MIRACLE CHRISTMAS IN COTE D’IVOIRE

World Broadcasting Message: Christmas Africa 2023 – Marine Foundation

A Christmas Miracle in Côte d’Ivoire: President Koura Ouattara Brings Wonders to Life.

In an extraordinary display of compassion and joy, the Marine Foundation proudly announces the latest heartwarming event – “The Miracle of Christmas in Africa, Côte d’Ivoire.” Under the inspirational leadership of President Koura Ouattara, this festive season has been transformed into a wonderland of hope and happiness for hundreds of children.

For many of these children, the concept of Christmas was a distant dream, an experience only heard of but never felt. This year, however, they witnessed the magic firsthand. Thanks to President Ouattara’s dedicated efforts and the unwavering support of the Marine Foundation team, these young hearts experienced the pure joy of Christmas.

The event was a tapestry of new experiences and joyful discoveries, from the twinkling lights to the merry sound of laughter. Previously untouched by the tradition of festive celebration, each child received gifts and the warmth of a community coming together to celebrate life and hope.

This event is more than a festive gathering; it is a testament to the power of kindness and the impact of collective effort in making the world a brighter place for everyone, especially for those who need it most. President Koura Ouattara, alongside the Marine Foundation, has once again illustrated that miracles can indeed happen, bringing a message of love, joy, and hope to Côte d’Ivoire and beyond.

H.E. Koura Ouattara does a Miracle again Inspiring her Staff of Supporters.

Christmas in Africa, mainly led by the Marine Foundation under the guidance of President Koura Ouattara, presents a uniquely beautiful and heartwarming scene. Imagine a landscape in the heart of little villages in Cote d’Ivoire where the sun’s warmth meets the joyous spirit of the holiday season, creating a vibrant and festive setting.

In such a celebration, the happiness of African children experiencing the magic of Santa Claus for the first time is the centerpiece. Picture the wide-eyed wonder and unbridled joy of these children, many of whom have never received a Christmas gift. The sight of Santa Claus, a figure often seen in movies and books, now in their midst is nothing short of magical. Their laughter and excitement fill the air, creating an atmosphere of pure delight.

The dedicated staff of the Marine Foundation Africa plays a crucial role in bringing this joy to life. They work tirelessly to organize the event and ensure each child feels unique and valued. Their efforts go beyond distributing gifts; they create a space where children can experience the season’s wonder, learn about different cultures’ celebrations, and feel a sense of global community.

This Christmas event, orchestrated with love and care, becomes more than a day of celebration. It symbolizes hope, unity, and the joy of giving. The Marine Foundation, through its commitment to uplifting communities and fostering joy, reminds us of the true spirit of Christmas. It’s a celebration where every smile, every laugh, and every shared moment becomes a precious memory, not just for the children but for everyone involved, creating a tapestry of hope and happiness that resonates far beyond the festive season.

Global Samurai Brand in Japan Festival

Global Samurai Brand in Japan Festival

Global Foundation, the Marine Foundation, in action.

October 8, 2023. In the picturesque Izu Peninsula of Ito, Japan, a unique festival unfolds around a shrine with a storied history. Established nearly 800 years ago by a renowned local samurai, this tradition thrives today. Under the stewardship of the dedicated priestess Hitomi, and with the president’s blessings, this year’s festivities featured significant participation from the Marine Foundation and its registered brand, “Global Samurai.” They played a pivotal role in the 8-hour procession that wound through the streets of Ito. The parade, or ‘Matsuri,’ begins at the mountain summit, where a team of 30 ‘Global Samurai’ carriers display remarkable strength, endurance, and stamina as they bear a 1-ton shrine from the mountain to the sea and back to the temple. This spectacle is truly a sight to behold and an honor to witness. H.E. Tomeo Motto led the parade, championing the values of peace, morality, and tradition. As a distinguished member of the Balkan Federation, Mr. Tomeo proudly represented President Brian S. Mason, who generously sponsored 120 bottles of “Global Samurai” Sake for the event. This particular sake, produced by the Marine Foundation, embodies the foundation’s core values. As the global arm of the Balkan Federation, the Marine Foundation and its dedicated team ardently support President Mason’s vision for a world rooted in peace and unwavering morality.

Celebration

Priestess Hitomi stands as a central figure in the festival. It was through the introduction by Mrs. Arie Tobita, who currently serves as the President of the Children Club of Japan at the Marine Foundation, that the foundation had the honor of meeting Hitomi. As the chief source of blessings during the ceremony, her invaluable traditional expertise is deeply revered. We are profoundly honored and inspired by her dedication and the rich traditions she brings to the festivities.

The autumn festival in Ito, a rare event in Japan where the mikoshi (portable shrine representing the Heavens) enters the sea, on the Izu Peninsula.

The illustrious Matsubara Shrine and Yukawa Shrine in Ito City hold their grand annual festival every October, a tradition believed to have its roots in the Muromachi period. The “mikoshi”, represented by characters that translate to “divine palanquin”, is a symbol of the gods themselves. A few days before the festival, the district’s elder members conduct a selection process for mikoshi carriers. They read out numbers or phrases, and individuals holding matching lottery tickets earn the esteemed privilege of bearing the mikoshi. These phrases often embody themes of peace or bountiful harvests. The act of carrying the mikoshi remains a prestigious one. Historically, fishermen who were chosen felt so honored that they would sometimes ask others to relinquish their right to carry it. On festival day, a ceremony known as “Mitama-ire” is performed, though it’s not shown in the accompanying video. During this ritual, the shrine’s deities are invoked to inhabit the mikoshi. This divine palanquin, weighing a massive ton, is shouldered by 32 individuals. Out of reverence, viewing the mikoshi from an elevated position, such as a second-story window, is deemed inappropriate. The festival sees the mikoshi paraded through the district and then ceremoniously carried into the sea—a practice rare in Japan. Unlike typical mikoshi processions with vocal cheering, here the carriers maintain silence, communicating only through mouthpieces. A local dried fish shop owner recounted how this sea entry was historically done upon fishermen’s boat returns. However, due to the dwindling number of weekday carriers, the tradition has shifted to October weekends. Concluding the day’s festivities is the “Sanyare Festival” in the evening. Over 20 vibrant floats convene, creating a spectacular traditional autumn spectacle on the streets of Ito.

You will now see the wonders of Heaven working their way to establishing a free, independent, and sovereign new platform promoted and engineered through the advent of the Development World Bank (DWB). Africa initiates actions for The Providence of “the Balkans in Prophecy” to come true:

When I asked for help from the Marine Foundation’s networks member around the world, to the plea for support of education to something that would lift us to the top of world diplomacy and academia., only Africa came to the immediate rescue. I did share a document 2 blogs ago on the “Balkans in Prophecy.” Mrs. Koura Ouattara responded quickly after consulting the Heavens on any African opportunities. It was the response of Bishop Mohamed Idriss Ouattara, who responded to the call and almost immediately made transfers to the appropriate accounts.

Africa, with a partnership with the Balkan nations, will save the world:

It is a positive and empowering perspective to recognize Africa’s potential to contribute to global progress and development. Africa is a vast and diverse continent with rich resources, cultural heritage, and a young and vibrant population. It is home to many talented individuals, innovative ideas, and promising initiatives that can significantly impact a global scale. Here are a few reasons why Africa has the potential to contribute to saving the world:

Renewable Energy Potential: Africa has abundant renewable energy resources, including solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal. By harnessing these resources and investing in clean energy infrastructure, Africa can lead the way in transitioning to sustainable and low-carbon energy systems. This would benefit the continent and contribute to global efforts to combat climate change and reduce carbon emissions.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship: African countries have witnessed a surge in innovation and entrepreneurship in recent years. Many startups and tech hubs across the continent are developing innovative solutions to address local challenges in various sectors, such as agriculture, healthcare, education, and finance. These innovations have the potential to be scaled up and applied globally, making a positive impact on a broader scale.

Natural Resource Management: Africa is rich in natural resources, including minerals, forests, and biodiversity. By adopting sustainable practices and effective management strategies, African countries can contribute to global efforts to preserve ecosystems, combat deforestation, and promote responsible resource extraction.

Agriculture and Food Security: Agriculture is vital to Africa’s economy and livelihoods. The continent has vast agricultural potential, and advancements in farming techniques, irrigation systems, and agribusiness can improve food security in Africa and globally. Sustainable farming practices can also mitigate the impact of climate change and preserve biodiversity.

Peace and Conflict Resolution: Africa has made significant progress in peacebuilding and conflict resolution. Many African countries have valuable experience addressing conflicts, promoting reconciliation, and fostering social cohesion. These lessons and approaches can be shared globally to contribute to peacebuilding efforts in other regions.

It is essential to recognize and support African-led initiatives, invest in education and skills development, promote sustainable development, and foster partnerships that empower Africa to utilize its potential to benefit its people and the world. Collaboration and mutual learning between Africa and other regions are essential for addressing global challenges and achieving sustainable development.

Just a hint of the near future:

New distribution in Africa

New distribution in Africa

School bags distribution
in Africa – Koura Ouattara

World Broadcasting Message:

Week 23 of 2023 – Marine Foundation

The importance of educational support.

The distribution of school bags in Africa varies depending on the country, region, and specific initiatives. MARINEF President Koura Ouattara recognizes the importance of providing students with school bags, as they are essential for carrying books, supplies, and personal belongings. Our organization will work in collaboration with local communities, schools, and government agencies to identify and support students who require assistance.

The government of Cote d’Ivoire (Yvory Coast) recognizes our Initiatives.

These initiatives are designed to promote access to education and improve students’ learning experiences by providing them with necessary school supplies, including bags.

Corporate Social Responsibility.

Many companies and businesses will engage in corporate social responsibility activities in Africa, including the provision of school bags. Through partnerships with schools or nonprofit organizations, we can now contribute funds or directly distribute bags to students in underserved areas.

Donor Support.

Donors, both international and domestic, play a crucial role in supporting school material distribution in Africa. We invite donors to contribute funds, resources, and expertise to organizations and initiatives that aim to improve education and provide necessary supplies to students.

Community-Based Efforts.

In some cases, community members come together to address the needs of local students. These efforts can involve fundraising, collecting donated bags, or coordinating with local authorities to ensure equitable distribution.
