Japan Branch Headquarters – Mauritania
It is with great honor and a deep sense of pride that we announce the official registration of the Marine Foundation in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. This monumental achievement stands as a testament to the extraordinary efforts and unwavering dedication of our esteemed brothers, Mr. Doua El Varah and Mr. Sidi Mohamed Bencheckroun. Their tireless work has not only positioned the Marine Foundation as a pioneering force within Mauritania but has also marked it as the first organization of its kind to be fully registered across the spiritual landscapes of Buddhism, Christianity, and Islam.

Mission in Africa – the Motherland
The Marine Foundation’s versatile project development and operational platform are designed to fuel our daily aspirations for gain, prosperity, and peace, starting right from the heart of any society, anywhere. With this approach, we have chosen Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire) Sengal, Liberia and South Africa as the assembly points for educational development and pilot projects, which will later expand across the entire African continent. We plan to acquire substantial real estate to establish our School Village concept and our Global University campuses. Côte d’Ivoire and Liberia are poised to become a hub of attraction and economic development, inviting the world to visit and learn from its progress.
JAPIA – Japan-Africa Partnership Initiative Association – is a Japanese-African agency that can help support the African economy with Japanese “know-how” and initiate “transfers of technology” throughout the African industrial soil, in the conception of a “Made in Africa” united label. JAPIA also helps develop the Japanese economy to new markets with the support of local African diplomacy but independent from government support. JAPIA plays a role of cultural guide and legislative support to visionary Japanese corporate leaders wishing to expand outside Japan.
JAPIA’s efforts are the best service to Africa for its development. By leveraging Japanese expertise and technology, JAPIA can contribute to improving various sectors of the African economy. The initiative to establish a “Made in Africa” united label suggests a focus on promoting local industries and manufacturing, which can lead to economic growth and job creation. Additionally, by supporting Japanese companies in expanding into African markets, JAPIA can facilitate technology transfer, knowledge sharing, and capacity building, which are crucial for sustainable development. JAPIA’s role as a cultural guide and legislative support further demonstrates its commitment to fostering long-term partnerships and collaboration between Japan and Africa.

The profound dedication of mothers is unparalleled, resonating across cultures and time. Speaking as someone who deeply values the role of mothers, it’s clear that mothers embody the essence of unconditional love and devotion, shaping our lives in ways that often remain a mystery, much like the figure of Mother Jeanine in your reflection. Her cryptic yet inspiring words, “One day, you will nurture our homeland,” are a testament to a mother’s belief in the potential within us all—a belief rooted in nurturing, wisdom, and foresight.
The arrival of a wise mentor with the message that unity among tribes can bring global harmony reflects a timeless truth. The diversity of our cultures, much like the ever-shifting hues of a sunset, enriches the human experience. Each tribe, each culture, contributes to the vibrancy of life, emphasizing the interconnectedness of humanity.
The miracle of birth—a moment that ties us all together—is the ultimate demonstration of the splendor of life. If we truly grasp the biological connections that bind us from the moment of conception, originating from the mother’s womb, we would realize that love is the foundation of life. Science, in its pursuit of knowledge, often affirms this truth, offering insight into how deeply we are connected through our shared human experience.
The words of Tomeo Motto—a reflection on a Caribbean mother and the unknown father—underscore the universality of motherhood and its lasting impact on us. Life’s essence is indeed rooted in love, a love that mothers embody, guiding us even when they seem like a mystery.
