A very kind invitation from Mayumi Kobayashi of the Rotary Club Ginza. The efforts of the club presently revolve around supporting children around Asia. I attended the lunch and the afternoon tea. I got a quite many business cards and I wish I could invite all these people to our next Marine Foundation’s party. Maybe the day will come. As a sub-club to the Marine Foundation, I dream of an Executive Women’s Club in Tokyo (that would include men too). The day will come soon.

Invitation from Naoko Kubo. Reunion of Associations Tokyo Japan. We had a wonderful time meeting some of the most influential people in Tokyo and around the gathering of NPO’s who focuses on nature and the animal kingdom. By the way, the service of that Chinese restaurant was fabulous and the food exquisite. I strongly recommend this venue. But what really did make this a beautiful event, are the people attended. Nice to meet you Mayumi and Aya. Mayumi Kobayashi (Mitsui Cosmetics) has a boat and plane pilot license! wow! and Ayako Nakayama just founded an international PR company). This was an event of nature and on the Marine Foundation’s side of the topic, our future schools’ cities for children in Africa and around the world, on the idea of peace and therapeutic strategy for the children would be for each household to have pets, dogs, cats or birds. Therefore my interest in the event where I feel that nature will play a great role in childhood education was well justified and I can’t wait to see the next. Event Location

Marine Foundation Christmas 2016

This was a week for celebration! This calls for fun, joy and lots of gratitude. At times like that, it feels like the love come flowing like rivers interlacing and crossing and you just follow the streams regardless of where they take you. About 100 people showed up at ROOT Ginza for the Marinef Christmas party. I found the place very comfortable and cozy. We had the pleasure to welcome and listen to some of the greatest jazz and classical musicians in Tokyo. This event was made possible with Mr. Tominaga’s charitable support and also the creator of the Sound Cruising Minato, an annual music festival in Tokyo.

Harvey Thompson a most renown Jazz singer in Tokyo was also here with us, out of his own heart to support the foundation’s cause for education. But most importantly, great friends came around and that made all the difference.

Marine Foundation, thought its IWC club and programs will support musicians and especially those who came that day. The making of our international event organization will benefit many musicians connected to us.
