In the grand view of the Tokyo Marathon, Yumi’s journey stands out as a testament to the greatness of the human spirit. It is a celebration of the triumph over adversity, a tribute to the strength found in togetherness, and a reminder that in the face of challenges, we are never alone.

Adding to the richness of this narrative is the fact that Yoko is the President of the International Women’s Club (IWC), with Yumi being one of her dearest friends. The excitement and joy of sharing such a profound experience must have been immeasurable for both of them. Their participation in the marathon, as members of the Marine Foundation, serves as a beautiful example of friendship that resonates across the globe.

Duality of the Sun in You

Dual Power of the Sun will Lead You to Your True Will Power

In the intricate formula of creation, it is a fundamental truth that God embodies both masculine and feminine natures. This duality is not merely a philosophical notion but a reflection of the divine essence that permeates all existence. If God were solely masculine, His focus would be limited to the feminine, casting Adam into obscurity. However, the reality is far more profound, as both male and female qualities are harmoniously intertwined within the Creator, allowing for a balanced and inclusive engagement with all of creation.

The presence of both masculine and feminine attributes in God is evident in the intricate design of the universe. From the delicate balance of ecosystems to the complex interplay of forces that govern the cosmos, there is a symphony of opposites that coexist in perfect harmony. This duality is mirrored in the human experience, where the strength and assertiveness often associated with masculinity complement the nurturing and intuitive qualities attributed to femininity. In recognizing these dual aspects within the divine, we acknowledge the completeness and perfection of God’s creation.

The truth of God’s dual nature is not confined to abstract theology but is woven into the fabric of everyday life. It is manifested in the beauty of a sunset, where the fiery hues of the sun’s masculine energy merge with the soft, feminine embrace of the evening sky. It is present in the birth of a child, where the strength of a father and the tenderness of a mother come together to welcome a new life. In every moment, the interplay of masculine and feminine forces reflects the divine balance that sustains the universe.

Embracing this truth has profound implications for how we perceive ourselves and relate to one another. Recognizing the masculine and feminine aspects within ourselves and others fosters a sense of wholeness and authenticity. It challenges the rigid gender roles that often limit human potential and encourages a more inclusive and equitable society. By seeing both men and women as equally reflective of the divine, we cultivate a deeper respect and appreciation for the inherent dignity of every person.

The coexistence of masculine and feminine natures within God is a fundamental truth that underpins the beauty and harmony of creation. It is a reminder of the divine balance that is essential for life and a call to embrace the full spectrum of our humanity. By acknowledging and celebrating this truth, we open ourselves to a richer, more fulfilling experience of the world and our place within it.

In teh same manner, the divine interplay of masculine and feminine energies is not only a truth of creation but a guiding principle that illuminates the beauty and diversity of the natural world. This balance is evident in the majestic dance of the seasons, where the assertive force of summer’s heat is softened by the gentle coolness of autumn’s breeze. It is seen in the ebb and flow of the tides, where the ocean’s masculine strength is tempered by the moon’s feminine pull.

This harmonious blend of energies is also reflected in the intricate relationships within ecosystems. The steadfastness of a mountain, a symbol of masculine endurance, is complemented by the nurturing flow of rivers, embodying feminine grace. In the animal kingdom, the protective vigor of a lion is balanced by the tender care of the lioness. Each element of creation, from the smallest insect to the grandest galaxy, is a testament to the perfect equilibrium of masculine and feminine qualities that underlie the universe.

Moreover, the fusion of these energies is not just a static truth but a dynamic force that drives evolution and growth. In the plant world, the robustness of a tree’s trunk stands in harmony with the delicate blossoms that emerge in spring, symbolizing the union of strength and beauty. This interplay is a reminder that life thrives on diversity and that the merging of different qualities leads to new forms of expression and existence.

In human culture, this truth is celebrated in art, music, and literature, where the bold lines and vibrant colors of a painting are softened by subtle shades and gentle curves. In music, the powerful beats of drums blend with the soft melodies of a flute, creating a symphony that stirs the soul. These expressions of creativity are a reflection of the divine balance, showcasing the endless possibilities that arise from the fusion of masculine and feminine energies.

The coexistence of masculine and feminine natures within God is a truth that resonates throughout creation, offering a blueprint for harmony and balance. It is a call to embrace the full spectrum of our being and to recognize the beauty in the diversity of the world around us. By honoring this divine principle, we can create a more inclusive, compassionate, and vibrant existence, celebrating the richness of life in all its forms.

Continuing in the same vein, the birth of children serves as a poignant and beautiful example of the coexistence of masculine and feminine natures within the divine. The process of bringing new life into the world encapsulates the perfect harmony and balance of these dual aspects. The strength and protection often associated with masculinity blend seamlessly with the nurturing and life-giving qualities attributed to femininity. This miraculous event is a testament to the divine design, where both male and female energies are essential and equally valued.

The beauty of creation, as seen in the birth of children, extends beyond the physical realm. It is a reflection of the divine creativity and love that are at the heart of all existence. In this sacred act, we witness the unfolding of potential, the beginning of a new journey, and the continuation of life’s cycle. Each child is a unique blend of qualities, a living embodiment of the divine balance that pervades the universe. They carry within them the promise of growth, the capacity for love, and the potential to contribute to the world in their own special way.

Furthermore, the experience of parenthood itself is a profound illustration of the interplay between masculine and feminine energies. Fathers and mothers bring distinct but complementary qualities to their roles, creating a nurturing environment in which their children can thrive. The protective embrace of a father and the tender care of a mother are both expressions of divine love, reflecting the multifaceted nature of God’s care for creation.

In the broader context of the natural world, this balance is evident in the intricate dance of life that surrounds us. From the pollination of flowers by bees to the symbiotic relationships that sustain ecosystems, there is a constant interplay of giving and receiving, action and receptivity, which mirrors the masculine and feminine aspects of the divine. These natural processes remind us of the wisdom and beauty inherent in creation, inviting us to see the divine hand at work in every detail.

In conclusion, the birth of children and the wonders of the natural world are vivid reminders of the truth that both masculine and feminine natures coexist within God. This divine balance is not only a fundamental aspect of creation but also a guiding principle for how we live our lives. By embracing and honoring both the masculine and feminine within ourselves and in the world around us, we align ourselves with the divine harmony that is the source of all beauty, love, and life.

Marine Foundation Africa 5th Anniversary

Marine Foundation Africa 5th Anniversary

Celebrating the Queens of Africa

Should your heart yet to feel the tender embrace of divine love,
still your beautiful mind and let thoughts of your mother’s warmth enfold you.

On this momentous occasion, marking the 5th celebration of the Marine Foundation Africa, I am moved to articulate the transcendent beauty of a continent that has graced the Marine Foundation with wonders beyond imagining—surprises, discoveries, and profound revelations.

Consider, if you will, the women of Africa, those who have embraced the sacred mantle of motherhood. Each of you must recognize the resplendent beauty that dances within your heart, independent of the circumstances that heralded your entrance into this world. Today, we don’t just celebrate you; we honor something far more monumental. This global convocation is not merely a Mother’s Day—it transcends it. We are saluting the very essence of tranquility in our world by acknowledging the quintessence of all religions, cultures, beliefs, philosophies, and indeed, the very marvels of creation itself. We laud the miraculous genesis of life within a mother’s womb.

Africa, the cradle of humanity, stands regal as the Queen of all continents. To those of you steeped in the sciences, I assert with conviction that deep within you resonates the indisputable truth of Africa’s primordial legacy. While it is said that the Marine Foundation originated in Japan, I, in my humble ignorance as its founder, believe fervently that its roots extend back to Africa, thousands of years into the past, heralding even before my existence that the ethereal beauty of the Feminine Divine was first perceived from the most ancient of earth’s soils.

Thus, today we declare that every human being, born from a mother’s womb, owes their very existence to the flawless system of creation that is Africa. AFRICA—she embodies the magnificence of all women worldwide. That maternal sanctuary which, through the eons, has endured and given rise to humanity from time immemorial.

With a profound sense of duty, the Marine Foundation acknowledges this pivotal moment in history and recognizes the sacrifices of the extraordinary Queen Mothers whose indefatigable spirit has steered the wheel of history to this turning point. May the blessings of the Marine Foundation Africa multiply and endure from this day forward.

To all the Ladies, know that without you, the world would cease to be. Stand tall with pride, for you are the Queens the world has awaited to unveil.

President of the Marine Foundation AFRICA

The Sacrifice of Birthing Goodness

Introducing Lady Koura Niele Ouattara, the pioneering beacon of beauty born from pure sacrifice.

In the nascent days of our endeavor, nestled within the vibrant heart of Japan, the Marine Foundation came to life—a vision shaped by the innocent imagination of a 5-year-old boy named Zeus Nakamura. It was a concept searching for its true home, and as fate would have it, the call to destiny came through the voice of a young woman named Koura N. Ouattara.

From our very first conversation, the unmistakable purity of her spirit shone through, not diminished by the weight of single-handedly raising two children or by a life spent in the pursuit of meaningful missions for Africa. Koura recognized in the Marine Foundation a unique love for Africa, a feeling of deep-rooted belonging that was absent elsewhere.

Her knowledge of my heritage was minimal—only that I jokingly claimed to be, unfortunately, born in France—a jest because my heart holds deep affection for France and that of some graphic European cultures. But nationality was irrelevant; it was the spirit that connected her to the Misson of the Marine Foundation.

In a few short months, Koura transformed from a dedicated young woman to Lady Koura N. Ouattara, nobly assuming the mantle of the Marine Foundation Africa. Let it be clear, this journey began without financial backing, a pioneering venture propelled by faith alone. With no resources but her indomitable will, she rose to orchestrate a grand welcome that would mark my first steps officialy on African soil in February 2019a pivotal moment that now, five years later, still resonates with profound significance.

The opening ceremony, the culmination of Lady Koura’s efforts, was a revelation, far surpassing my wildest expectations. With no external aid, not from Japan or beyond, and despite facing envy and deceit from those who wielded power, her resilience never wavered. She overcame duplicity and false allies, and with the media’s spotlight and the innocent gaze of hundreds, perhaps thousands of children, she triumphed.

That celebration, that unforgettable entry into Côte d’Ivoire, was not just an event—it was a testament to the power of faith, the strength of a woman’s will, and the undeniable proof that the pure-hearted can indeed move mountains. Lady Koura’s story is one of courage, a beacon for every dreamer who dares to transform faith into action for the land they love. Her spirit, her drive, her love for Africa, crafted a moment in history that will forever be a touchstone for the Marine Foundation’s journey.

The Legacy of a Triumphant Beginning: A Tribute to Today’s Queens

On this momentous fifth anniversary of the Marine Foundation Africa, we extend our deepest gratitude and reverence to the remarkable women who have infused our mission with their positive essence. Their contributions, originating from the heart of Africa and resonating across the globe, have been the lifeblood of our progress.

Today, we inaugurate a global celebration, christening it the “Day of the Queens.” This day is dedicated to every woman who has not only nurtured life but has also been the architect of systems that embody goodness, systems that mirror the divine harmony of the heavens.

Among these luminaries stands Queen Koura Niele Ouattara, whose wisdom and vision birthed the very name of the “Marine Foundation” in Africa. Her legacy is a testament to the profound role of women as peacemakers, for peace is the natural extension of their inherent power to create life.

Let us honor these extraordinary women, our Queens, who weave the fabric of peace with the threads of their own being. Their contributions are the pillars upon which our future rests, and on this “Day of the Queens,” we celebrate their indelible impact on our world.

5th Anniversary of Marinef Foundation Africa

Igniting Africa’s Ascent: The Unseen Triumphs and the Dawn of a New Era

Amidst the vast expanse of Africa, a journey of tireless dedication and remarkable achievements has been woven by countless individuals and organizations. Their efforts have catalyzed significant advancements in education, healthcare, and economic development, crafting a narrative of resilience and progress. Yet, the melodies of their triumphs often fade into the background, unsung and unrecognized by the global audience.

As we step into the year 2024, it becomes imperative to cast a luminous spotlight on Africa’s journey of transformation. It is time to celebrate the milestones reached and to kindle the flames of inspiration for continued investment and engagement in shaping a radiant future for this vibrant continent.

Enclosed are snapshots of these monumental achievements, mere glimpses of the profound impact made. The Marine Foundation stands as a formidable engine, meticulously engineered to outpace any challenge that lies ahead. With the advent of this pivotal moment, we believe that the fuel of support and collaboration is ready to propel us to unprecedented heights. The time for Africa’s ascent is now, and together, we will soar towards a horizon filled with promise and potential.

The “Made in Africa” label embodies a powerful philosophy that goes beyond geographical origin. Groundbreaking Green Hydrogen Technology

Introduction

The project presented is promoted as a groundbreaking green hydrogen technology initiative led by inventor Mr. Mohammed Reza Hashemi.

This system is described as the world’s most advanced green hydrogen solution, representing a major breakthrough in sustainable and unlimited clean energy production. It aims to revolutionize decarbonization, energy generation, fertilizer manufacturing, and global access to affordable power

Key Technological Claims

The core innovation produces 1 kg of green hydrogen using less than 10 kW of energy input — a remarkably low figure compared to conventional electrolysis processes (which typically require around 50–60 kWh per kg).

It uses water as the only input (“sole fuel source”), adhering to green chemistry principles.

As a unique dual-output feature, the system reportedly generates over 270 liters of pure drinking water per megawatt of power produced, helping address both energy and water scarcity issues.

Future plans include transitioning to seawater as the primary feedstock, enabling massive scalability, especially in coastal and ocean-adjacent regions.

The technology incorporates advanced elements like nanocoatings and a sophisticated power management system to maximize efficiency and minimize energy use.

The page positions this as far superior to traditional fossil fuel-based energy and fertilizer production, describing it as a “quantum leap” and “the best technology on Earth” for delivering very cheap (potentially near-free) electricity while tackling major environmental challenges.

Vision and Broader Impact

The Marine Foundation, which oversees the initiative, envisions gifting this technology to every country worldwide to promote global economic peace, equality, and sustainability — transcending politics and religion. A major focus is on African nations, which are explicitly invited to adopt it first. The claimed benefits for Africa include:

Achieving energy independence by reducing reliance on imported fossil fuels.

Drastically lowering energy costs to stimulate economic growth.

Boosting sustainable agriculture through clean water for irrigation in arid areas.

Creating jobs in facility construction, operations, maintenance, and R&D.

Driving industrial growth (e.g., in fertilizer production using hydrogen).

Positioning Africa to become home to some of the world’s greatest economies, potentially generating trillion-dollar revenues through hydrogen exports, water sales, carbon credits, and more — while providing almost free electricity to populations.

The overall narrative frames this as a philanthropic, humanity-focused movement that could uplift billions, particularly 1.3 billion people across Africa, leading to complete economic independence.

The Inventor and Opportunity

Mr. Mohammed Reza Hashemi is highlighted as the visionary behind the technology. He is said to have received the prestigious Hydrogen For Life award (compared on the page to a Nobel Prize-level honor) and has reportedly turned down major lucrative offers to retain full control, ensuring the innovation benefits all of humanity rather than private interests.

The page serves as an open call for sponsors, investors, and partners to join this “transformative movement” and help redefine global green energy distribution.

Contact: +81 (90 4944 5599 (as listed on the page).

This presentation emphasizes urgency and unparalleled potential, likening the invention to transformative historical breakthroughs (e.g., the light bulb). For full details, visuals, and the original wording, visit the linked page directly. Note that while the claims are presented boldly as revolutionary, independent verification of the efficiency figures, prototypes, or peer-reviewed data is not detailed on the site.

Starting Cost

To get the green hydrogen project started — meaning building and validating a working prototype, conducting initial testing, and beginning small-scale demonstrations — we need $5 million USD.
This amount would cover:

Custom materials and components (like advanced nanocoatings and power systems).

Lab setup, equipment, and safety/compliance work.

Engineering and technical team support for the early phase.

Basic validation to prove the core claims (e.g., <10 kW per kg H₂ production and dual water output).

The Marine Foundation’s vision is philanthropic and focused on gifting the technology globally (especially to African nations first), so this startup funding would help move from concept to real-world proof quickly — without heavy commercialization pressure. Once proven, scaling could attract larger partners, governments, or grants.

Governments Appeal

The Marine Foundation’s green hydrogen project includes a clear public appeal (or open invitation/offer) directed at governments, particularly nations in Africa, but framed as extending to every country worldwide.

This is presented on their dedicated page (https://marinef.org/water-makes-electricity/) as a philanthropic initiative rather than a traditional commercial pitch.

Key elements of the appeal include:

Vision to gift the technology: “The Marine Foundation’s vision is to gift every country with this groundbreaking green hydrogen technology embodies a profound commitment to global economic peace and equality. By transcending politics and religion, this generous act aims to uplift populations worldwide, ensuring a sustainable and equitable future for all.”

Specific invitation to African nations: There’s a prominent section titled “All Nations Of Africa are Invited”, emphasizing that adopting the system could position African countries as leaders in clean energy, achieve energy independence, generate massive revenues (potentially trillions through exports, water sales, carbon credits, etc.), provide near-free electricity, boost agriculture via produced drinking water, create jobs, and drive industrial growth. It positions Africa to “become the greatest economies of the world” by being first adopters.

• Broader global call: The offer is described as transcending borders, with the goal of distributing the technology to promote equality and sustainability without political or religious barriers.

Role of the inventor and foundation: Led by Mr. Mohammed Reza Hashemi (noted as award-winning and committed to humanity over profit), the foundation positions itself as the entity facilitating this gifting/transfer. It includes an indirect appeal for collaboration, though the page focuses more on inviting adoption than detailing formal application processes.

It remains an open, promotional outreach rather than documented governmental engagements or signed agreements.

If you’re interested in pursuing or responding to this (e.g., as an individual, researcher, or representative), the listed contact is +81 90 4944 5599  For any government-level interest, reaching out directly via that number or the foundation’s channels would be the implied next step based on their materials.

This appeal aligns with broader green hydrogen trends where governments seek cost-effective, scalable clean energy solutions—but claims of <10 kW per kg H₂ and dual water/electricity outputs remain extraordinary and unverified in mainstream industry reports or peer-reviewed sources.

Assistance Needed – Project Management –
Development – and auditing

The Marine Foundation’s green hydrogen project (“Water Makes Electricity”) is at an early, pre-prototype stage based on public information — visionary in concept but requiring structured support to move forward. Here’s a straightforward breakdown of the assistance needed in the key areas of project management, development, and auditing.

1. Project Management Assistance Needed

To launch effectively (starting with the $5 million USD phase for prototype build and validation), strong project management is essential to keep things on track, on budget, and aligned with the philanthropic vision.

Key needs:

  • A dedicated project manager or small PM team experienced in clean energy/tech startups — someone to create timelines, milestones, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Tools and processes: Implementation of simple project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project), regular progress reporting, and basic governance (weekly check-ins, decision logs).

  • Help with partner/government outreach: Coordinating invitations to African nations and other countries, preparing pitch decks or MoU templates for technology gifting/adoption.

  • Resource: This could come from a volunteer advisor, a pro-bono consultant from the green tech space, or a funded role once initial sponsorship arrives.

Without solid PM, even revolutionary tech risks delays, scope creep, or missed opportunities for global rollout.

2. Development Assistance Needed

The core tech (ultra-efficient H₂ production from water/seawater, <10 kW per kg, dual drinking water output) needs to transition from described innovation to proven reality.

Key needs:

  • Engineering and R&D team expansion: Specialists in electrolysis, nanocoatings, power electronics, materials science, and seawater desalination integration. This includes hands-on builders for the prototype.

  • Lab/facility access: Secure a suitable workshop/lab in Japan (Yokohama area preferred, given location) or partner with a university/research institute for testing.

  • Supply chain and prototyping: Sourcing advanced components, building safety-compliant setups, and running iterative tests to validate efficiency claims.

  • Documentation: Detailed technical specs, patents/IP protection (if not already secured), and data collection for future scaling.

  • The $5M startup funding directly supports this phase — covering materials, equipment, team stipends/contracts, and initial testing.

Development help could come from engineers/inventors willing to collaborate, academic partnerships, or early-stage investors who bring technical expertise.

3. Auditing and Verification Assistance Needed

Given the extraordinary claims (far below industry norms for energy input), credibility is critical for attracting governments, large sponsors, or grants.

Key needs:

  • Third-party technical audit/verification: Independent experts (e.g., from certification bodies like TÜV SÜD, DNV, or IRENA-aligned labs) to test and certify the prototype’s performance — measuring actual kWh/kg H₂, water output purity, safety, and environmental impact.

  • Compliance roadmap: Early alignment with emerging green hydrogen standards (e.g., EU RFNBO rules, Green Hydrogen Standard principles) for “green” certification, especially if seeking subsidies or exports.

  • Financial and governance audit: Basic bookkeeping setup and independent review to ensure transparent use of funds (important for philanthropic positioning and donor trust).

  • Risk assessment: Professional evaluation of technical, regulatory, and scalability risks.

This step builds trust — essential before approaching nations for adoption or scaling to seawater-based systems.

Overall Call for Assistance

The project is positioned as a humanity-focused breakthrough, not a traditional commercial venture. Assistance is most valuable from:

  • Individuals/teams with relevant skills (PM, engineering, auditing) who align with the mission.

  • Sponsors/investors providing the $5M seed to kick off prototype work.

  • Partners (labs, NGOs, governments) offering in-kind support like facilities or expertise.

If you or your network can help in any of these areas — especially project management setup, technical development, or arranging initial audits.
