Eritrea Embassy of Tokyo

A Fantatic Visit to the State of Eritrea Embassy of Tokyo
H.E. Estifanos Afeworki is the “Dean” of African Ambassadors in Tokyo. Today we had the honor of a visit to the embassy to purposely present the potential Marine Foundation has with establishing there.
The Marine Foundation would like to establish a movement of reforms, regarding the entire continent of Africa, with the purpose of innovation in the realms of education, project development, and international events. H.E. Estifanos spoke very kindly to us on so many topics ranging from geography to history, traditions and the much more of the African continent that it would be difficult to report unless I had a recorder with me. After a 30-year war, in 1993 Eritrea won its independence from Ethiopia and so the great resilience of its people who are determined to make their soil a place for peace through educational reforms.

Bordering Ethiopia, there are north-south trending highlands, descending on the east to a coastal desert plain, on the northwest to hilly terrain and on the southwest to rolling plains, the nation retained the entire coastline of Ethiopia along the Red Sea. Eritrea is a relatively small country it has a varied and contrasting landscape due to the diverse topography of the Great Rift Valley, which traverses all of East Africa, the Red Sea. The country’s most interesting destinations are its natural attractions. There are six main topographical features in the country. The highlands in the center and south of Eritrea, the western lowlands, the Sahel in the north, the subtropical eastern escarpments, the northern coast and archipelago and the southern coast.

Introduction to the Marine Foundation's structural concept

Education, project development, and marketing through international events make us a movement of reforms where the agenda takes economic rebirth a prerequisite duty wherever it would establish. Among other systems, our educational planning revolves around 3 reforms in content: Sea Campus Universal (15000 children per school), Global University of Technology & Development, and Ocean Universal (complete maritime education). Focusing on these sectors only would help reconstruct any region or even improve the status of already developed countries.

We are a "peaceful" movement. We talk of peace in the substance in the look of an "olympiad philosophical concept" or a place where there can be no conflicts. In the Olympic Organization, based on the disciplines of the rules of sports, people from around the world gather together to dispute titles for medals. Here we see that sporting rules govern the relations of nations during 2 weeks events, every 4 years. This is indeed the example of a peaceful concept, where common sense takes over and where participation requires to neutralize religious, cultural or political backgrounds for a while.

The Marine Foundation centers its ruling in gathering its network around the values of the birth of humanity and so the birth of life itself. The undeniable truth of the reality of the mother's womb brings out our biological commonality. For that reason, our corporate ruling proclaims and demands a standard of absolute respect for life and environment. From that understanding, our management system, ideological backgrounds must leave space to common sense in perfect human relations of absolute respect. Peace has a chance to flourish in the understanding that we all come from the same birthplace. The Marine Foundation is a practitioner of the rules in the context of membership and leadership communications, enticing diversities to come and work together, under the banner of education and celebration. Even when it comes to cultural traditions, religions or political parties, the one who loves and respects the most will ultimately become the champion of attraction and popularity.

5 Main Executive Central Committees:

The 1st executive committee is mainly internal and consist of what we call the Board of Brand Owners, made up of 360 members representing the 360 degrees of a perfect circle. Each day of the year will represent one member making it 360 days celebration.  They represent as a group the core supervisory membership through actual unique ownership of the branding of the Marine Foundation.

The 2nd executive committee is the First Ladies Club, where the leadership would be the representation of the voice of Mother Earth as a supervisory and voting power to our educational project Development structure. This is the keyframe by which "women" become the absolute standard in reference to the education of birth and the celebration of life.

The 3rd executive committee is the diplomatic membership pertaining to the United Five Ocean's platform (U5O). U5O represents the 5 continents united into a "Club of all Nations"  where diplomats mingle representing their cultures and come together under the vicinity of the continental regions their nation belongs to. U50 or Club of all Nations serves to support economic growth through supporting the Public Sector with information and event gathering services.

The 4th committee is the Executive Club Assembly, which attracts successful business leaders (men or women) to unite under the honorary naval title of "Admiral" to identify and celebrate their potential to become role models of modern societies to lead the next generation to prowess through their example and presence within the Marine Foundation's platform.

The 5th committee is the Billionaires Legacy Academia Club, which is a council for infrastructural restoration, where extremely wealthy people have a chance to gather in the discussion of megaproject development, maritime or on land, to seek the harmony of communication of our planet through transport projects such as bridges, tunnels and an international highway concept.

Marine Foundation together with ADN runs uniquely under the umbrella banner of its own branding, through the organizational establishment of mass membership platforms and large event organization system. The creation of these 2 large sectors of communications gives it an unparallel control over sponsorship and will allow it to round up the entire world under large media publications and production platforms.

2 Mass Communication Platforms:

Wikinations: is an educational and commercial online portal connecting 240 nations together into a giant international Chamber of Commerce online via educational web design & PR concept. To that effect, it takes after the business model of  Wikipedia's example who plays more the role of an encyclopedia. In contrast "wikinations" will become a tourism information center & regional promoter, with a corporate membership within for any businesses to expose their services right within the platform. Not only will it become an educational tool to institutions around the world, but it will also serve as reference governments to show off their nation under the banner of attractive beauty and production media to attract investors and developers.

Global Citizens Live Association (GCLA) is a mass membership social platform which caters to any individuals but targeting mainly the family member with a zero tolerance to promiscuity and where values or respect in human communications are taken to the maximum extent of the moral ethics. GCLA becomes an automatic educational incentive as it connected directly to "wikinations" with exposing flags into the member's dashboard instead of faces first. By flirting cursor upon the flag image of a new contact, the member receives the immediate option to open the flag's wikinations page for a quick overlook of that person's nation. Contacts stay hidden under the flag of provenance and opening contacts dashboard is optional. Meaning that the member becomes more interested in showing how many flags shows up on the member's dashboard than showing off faces of people who can stay categorically hidden behind their flag of provenance. The platform will become a "must" to learn geography and culture, rapidly through real-time communication between members. Reaching a full dashboard of 240 flags would mean that a person has friends all over the world while at the same time he has become familiar with the existence of 240 nations.

One Mega Event Organization Platform

The worldwide network of the Marine Foundation (MARINEF- ADN) have the unique privilege to connect to an entire event organization divided into the categories of Festivals, Symposiums, Exhibits and Sports. The design of 50 international annual events is set to help promote quality tourism to benefit economically any region where the foundation is established. Events are also good media to promote the causes of projects and programs involvement where information will be distributed in a continuous and sustainable manner. The event opportunities will also have an effect on supporting areas with promotional tools to attract investment and developments to places where in need of exposure to the world.

Kimono Party February 24, 2018 – The Marine Foundation plans beautiful events with Kimono reception in the honor of Tourism, Education, and Technologies, as a teaser to the Annual Banquet of Ambassadors for later the same year. We will keep you posted on planning and invitations.

Cameroon Embassy of Tokyo

Cameroon Embassy of Tokyo

A Great Visit to the Republic of Cameroon’s Embassy of Tokyo
This was my first encounter with diplomacy inside an embassy in the concerns of the Marine Foundation’s development program. Ambassador Pierre Ndzengue was most gracious in this meaningful exchange of thoughts…
The Marine Foundation would like to establish a movement of reforms, regarding the entire continent of Africa, with the purpose of innovation in the realms of education, project development, and international events. H.E. Nzengue was kind enough to listen to my enthusiastic speech and referring to the need for establishing systems that work, I had somehow lots of strategies to present. It is encouraging to see diplomats such as His Excellency taking firm steps with initiating talks on the basis of supporting new organization such as our foundation whose agenda is the very regional growth of economies anywhere in the world. Cameroon is a country of green and natural beauty, a first scenic choice to the latest production of “Tarzan”, depicting an environment of magical wonders. French and English are uniquely the official languages of Cameroon. The country is often referred to as “Africa in miniature” for its geological and cultural diversity. Natural features include beaches, deserts, mountains, rainforests, and savannas. Just for the fact of the languages already, Cameroon would be a perfect location for the “United 5 Oceans”‘s headquarters ‘U5O” where I see UNA (United Nations of Africa) being established in Senegal or the Cotes d’Ivoire. Here below some of the points of my talk regarding a short introduction of the Marine Foundation’s concepts in developing.

As proposed through the wisdom of H.E. Ambassador of the Republic of Cameroon, our immediate strategies of development lie in the setting of sound “Pilote and PR” projects. We will start 2 pilot projects which concern an economic regional development through energy and the restoration of a orphange which will become base for a SCU School development. (Sea Campus Universal).

Reunion with African Ambassadors

Reunion with African Ambassadors

A Special Marine Foundation Reunion with Unexpected Very Special Guests
22
NOVEMBER, 2017
Reunion at Queen Sheba Tokyo, with the unexpected presence of 2 Ambassadors where one is the Dean of the African Ambassadors of Tokyo. Our Excellencies of Mauritania and Eritrea gave us the honor of their presence and much more.
A super nice evening where I was able to introduce new members of the Marine Foundation 360 team ownership and membership. We discussed the development of our system as far as marketing and PR concept such as the WFYA. Now there is so much to expect with our immediate plans ahead and certainly, the discussion of the Annual Banquet of Ambassadors for 2018 is now a strong possibility. List of attendees: Sumi, Emi, Sachiyo, Eiko, Toshi, Tad, Dr. Fukumoto and friend, Kazuhiro, Toshio, Masaya, Ayumi, Nobuko, Carru.
OCEAN 5 UNITED: the Birth of Continental Diplomacy

When all nations have agreed to the common quest of economic and educational development through the standards presented by the Marine Foundation, the world will change for good. The foundation’s strategies for sustainable growth relies upon systems that envelop both the PR and communicative networking aspect of developing a region. The understanding of interconnectivity and administrative (non-political) alliances has the potential to reform an entire educational system, inclusive of the way a nation approaches tourism and techniques to elaborately attract investments. The World’s Most “Edutaining” Diplomat’s Event

Some of the Marine Foundation’s international events such as the Annual Banquet of Ambassadors is scheduled for 2018.
We plan a splendid reception through association with Kimono Beauty Fantasy organization, as they already truly embody the spirit of what TRG in Japan (Traditional Reception Group) This “Annual International Banquet of Ambassadors”, will ultimately be produced through 12 capital city around the world representing each of the 12 months of the year. Today I hope we think we met our first great Ambassador, to spear up the leadership of our United Nations of Africa (UNO) and one of the first 5 chairpeople of the Banquet.

Oldest African Restaurant in Tokyo

Oldest African Restaurant in Tokyo

Privilege & Status: The Oldest African Restaurant in Japan
Where I thought that in Japan, you would always be in Japan, no matter what establishment you choose to celebrate in – But here I was wrong. When I stepped into Queen Sheba, I literally shifted to the old continent!
At least that what Solomon the owner and Akiko the charismatic manager made me feel. Not just the delicious Ethiopian food served entirely in its original recipes, but it was the great atmosphere of warmth and kindhearted soul which Mamadou accentuated with the sound of what seemed an amazing African harp! (I should have asked the name). Solomon opened the restaurant some 30 years ago and that stands over more than half of my living on the planet. What surprised me most is the spirit of the place which I felt descending right thought the African decoration across the restaurant walls. You can actually feel it. Japan is surely a melting pot of culture when it comes to food, but would you go to any foreign traditional restaurant here, you would be prompt to Japanese typical protocol. Here at Queen Sheba, you just pass the entrance door and you’ll literally find yourself on the other side of the world.
… And by the way, I almost forgot to mention that it was so affordable that I almost thought there was an error on my bill. For the food, the atmosphere, the hospitality, you wouldn’t find any better in the heart of Tokyo.

His Excellency Yahya Ngam, Ambassador of Mauritania at Japan’s National African Treasure Restaurant

And here we are, having great fun and food and suddenly ran into an Ambassador. Queen Sheba is a cultural treasure to the African community of Japan. I use the word “treasure” as I would in “national treasure” because indeed it represents so much to the old continent. Ambassador Ngam was so courteous and kind to spare a little time with me and I couldn’t help myself but talk about the great advent of the Marine Foundation. His Excellency might care to shortly join us in our reunion here next week – what a privilege!

Atmosphere like no other place in Tokyo. You just sit there and start making friends with anyone that comes in. I also met Adam from California, a lecturer on a tour to Japan for the “Heart’s Math” seminars. (First photo on the left with Solomon owner of Queen Sheba)
Kimono Exhibit TRG

Kimono Exhibit TRG

Kimono Exhibit, a Base Concept Example for the Best Reception Committee
12
NOVEMBER, 2017
Chairman: Seiji Murakami
Chairwoman: Yuko Murakami
It is almost a dream come true, where it was thought impossible and now the concept already set in motion with an event who proves every word written in our brainstorming table.
Marine Foundation is preparing to mobilize the entire Kimono network of Japan which will help to embellish events like the “Annual Banquet of Ambassadors”, or even promote the reception or our clubs such like “The Executive Women’s Club” and the “First Ladies Club”. As part of an international welcoming group, we care to establish the “Traditional Reception Group” (TRG Japan) which will include members of the country’s kimono and fashion houses. TRG can be applies to any country providing their own national traditional fashion that will lead to TRG International which can spear the way to support world events like the “Celeb Women Festival” (MarineF’s own) or be utilized to support governments or diplomatic receptions or even large structures such as the “Olympic Organization”.
Transcendent Fashion

Honestly observing, a Kimono is truly an amazing promoter of beauty transcendent of age and shapes. It really expresses feminine nobility and can instantly transform any woman into a mysterious princess of some unreachable hidden places of the heart. It is where respect is made absolute and that could be said of any countries cultural traditional fashion. The Kimono might be my personal favorite but I can’t wait for TRG to help promote PR in any nation, through our millions of princesses out there.

“The Marine Foundation’s Annual Ambassadors Banquet is designed to become the Olympics of Diplomacy”
The Concept of TRG at the Marine Foundation

The kimono event portrayed here at Omotesando Hills Tokyo really does a good job of imagining what could a reception of the kind look like in the occasion of Marine Foundation’s international events such as the Annual Banquet of Ambassadors scheduled for 2018.
I am grateful for Chairman Seiji Marakami and Chairwoman Yuko Marakami for their “Kimono Beauty Fantasy” organization, as they already truly embody the spirit of what TRG (Traditional Reception Group) will represent through the Marine Foundation. My desire is to a joint cooperation in reception for our “Annual International Banquet of Ambassadors”, not just in Tokyo, but through 12 capital city around the world to represent the 12 months of the year.

Little Princes & Princesses, in the Education System

I have a dream, when in the set of our educational institutions that until a student reaches the age of 16, the appellation for each child before their name would carry the honorific title of “Prince” or “Princess”. (some private schools do utilize the appellation, Miss or Mister). Can Queen Elisabeth of England be guaranteed to her title in heaven? of course not – “Common conventional royalty” does not actually exist in the life we are destined to, but only based on temporarily real estate ownership. In reality, any boy or girl born of this world is deserving his/her own hereditary title of the earth. That would imaginatively make for what heaven would really look like on earth if we administratively started treating every child like royalty.

Dining with Governor Chavit

Dining with Governor Chavit

Dining with Governor Chavit, a Most Respected Personality of the Phillippines
2
NOVEMBER, 2017
In the warm welcome of President Go Furosawa (far right), I had the privilege to dine with Governor Chavit (3rd from right), a role model of financial and entrepreneurial success in the Philippines.
Thanks to Nobuko Kotoyori and the intervention of her best friend, the Marine Foundation was able to meet a crowd of talented people at the most unexpected occasion. In the wake of that week, I did hear the news of the President of the Philipines visiting Japan and so the reason of high network in his following. I felt it was the preparation of a near soon to be promising future regarding the take-off of the foundation and the beautiful people we would meet on the way to our advisory support and development needs. Governor Chavit is certainly the perfect candidate and not to mention the VIP friends present with him on that occasion. The dinner was gorgeous and President Furosawa our host was gracious. Not that I had a chance to really introduce the foundation that night, nevertheless, I felt the benefice of such encounter, which I know will carry on further very fruitful international relations.
On the next day of that beautiful dinner, Nobuko and I were kindly invited by Princess Anne Shek of Tesla and her partner Law Attorney in Hong Kong Mr. Hosni Eman, to a breakfast discussion at their hotel. We made a short presentation of the foundation positively well received by Mr. Eman declaring able to support us at the time of our network expansion through the social corporate membership platform we created after the purchase of wikinations.com… And what an honor it is for us!  As a matter of fact, our legal department will be structured departing from a central team which will delegate throughout our regions of establishments.
