今回は、少し自己紹介します。
元雑誌編集者です

病気を肉体だけではなく、ホリスティックに捉えたガン患者と家族のための NPO法人に勤務、自分で治してゆく人や、代替医療のドクター、治療家、食事療法家、自然治癒する人などを多数取材した経験を生かして、その後、医療機関と提携し、患者さんの食生活指導もしていました。
自然食を学ぶため、自然農法の専門家を取材したり、自分で田畑を借りて作物を楽しみました。
スピリチュアル雑誌の編集者の立場で、世界のマスターを取材もしました。
この星が大好きな子供でした。
Since I was a child, I love this star.
小学生のとき、テレビ番組のラストに流れる、青い地球の絵を見ては涙を流していました。
この星と、そこに生きる様々な存在が楽しくあるようにとの願いをこめて、楽しい活動をしています。

料理教室と原稿を書くこと
Cooking School & Writing
都内、自由が丘の近くにある、緑に囲まれた小さな教室で、体質改善して潜在能力がアップする大らかなベジタリアンスタイル「宇宙エネルギーと繋がる食卓」を提案。
コンサルティング、資格講座などを行っています。著書に『不思議と幸せを呼びこむスピリチュアルごはん』があります。
毎月、スピリチュアルマガジンである『アネモネ』という雑誌の巻頭に、「幸運が舞い込む女神レシピ」という連載を書いています。
30年前、胃潰瘍と慢性膵炎の治療で2年治らなかった経験から、標準治療に疑問を持ち、代替的なアプローチとして、整体の先生の指導を受けて薬をやめ、2ヶ月で完治しました。以来、薬はほとんど用いず、子育て、自分育てをしてきました。二人の子供はもう成人し、おかげさまで皆、丈夫です。
エコロジカル・スピリチュアル・ヘルシー
Ecological・Spiritual・Healthy
いまは、その経験を生かしてエコロジカル・スピリチュアル・ヘルシーをコンセプトに、マンツーマンレッスンで体質改善のコンサルティングや、資格取得の講座をしています。環境負荷が少ない暮らし方と、本質的な魂レベルの大いなる世界を求めること、個人の日々の健康、これらはすべて矛盾なくひとつのことと思っています。
ビーガンレストラン
Vegan Restaurant
昨年の夏に、都内の JR山手線の目白駅のそばに、エコロジカル・スピリチュアル・ヘルシーという、料理教室の理論を生かした、オーガニック&ビーガンのレストラン「malolocafe by onenessfood」をオープンしました。

その店には、陽子さんが、TOMEOさん、卓也さんをお連れくださり、ミーティングをされました。以前にも、陽子さんとゆかりさんはきてくださっています。
今後、そのように、この店をMARINE FOUNDATION で気軽に使っていただけると嬉しいですし、みなさん、ぜひお食事にもいらしてください。
目の前の一皿から、自分と世界の平和に繋がると信じて、楽しく発信しています。
ブログでは、食事だけではなくて、スピリチュアルな話、色々な話、少しずつ、書いてゆきます。

Meeting the President of The Gambia at the State House. When I faced the President sitting on a comfortable chair right across from his office desk, I felt I had nothing to say. He was preoccupied with the soccer game on the vast screen standing on the room’s right wall, and I was happy.

This week in Review: Philip Abel is really a remarkable person. But, of course, this would have to be said in addition to the beautiful Lady of the house, Rose. I am still ravishing her cooking skills, which truly had me rethink Gambian cooking after the poor experience I had in the best hotel in the country.
