to think down on what people need the most. Those who sincerely crave for change or innovation will know where to find us when the time comes. But its part of the job to greet people but most certainly, it is the “First Ladies” who interest me the most. First Ladies Club.

Seminar in Nagoya – True Love Seminar: (part 2)

I have always dreamed of going to places around Japan and just talk to people. Since my Japanese language skills are limited to trying to express my thoughts, I would surely need a good interpreter. Japanese people are so fine by me. Talking about love would almost be considered “taboo” in a society that lives on the “Philharmonic Concert Hall of Rigid Rules of Attitudes” where everything has to be programmed by the way things are thought by cultural habits and therefore staging almost no space to show your worth would you just try to play your scores differently. Love and relationships are often publically taken in the context of religious beliefs and Buddhism would not really have you jumping up and down the alley, in the ways a good old revival chorus of the local gospel church would have you twist your body around to celebrate your heart. But even in Christianity, “Love” as beautiful attributed from the “Lord” have you understand that this concept often stays just within the assembly’s walls when as soon as stepping out of the circle of light, you start counting how many people you wish to hate the week ahead and that probably includes your boss or the colleague who does his work exceeding everyone else. Love express privately often relays to temporary romance or a sexual experience, and when you have a family, it expands in becoming responsible for somebody else. Women would have the advantage to remain loyal to their inner motherly duties while a man would keep pondering ways to get more pleasure out of an unsatisfying busy life.  So I took the books and society away and I gave in to contemplating nature for a change. And so, I started learning about “respect”. Surely, gradually and more profoundly I came to some realizations which no books had ever thought me before. I discovered that nature was in a constant state of celebration, from early morning to late at night, the planet is celebrating “life”. On that subtle discovery, my mind became entertained 24 hours a day, by something, I never felt existed before, but was there all around me in substance, although invisible to the eyes or untouchable to the body. Just like the unnoticeable air that we need it so much, love is for the spirit as substantial as water is for the body. And if we could just pay a little more attention to the evolution pattern that life unveils each day through the motion of nature, entertainment would take a whole new dimension in keeping you at the edge of your seat, if we could just teach science or philosophy from the standpoint that at the source of all natural energies, this “love” exists to makes particles and cells act the way they unconditionally do. The way that “love” manifests itself in science or religion relates to the fact that it is an indispensable tool to connect anything and everything to living a purposeful life on earth. Mongolia Hospital Resort for children:

It has been a long time coming but indeed the time is coming very soon. Dr. Undra Semjidusren is back to Mongolia for a while where she will move back entirely next year in 2019. She spent a few years in the United States where leading a high position in some major clinic there. You can find good information on Undra since she is a brand co-owner of the Marine Foundation. Undra has been a friend forever and she is undertaking the making of the most extraordinary clinic resort hospital for children of the world in Mongolia and the land you see below is the place for that. This Land has been appointed to building the facility where Marine Foundation will take full responsibility of its undertaking.

Dreams become reality as we have been talking about this for the past 10 years. Undra moved to the United States to perfect her surgical skills and all the talents she already possesses in her field since she was indeed the highest medical graduated and honored student in Mongolia, while also at the prominent medical school at the University of Korea. There is so much to say here. This early October she just got married and I was disappointed with myself not being able to make it. But I hope I will meet her soon with plenty of time to celebrate together, the making of the most beautiful and innovative hospital in the world. Mongolia Children Resort.

Global University: Matar meets the Khalif:  

Global University is on and our dearest member is Senegal Mr. Matar Diop Kane met the owner of the majestic land in Dakar Senegal which will host the first university of technology and development. (Photos of the Day section on the right: Matar on the left sitting with the Khalif Mohammed Naby Gueye, religious chief of the Naby-Allah community, which owns the most exquisite spot, forming a small gulf area right in the center of Dakar. This land has been appointed to the building of the Marine Foundation’s Global University of Technology and Development. GU is set to be the greatest and largest university in the world with an establishment of hundreds of campuses through 5 continents. We started some of the basic information here.   

Matar is presently responsible for registering the Marine Foundation in Senegal.  

Seminar in Nagoya – True Love Seminar:

Ms. Yoko Akahane and Mr. Takuya Hasegawa both brand ownership members of the Marine Foundation are organizing a fantastic people for a Seminar on the topic of “love” saying “true love”, on the topic of how does Marine Foundation explains its philanthropy that base its philosophy on the attitude of total respect for one another. Lots of people are looking for answers to problems with relations and communications, which often are the reason why life simply seems unfair at times of difficulties. “Love” is often a topic of spirituality and does not often enter the realm of strategic development within a corporate body. But what if we did know that there could be internal laws and technologies, that would actually help change a life from on simple instant of realization. It’s because corruption exists that the word “true” needs to be added to “love” or maybe because of the ignorance of the purpose of life that leads us to believe that Love is mainly a sexual act which makes people attracted to each other. But if we would consider nature as an ultimate teacher of what’s true in the original form of what is, then perhaps we would have a chance to discover the most inner secret of what love truly is.

Preparation for Africa: (Invest Africa Tour)

Malamine Faty has organized the corporation side of the Marine Foundation (Marinef Corporation) to become a body of work to support economic developments in Liberia and Sierra Leone. His team based in Europe is ready to go as documents, contracts and visa are ready. The organization of such trip was engineered by Ambassador Banao presently serving as a consultant to several African governments but more precisely as a member director of the Marine Foundation in charge of economic developments for the regions in need. From the Japan perspective of assembling its team to travel, if all is well with the funding, we should be on our way by the end of week.
