The Marine Foundation: Capabilities

The Marine Foundation has established its 241 nations territory of development with each country’s template represented in its official presentation website. The foundation is an umbrella of over 30 agencies (franchises) of projects and programs to pursue the economic restoration of a region through education, technology, medical, tourism, and infrastructure.

The platform now initiates the “Wealth Legacy Academia Club” to host and welcome the position of at least one thousand Billionaires incited and interested in the economic growth of all developing regions of the world through infrastructural, health, and educational projects.

In addition to its signature projects for rebuilding nations, the Marine Foundation is also established as a Multi-Media Production & Entertainment structure with an International “Annual Event” platform and several online and offline mass membership structure systems. Furthermore, it wants to use the channels of educational media and cultural, social, and familial celebrations to promote peaceful relations throughout its expansion.

The institutional structure of the foundation is meticulously controlled by a “Brand” (MARINEF Brand), where the “brand legislature” protects the foundation’s organizational structure with a constitution and the supervisorial platform of an International Brand Sharing and Ownership Committee of 360 members worldwide. In addition, this conglomerate of shared brand ownership is monitored under the ruling of a “Universal Constitution,” which dictates high morals and governance standards of coherent common sense within the businesses and institutions the foundation produces with the deployment of its brand-associated agencies.

Added the grandeur of becoming a leading Public Relations platform, the Marine Foundation is essentially built to be an environment of systems and policies that stand for zero tolerance for promiscuousness or any detriment or harm to human life and the environment with the absolute protection of children and mothers. The forum welcomes the genius collective minds and hearts of every individual whose passion is for love, light, and the safety and prosperity of all our children.

The Marine Foundation is designed to be a giant interconnecting spiderweb of human managerial communications systems that copies the conception of universal rules instituted in the functioning of the created universe. It relies on establishing rigid human rules of respect for life and the environment as per the example behavior of the physical world that surrounds us and makes up the unconditional functioning mechanism of our body and mind.

Introduction to the Marine Foundation's structural concept

Education, project development, and marketing through international events make us a movement of reforms where the agenda takes economic rebirth a prerequisite duty wherever it would establish. Among other systems, our educational planning revolves around 3 reforms in content: Sea Campus Universal (15000 children per school), Global University of Technology & Development, and Ocean Universal (complete maritime education). Focusing on these sectors only would help reconstruct any region or improve already developed countries' status.

We are a "peaceful" movement. We talk of peace in the substance in the look of an "olympiad philosophical concept" or a place where there can be no conflicts. For example, in the Olympic Organization, based on the disciplines of sports rules, people worldwide gather together to dispute titles for medals. Here we see that sporting rules govern nations' relations during 2 weeks of events, every 4 years. This is indeed the example of a peaceful concept, where common sense takes over, and participation requires neutralizing religious, cultural, or political backgrounds for a while.

The Marine Foundation centers its ruling in gathering its network around the values of the birth of humanity and so the birth of life itself. The undeniable truth of the reality of the mother's womb brings out our biological commonality. For that reason, our corporate ruling proclaims and demands a standard of absolute respect for life and the environment. From that understanding, our management system and ideological backgrounds must leave common sense in perfect human relations of absolute respect. Peace has a chance to flourish in the understanding that we all come from the same birthplace. The Marine Foundation is a practitioner of the rules in the context of membership and leadership communications, enticing diversities to come and work together under the banner of education and celebration. Even when it comes to cultural traditions, religions, or political parties, the one who loves and respects the most will ultimately become the champion of attraction and popularity.

5 Main Executive Central Committees:

  1. The 1st executive committee is mainly internal, and consists of the Board of Brand Owners made up of 360 members representing the 360 degrees of a perfect circle. Each day of the year will represent one member making it 360 days celebration.  They represent as a group the core supervisory membership through actual unique ownership of the branding of the Marine Foundation.
  2. The 2nd executive committee is the First Ladies Club, where the leadership would represent the voice of Mother Earth as a supervisory and voting power to our educational project Development structure. This is the keyframe by which "women" become the absolute standard about birth education and the celebration of life.
  3. The 3rd executive committee is the diplomatic membership of the United Five Ocean's platform (U5O). U5O represents the 5 continents united into a "Club of all Nations"  where diplomats mingle, representing their cultures and come together under the vicinity of the continental regions their nation belongs to. In addition, U50, or Club of all Nations, serves to support economic growth through supporting the Public Sector with information and event gathering services.
  4. The 4th committee is the Executive Club Assembly, which attracts successful business leaders (men or women) to unite under the honorary naval title of "Admiral" to identify and celebrate their potential to become role models of modern societies to lead the next generation to prowess through their example and presence within the Marine Foundation's platform.
  5. The 5th committee is the Billionaires Legacy Academia Club, which is a council for infrastructural restoration, where extremely wealthy people have a chance to gather in the discussion of megaproject development, maritime or on land, to seek the harmony of communication of our planet through transport projects such as bridges, tunnels, and an international highway concept. Marine Foundation runs uniquely under the umbrella banner of its own branding through the organizational establishment of mass membership platforms and a large event organization system. The creation of these 2 large communications sectors gives it an unparallel control over sponsorship. It will allow it to round up the entire world under large media publications and production platforms.

2 Mass Communication Platforms:

Wikinations: An educational and commercial online portal connecting 240 nations into a giant international Chamber of Commerce online via educational web design & PR concept. To that effect, it takes after the business model of  Wikipedia's example who plays more the role of an encyclopedia. In contrast, "wikinations" will become a tourism information center & regional promoter, with a corporate membership within for businesses to expose their services right within the platform. Thus, not only will it become an educational tool to institutions around the world, but it will also serve as reference governments to show off their nation under the banner of attractive beauty and production media to attract investors and developers.

Global Citizens Live Association (GCLA) is a mass membership social platform that caters to any individuals but targeting mainly the family member with a zero tolerance to promiscuity and where values of respect in human communications are taken to the maximum extent of the moral ethics. GCLA becomes an automatic educational incentive as it is connected directly to "wikinations" with exposing flags into the member's dashboard instead of faces first. By flirting the cursor upon the flag image of a new contact, the member receives the immediate option to open the flag's wikinations page for a quick overlook of that person's nation. Contacts stay hidden under the flag of provenance, and opening the contacts dashboard is optional. Meaning that the member becomes more interested in showing how many flags show up on the member's dashboard than showing off faces of people who can stay categorically hidden behind their flag of provenance. The platform will become a "must" to learn geography and culture rapidly through real-time communication between members. Reaching a full dashboard of 240 flags would mean that a person has friends all over the world while becoming familiar with the existence of 240 nations.

One Mega Event Organization Platform

The worldwide network of the Marine Foundation (MARINEF- ADN) has the unique privilege to connect to an entire event organization divided into Festivals, Symposiums, Exhibits, and Sports. The design of 50 international annual events is set to help promote quality tourism to benefit economically any region where the foundation is established. Events are also good media to promote the causes of projects and programs' involvement with information media distributed continuously and sustainably. The event opportunities will also affect supporting areas with promotional tools to attract investment and developments to places that need exposure to the world.

Stories of Impact – Water for the World

Walter Okombo

Walter Okombo, a dedicated community developer from Kenya, has spent over a decade tirelessly working to uplift youth, women, and children through various grassroots initiatives. Having founded several community-based development groups in Kenya, he continues to make a significant impact in his roles at Water for the World and Practical Action Kenya.

Walter’s passion for helping the less privileged stems from his challenging childhood, which was marked by poverty and a lack of necessities. Growing up, he faced malnutrition and walked over five miles daily to fetch water, often on the brink of dropping out of school. The generosity of well-wishers and friends enabled him to overcome these hardships, shaping his lifelong commitment to providing clean and potable water to underserved communities. Today, Walter’s dedication to improving lives is unwavering as he works to ensure access to clean water and support for children in need.

Tom Abonyo

Tom Abonyo is a skilled hydrogeologist and a graduate of the Kenya Water Institute, driven by a deep commitment to resolving water scarcity issues in Kenya. His passion for water resource management began during his academic journey and has since translated into tangible contributions to communities in need.

Tom has made a significant impact by bringing potable water to arid and semi-arid regions, including Turkana, Baringo, Garissa, Kwale, and Kilifi counties. His work in some of Kenya’s most water-challenged areas highlights his dedication to making clean water accessible. Currently involved with Water for the World, Tom remains steadfast in his mission to improve the quality of life for millions lacking access to safe drinking water.

Marijah Butcher

Marijah Butcher, a 73-year-old mother, grandmother, and community advocate, has always sought to make a difference in the lives of others. Her journey with Water for the World began when she met Walter Okombo while coaching a Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (Y.E.A.) course. Witnessing Walter’s passion for helping his community, particularly in tackling the challenges faced by teenage mothers and children, Marijah was inspired to take action.

Together, they envisioned a clean and safe Lake Victoria, where water would no longer be a threat but a source of sustenance. Her collaboration with James Pink, another passionate advocate, marked the beginning of a transformative project—drilling boreholes to provide safe drinking water. Marijah’s experience living abroad in Indonesia and the Philippines and working on UN projects has enriched her understanding of global challenges and fueled her commitment to addressing water scarcity.

James Pink

James Pink, a philanthropist and entrepreneur, has dedicated his life to helping children and empowering communities. As a young man, he ran a “Children’s English Club” to support immigrant children in the UK and later built a successful Telecoms & IT company that sponsored the education of 26 children from impoverished backgrounds for 20 years.

After selling his business, James established Van Store Ltd, which now funds Water for the World’s projects. His vision is to alleviate poverty in Kenya by providing clean water, fostering sustainable agriculture, and supporting community development. James believes that even small contributions can make a profound difference and is committed to ensuring every penny raised goes directly to essential water and community projects.

Water for the World: An Historic Initiative for Poverty Alleviation

Bridging the Gap Between Necessity and Opportunity

In a world where millions still lack access to clean water, basic sanitation, and sustainable resources, the importance of strategic collaboration cannot be overstated. Water for the World, a UK-based organization dedicated to providing clean water solutions in Kenya, has already laid a strong foundation for transformation. Now, in an unprecedented partnership, the Marine Foundation is stepping in to elevate this mission to a global scale, aligning with its vision of eradicating poverty and ensuring fundamental human rights worldwide.

A Shared Commitment to Humanity

The efforts of Water for the World have been groundbreaking, bringing deep borehole drilling and water tower infrastructure to rural Kenyan villages. Their focus on empowering local women and providing sustainable water access has not only improved health conditions but also stimulated economic activity.

The Marine Foundation, known for its large-scale humanitarian projects across the globe, recognizes the potential of these efforts and aims to enhance them. By integrating Water for the World into its expansive network of development initiatives, Marine Foundation seeks to:

Upgrade Infrastructure:

Implement advanced water purification and distribution systems to reach a greater number of communities.

Empower Local Communities:

Develop educational and training programs to equip local populations with the tools and knowledge necessary for long-term sustainability.

Expand the Mission Beyond Kenya:

Utilize the successful Kenya model to establish similar projects across Africa and beyond, ensuring that more nations benefit from this life-changing initiative.

Water is not just a necessity—it is a right. Through this powerful alliance, Water for the World will become a flagship program under the Marine Foundation’s umbrella, allowing it to attract greater funding, expertise, and technological advancements. Together, these two organizations will work toward creating self-sufficient communities where access to clean water is no longer a privilege but a fundamental certainty.

With this union, Kenya’s Water for the World is set to evolve into a pioneering model for water accessibility, providing a beacon of hope for millions struggling with the most basic necessities. This partnership marks the beginning of a global movement—one that ensures no community is left behind in the quest for a dignified and sustainable future.

Joining Forces for Clean Water

The synergy between Walter, Tom, Marijah, and James

The synergy between Walter, Tom, Marijah, and James exemplifies how diverse backgrounds can unite to address a common cause. Together, they form the backbone of Water for the World, working to alleviate water scarcity and create sustainable solutions for Kenyan communities.

By leveraging their unique skills—Walter’s community leadership, Tom’s technical expertise, Marijah’s global perspective, and James’s funding initiatives—they are making strides in transforming lives through clean water access. Their stories remind us that anyone, regardless of their background or resources, can be a catalyst for change. In their hands, Water for the World is more than a project—it’s a mission to reshape the future, one borehole at a time.

Join the Movement This is a call to action for all who believe in the power of collective change. Whether through funding, expertise, or advocacy, every effort contributes to a world where no one suffers from the absence of life’s most essential needs. Together, Marine Foundation and Water for the World are rewriting the story of poverty and human survival—one drop at a time.

Why MAKENI, SIERRA LEAONE?

A New Dawn in Makeni: Unity, Prosperity, and Transformation – In the Model of Africa’s Renaissance

Makeni, the heart of the Northern Province, pulses with life, culture, and history. Its bustling streets and vibrant communities are a tapestry of Sierra Leone’s rich diversity. Temne voices mingle with Krio conversations, and the city hums with the daily rhythm of tradition and progress. Nestled among the hills, Makeni is a city of promise, a place where hope rises like the sun over Bombali District.

Yet, like many great cities, Makeni carries the weight of challenges. Education, though valued, struggles to reach every child. Health services, despite passionate efforts, remain stretched. But now, like a beacon on the horizon, a vision emerges — one that seeks not just to mend but to elevate, not just to support but to transform. The Marine Foundation arrives, carrying with it a wave of change that will wash over Makeni and the Northern Province, igniting growth and empowering communities.

Bridging Cultures and Building Communities

The Marine Foundation believes that unity is the soul of progress. Makeni, with its diverse cultures and faiths, will become a thriving example of harmonious coexistence. At the heart of this transformation is the “Mamie Haja Bomposseh National Stadium,” a magnificent 70,000-seater marvel. It will not just host sports but serve as a cultural bridge, where young athletes of all backgrounds compete side by side, celebrating their shared dreams under the Sierra Leonean sky.

The stadium will be more than steel and stone. It will echo with the songs of unity and the chants of hope. Festivals will gather communities, and the youth will find purpose within its walls. It will be a place where stories are shared, talents are nurtured, and aspirations take flight.

Empowering Education for Future Generations

Education in Makeni is a journey, but for many, the path remains rocky. The Marine Foundation envisions schools where creativity flourishes, where children learn not just to read but to imagine, to innovate, and to lead. The Youth Empowerment Center, within the stadium complex, will be a sanctuary for minds eager to learn.

Imagine a child from Makeni discovering the world through technology, gaining skills that prepare them for global challenges. Imagine teachers inspired to nurture curious minds, their efforts supported by resources and training. Through partnerships with local schools and universities, the Marine Foundation will breathe new life into education, turning classrooms into havens of opportunity.

A Healthier Tomorrow

Makeni’s spirit remains unbroken despite struggles with diseases like yellow fever and malaria. The Marine Foundation understands that a healthy community is a thriving one. Thus, it will support local healthcare, investing in modern medical facilities and training first responders. The Holy Spirit Hospital, already a pillar of care, will receive support to expand its services, while new community clinics will sprout, offering accessible care to all.

But health is more than hospitals. It’s knowledge, prevention, and rapid response. By partnering with local organizations, the Foundation will equip communities to fight endemic diseases with resilience and knowledge. No mother should fear for her child’s safety, and no elder should be without care. In Makeni, health will be a promise fulfilled.

A Legacy of Hope and Prosperity

Makeni will stand as a symbol of how dreams, when nurtured with care, can bloom into reality. The Marine Foundation’s commitment is not just to the present but to the future, building a legacy that honors the past while paving the way for generations to come.

From the bustling markets to the academic corridors of the University of Makeni, from the fervent prayers at dawn to the cheers in the stadium at dusk, Makeni will flourish. Its people, strengthened and united, will become the architects of their destiny.

Together, they will weave a new story, one where unity, prosperity, and transformation are not just aspirations but a living, breathing reality. The Marine Foundation will not just build structures but plant seeds of progress, and from those seeds, a new Makeni will rise — stronger, brighter, and unbreakable.

The Importance of Sport in Makeni

Makeni: Where Football Breathes Life and Dreams Take Flight

Makeni wakes up to the sound of football. In the early dawn, the city’s fields come alive with the rhythmic thud of feet on the dusty ground, the laughter of young boys and girls kicking makeshift balls, and the spirited cheers of neighbors gathering to watch the unfolding dance of the game. Football here is more than just a sport; it’s a heartbeat, a language, a way of life.

The legendary Wusum Stars, Makeni’s pride, have carried the spirit of the city through victories and struggles alike. Established as one of Sierra Leone’s oldest and most respected football clubs, they are not just athletes — they are symbols of resilience and community pride. When the Wusum Stars take to the pitch, Makeni holds its breath, united in hope and fierce loyalty. The roar from the stands when they score echoes across the city, binding hearts and igniting dreams.

A Game of Unity and Purpose

For generations, Makeni’s love for football has bridged divides, bringing together people of different faiths and backgrounds. On match days, the city becomes one family, celebrating their common love for the game. From the Wusum Sports Stadium to the countless makeshift pitches across Bombali District, football is the universal call to come together, to cheer, to believe.

But for too long, the city’s football dreams have been limited by resources, by infrastructure, by the lack of opportunities for the next generation. Boys and girls who dribble barefoot under the blazing sun envision something greater — the chance to represent their city, their country, their continent on a global stage.

The Marine Foundation: Awakening the Spirit of Youth Through Football

And now, the Marine Foundation arrives, with a vision as bold as the game itself. Through the World Football Youth Association (FYA), the Foundation will transform Makeni into a thriving hub of athletic excellence. At the heart of this vision is the World Peace Cup (WPC) brand, celebrating youth, unity, and global harmony through sports. Supported by thousands of retired football legends, the FYA will cultivate not just players but leaders, using the game to shape character, discipline, and community spirit.

Imagine Makeni as the epicenter of youth football development in Africa. The new Mamie Haja Bomposseh National Stadium, a sprawling monument to unity, will host youth leagues, international tournaments, and training camps. Within its walls, legends will share their stories, coaching clinics will nurture talent, and the young will play not just to win but to grow, to learn, to build friendships that cross borders.

A Legacy of Champions

In the streets and schools of Makeni, the Foundation will create programs that engage children from all walks of life. Girls will play alongside boys, challenging outdated norms and showing that football belongs to everyone. Coaches will be trained not just to develop skills but to mentor, teaching young athletes how to overcome obstacles both on and off the pitch.

And when the Wusum Stars step onto the newly transformed field, they will not just be playing for Makeni but for a future where every child with a ball at their feet knows that their dreams are valid, that their talent can take them far beyond the city limits. The stadium will become a place where heroes are made, where youth find not just athletic prowess but purpose and pride.

Global Recognition and Local Pride

Through the FYA, Makeni will become synonymous with youth football excellence, hosting teams from across Africa and beyond. Retired legends, patrons of the WPC, will walk the same fields as aspiring players, sharing wisdom, inspiring greatness. Makeni will no longer just cheer for champions — it will become the birthplace of them.

The Foundation’s vision is grand but grounded, rooted in the spirit of Makeni itself. It recognizes the city’s passion, its tenacity, and its unwavering love for football. Through the FYA, the Marine Foundation will give young athletes not just a chance to play but a chance to succeed, to learn, to thrive.

From Dream to Reality

Football will not just remain a pastime but become a vehicle for education, for health awareness, for community unity. The game will inspire innovation, foster resilience, and forge lifelong friendships. And as Makeni’s youth chase that elusive ball, they will know that the world is watching, cheering for their success, believing in their future.

The Marine Foundation believes in Makeni’s heart. Through the power of football, it will unlock potential, nurture talent, and ensure that the game that has always been Makeni’s soul now becomes its path to a brighter tomorrow.

When it comes to beach cleanups in Sierra Leone, West Africa, data collection and research play a vital role in understanding the impact of these efforts on the environment and informing future conservation strategies.

Comprehensive Report on Beach Cleanup Findings and Recommendations

Introduction:

This comprehensive report presents the findings of the data analysis conducted by Propel Organization as part of its beach cleanup initiatives in Sierra Leone. The report highlights the key observations, trends, and recommendations derived from the data collected during beach cleanups. The objective of this report is to provide a comprehensive overview of the extent and impact of beach pollution, as well as to propose evidence-based strategies for addressing this issue and promoting sustainable practices.

1. Findings:

a. Litter Composition: The data analysis revealed that the majority of litter found on the beaches consists of plastic items, including bottles, bags, and packaging materials. Other common types of litter include fishing gear, cigarette butts, and food wrappers. The presence of hazardous materials, such as broken glass and sharp objects, was also noted.

b. Litter Hotspots: The analysis identified specific areas along the coastline that are particularly prone to litter accumulation. These hotspots are located by urban centers, tourist attractions, and fishing communities. Understanding these hotspots is crucial for targeted cleanup efforts and pollution prevention measures.

c. Marine Debris: The data collected indicated a significant presence of marine debris, including plastic fragments and fishing nets. This poses a serious threat to marine life, as entanglement and ingestion of these materials can lead to injury or death.

d. Water Quality: Water quality testing revealed varying levels of pollution in the coastal waters. Parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, and presence of contaminants were within acceptable limits in some areas, while others showed signs of pollution, possibly due to nearby sources such as industrial discharge or improper waste management.

e. Biodiversity: The biodiversity assessment highlighted the importance of coastal ecosystems as habitats for various marine species. The presence of endangered or protected species, such as sea turtles and migratory birds, underscores the need for conservation efforts to protect their habitats from pollution.

2. Recommendations:

Based on the findings of the data analysis, the following recommendations are proposed to address beach pollution and promote sustainable practices:

a. Enhanced Waste Management: Implement and enforce proper waste management practices, including waste segregation, recycling initiatives, and the establishment of waste collection points along the coastline. Public awareness campaigns should be conducted to educate communities on the importance of responsible waste disposal.

b. Plastic Reduction Strategies: Collaborate with local businesses, government agencies, and NGOs to develop and implement strategies to reduce the use of single-use plastics. This may include promoting alternative packaging materials, encouraging reusable products, and implementing plastic bag bans in vulnerable areas.

c. Community Engagement: Engage local communities, schools, and youth groups in beach cleanup activities and environmental education programs. Foster a sense of ownership and responsibility among community members to ensure the sustainability of beach cleanup efforts.

d. Policy Advocacy: Advocate for the formulation and implementation of policies and regulations that address the root causes of beach pollution. This may include stricter enforcement of littering laws, imposing fines for improper waste disposal, and promoting corporate responsibility in waste management practices.

e. Collaboration and Partnerships: Strengthen collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to pool resources and expertise in addressing beach pollution. This includes sharing best practices, conducting joint cleanup activities, and supporting research and monitoring efforts.

f. Research and Monitoring: Continuously monitor the impact of beach cleanup initiatives and conduct research to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies. This will provide valuable insights for further improvement and help track progress towards a cleaner and healthier coastal environment.

1. Methodology:

2. Data Collection:

a. Litter Surveys: Visual surveys are conducted at Lumley Creek Beach and Lumley Creek River to identify and quantify different types of litter found in these areas. The collected litter is categorized and recorded based on material, size, and origin.

b. Marine Debris Monitoring: Propel collects data on marine debris in Lumley Creek Beach and Lumley Creek River, including plastic items, fishing gear, and other pollutants that pose a threat to marine life. The location and quantity of debris are documented.

c. Water Quality Testing: Propel conducts water quality tests at Lumley Creek Beach and Lumley Creek River to assess the level of pollution in these water bodies. Parameters such as pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, and presence of contaminants are measured.

d. Biodiversity Assessment: Propel conducts surveys at Lumley Creek Beach and Lumley Creek River to document the presence of marine species, including endangered or protected species. This helps in understanding the impact of pollution on these ecosystems.

3. Recommendations:

Based on the data collected from Lumley Creek Beach and Lumley Creek River, the following additional recommendations are proposed:

a. Pollution Prevention Measures: Implement measures to prevent pollution from entering Lumley Creek Beach and Lumley Creek River. This may include setting up garbage collection points, promoting responsible waste disposal practices, and implementing measures to control industrial and agricultural runoff.

b. Habitat Restoration: Conduct restoration activities to improve the ecological health of Lumley Creek Beach and Lumley Creek River. This may involve planting native vegetation, removing invasive species, and restoring natural habitats for marine species.

c. Education and Awareness: Conduct educational programs and awareness campaigns specifically targeting Lumley Creek Beach and Lumley Creek River. This will help local communities understand the importance of these areas and encourage them to actively participate in their conservation.

d. Monitoring and Research: Continue monitoring the pollution levels and biodiversity of Lumley Creek Beach and Lumley Creek River to track the effectiveness of implemented measures and identify any emerging issues.
